Josh Klaus Music

rushed it MCing and DJing during the reception. Gave us exactly what we asked for. You could tell he just loves doing this and made everyone feel welcome and helped all have a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone.

He was our first vendor hired, and we have absolutely no regrets! He was incredible all night, and it truly felt like he was another one of our friends just at the party with us! His vocals were a magical backdrop to our ceremony and cocktail hour, and he was the perfect DJ for dancing!  He was so responsive to the crowd, even handing out the mic to the flower girl at one point to sing along to some Justin Bieber! Highly, highly recommend!!

s insane! He played a mixture of live music and recorded music. He even learned our first dance song for us, which made it so much more romantic and special. He also has the voice of an angel!!! He was by far, our favorite vendor of the night (dont tell the others 😬). The dance floor was absolutely POPPING for 3 hours. One of our guests even said "I have never been to a wedding where not one song played that I would have skipped". I felt the same way!! He also has an amazing personality and is someone I would love to be friends with lol. I could not recommend him more.

d he completely blew us away. He brought the best energy, read the crowd perfectly, kept everyone hyped up, and honestly helped make our wedding day feel so magical and fun. He created such an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire night, and so many of our guests commented on how great the music and vibes were. He’s professional, talented, personable, and truly gifted at what he does. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. If you’re looking for a DJ who will make your wedding unforgettable, Josh is your guy!

usicality and  presence.  We can’t thank him enough for the beautiful sounds he created - heavenly- for our family’s special day. Trust me… hire him. He’s simply the best.

inner. All of the speeches went off without a hitch. - BROUGHT THE HEAT to our reception! Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Josh did so well mixing our eclectic requested songs. We have received non-stop compliments about how much fun everyone had at our wedding, all of this was thanks to Josh! The setup he brought was far above what you've come to expect from typical wedding DJ's. Great lights, great sound, GREAT vibes! His communication was also impeccable all month leading up to the wedding. We had no doubts going into our special day that we made the right decision. BOOK THIS MAN ASAP FOR YOUR WEDDING! Thank you Josh for the unforgettable wedding night! - Sydney and Joe

amazing on the guitar down by the river before and after the ceremony, and our guests loved his vocals with the guitar during cocktail hour. Andrew Halliday was the most interactive and incredible DJ. He had the dance floor packed until the very end of the evening, and he entertained our guests of all ages. We were so happy with their services and highly recommend them for any event!

married were devastated they didn't book him for their weddings - so don't make their mistake!! From start to finish he set the vibes perfectly and got the party going!! Cannot recommend him enough!! Emily & Zach Crane

great throughout the entire process, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. On top of that, he is incredibly talented. One of the most special moments for us was our first dance—he actually learned our song and performed it live, which made it feel so personal and unforgettable. He brought the perfect energy to the day, balancing acoustic vibes and DJ sets effortlessly. We couldn’t recommend him more!

this incredible passion for what he does and his excitement for our big day felt so genuine. What really blew us away was his willingness to go above and beyond. He even shared a custom playlist for our welcome party, which we hadn't even booked him for! On the wedding night itself, he perfectly captured our vibe despite us giving him very few guidelines. He’s a true professional who listens and delivers. Our guests haven't stopped raving about the energy he brought to the dance floor. Josh was one of the highlights of the night for everyone and really amplified our wedding experience. Honestly, our only regret is that we don’t have another big event coming up soon so we can hire him again! Thank you so much, Josh!

ions during the cocktail hour and dinner were excellent, especially “Simply The Best”. Then his covers during my wife’s dance with her father- “Stand By Me”- and mine with my mother- “My Wish”-  were beautiful.  Finally, the playlist he curated during the reception was PERFECT. He read the room exactly right and knew what we wanted to hear. The night ended with an unbelievable streak of Bohemian Rhapsody>Unwritten>Opalite>Mr. Brightside>Love Story. Everyone should hire Josh for any event, and also just be his friend!

ng that orchestrated a magical evening, expertly stitching the day together. His communication and planning is supremely professional, and his willingness to adapt & learn any song/piece to make YOUR day align with YOUR vision is textbook. I cannot say enough about Josh, he was purely instrumental in the success of our Wedding. Last thing I’ll say is he is the type of guy that will let you play whatever you want and dance with your guests as if he’s known them for years. Hire him for your wedding IMMEDIATELY with piece of mind.

d our ideas over email and were able to plan the right music for different times. Josh's voice and guitar-playing were beautiful. As a DJ, he was able to read the vibes and keep the party going.

