s card and told him I would call him. I went on his website and asked my fiancé to watch a few clips with me. We both fell in love immediately. We called Mr. Joseph he set up a meeting and he explained everything to us in full detail. I planned my own wedding and was on a strict/tight budget, and getting this service was not on my wedding budget, but my fiancé and I really loved his work. Needless to say we hired him and it was the best purchase we made (BRIDES) when planning a wedding you want to capture every moment. Pictures don't capture every second of the night. I would recommend any one getting married to put Joseph Video Production at the top of your list. The other gentleman working with him was very professional and nice. Mr. Joseph is very professional and take his job serious. I saw a non edit version of my wedding and I honestly was able to relive that special night. to keep up with our progress during the wedding planning and always answered our questions promptly. Ours was a destination wedding and he never missed a beat keeping us updated. He even emailed us links to his latest projects. He was really great at calming our (mostly my) fears. Now, we don’t know how he did it but he promised us we would get to have our outdoor ceremony even though it had been raining all week and the forecast called for more thunderstorms on our big day. And sure enough the rain held for the ceremony. We arrived to our venue on time and he was there to greet us. He also stayed until well after the reception had ended. The service from Joseph Video Production is remarkable and the value is incredible. Our guests are still asking about him. We can’t wait to see our video. Based on his other videos it’s sure to be spectacular!

the final month before my wedding I had to change venues due to Hurricane Isaac and it was further away then planned. He did not stay until the end of the reception nor did he come to hotel where we were having hair and makeup done to take pictures there.

ans to south plaquemines i did not charge the client to travel to south plaquemine which is an 80 mile round trip .I talked t0 the bride the week of her wedding and discussed with her that Her package never did include her dressing location in acutally her 4hr package turned out to be 6hr 30min if you include the driving. Before leaving the wedding i asked her if there was anything else she wanted me to video and at that time she said no nor did she say that she would prefer from me to stay At the time i left the client had apox.75 guest left I left 30mins before the end I can understand posting her dissatisfaction in me and service if you received your product but it is her right to do so what I as a professional need to do is give the client what she paid for a quailty video product for as the being accused of a attitude if she feels there was one I apologize hopefully once the client receive her finish product she will be satisfied.

San Antonio, Texas, but I was getting married in New Orleans It was really hard for me to find videographer, because I wasn’t sure of their work. Joseph Video Production sent me a copy of his work without me asking. Joseph and his Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I was worry because I had so many different elements in my wedding and so many things I wasn’t able see or witness for myself. I was so happy when I watched the video and seen everything I didn’t witness. When I watched my video I cried all over again. I’m so grateful and blessed to have had Joseph Video Production to video my wedding. I plan on having my 30th Birthday in New Orleans and will be using Joseph Video Production again.

onalism, and expertise -- I called several times while planning to ask for his advice on A/V and sound specs for the ceremony and reception. He is very experienced with many local venues, and that comes in handy. I also liked the number of options that he offers, from Blu-ray DVD, to trailers and slide shows. I wanted a high quality video, and that's exactly what I got. The video was a big hit with family and friends -- I got three copies and gave one to each set of parents. Most of all I really loved how easy it all was. Terrance and his crew were timely, did not interfere AT ALL with the event or the photographer, and yet seemed to be everywhere at once capturing everything. Lastly, I did get an excellent value for the product. J production came in at the lowest of all the prices I checked. The video was also ready in 3 wks. A+!