reated for us. Not only was Daniel a fantastic DJ who listened carefully to everything we asked for, he also knew exactly how to read the room, keep the energy flowing, and get the crowd engaged. He honored our music requests perfectly while still creating an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire event. What truly sets Daniel apart, though, is his live piano and vocals. His voice is absolutely stunning — angelic, emotional, and beautiful. He sang live for our first dances with our mom and dad, including a dance between the bride and her mom, and those moments were incredibly special. Having those dances performed live made them deeply personal and unforgettable. He delivered each song with so much care and talent, and the results were breathtaking. Daniel also sang live throughout dinner and the meal service, which elevated the entire evening. His piano playing was flawless, and his vocals were so smooth and professional that several guests genuinely thought the music was a recording — they were shocked to learn it was live. His musicianship added an elegant, intimate feel that completely transformed the event. Beyond his talent, Daniel is simply a joy to work with. He is kind, professional, and incredibly easygoing. He scheduled calls with us whenever we needed, remembered every detail we asked him to keep in mind, and was always flexible, responsive, and accommodating. We felt fully supported and completely confident in him from start to finish. Daniel didn’t just provide music — he elevated our entire wedding and made it feel truly beautiful and special. We would happily work with him again in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend him — and anyone from his agency — to anyone planning an event. We are endlessly grateful for Daniel and the unforgettable experience he gave us. Cheers to Daniel!

E my daughter & wonderful son in law’s wedding magical, fun, spectacular, over the top!

ormer, and MC. He is truly a one-man powerhouse who can do it all. Josh brought an energy and authenticity that made our night unforgettable. His vocals were stunning, his stage presence was captivating, and he kept the entire celebration flowing seamlessly. What stood out the most was how genuinely excited he was to be part of our day. You could feel how much he cared, not just about delivering a great performance, but about being part of our love story. That meant the world to us. Our guests are still raving about him, and we honestly can’t imagine our wedding without his talent and warmth. If you’re looking for someone who will elevate your event and put their whole heart into it, Josh is your guy. Absolutely phenomenal. Thank you, Josh, for making our wedding truly magical!

d multiple people ask for his info for their weddings. 10/10

rk with even before the wedding — so responsive, kind, and easygoing. He has the best personality, and our guests who chatted with him throughout the night said the same thing — he’s so nice, engaging, and talented. The song choices he offered were perfect, and every moment of the night felt elevated because of his music. Honestly, he should charge way more for how good he is. Thank you so much, Josh!

touch to the evening. Our guests consistently complimented his performance, and he was very accommodating in including our favorite songs. We highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to elevate their wedding with exceptional live music!

ing up to us saying how great the music was! He brought such a fun, relaxed vibe and made that part of the night feel extra special. We can’t recommend him enough!

ect.  TYSM

wedding I honestly barely had time to coordinate with him before hand other than filling out his thorough questionnaire and he nailed it-0 questions asked. Not only is he an incredibly talented artist, but he added little meaningful touches with songs and things mentioned in our speeches- it was iconic. And he danced with us all night too which pumped up the party!! 10000/10 reccommend!

the vibe we wanted. The acoustic guitar added such a personal, intimate feel that really made both parts of the day even more special and memorable. Josh was super easygoing and professional from start to finish. He was attentive to every detail and made sure the music flowed seamlessly throughout. His talent and passion really took the whole experience up a notch. We received so many compliments from guests about how great the music was—it set the perfect tone for the day. If you want a guitarist who’s talented, chill, and truly nails the mood you’re going for, Josh will exceed your expectations. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be part of our big day!

cocktail hour, to the reception and maintained a great and fun atmosphere through out. His live music covers were super fun and one of the highlights of our wedding. Our ceremony had to be delayed due to a brief rain shower, and Josh played rain and weather themed songs in the rain. It was really cool. We’re looking for an excuse to hire him again or attend one of his events.

as a natural ability to connect with people - we had SO many guests share glowing feedback about his music and how nice it was to talk to him. Throughout the course of the day he seamlessly transitioned from acoustics for ceremony and cocktail hour to MC to DJ. He even learned our first song to play live - in a matter of weeks! Despite his overflowing calendar of bookings. If you have the luck of finding him on a weekend he is available, I highly recommend you book Josh for your special day. Thank you for everything, Josh!!!

acoustic music during dinner, which we LOVED and then DJ'd when the dancing started. Could not recommend Josh enough, so easy to work with and created the overall vibe for our wedding with music that we were looking for! If you're looking for an incredible musician, dj and beyond...Josh is your guy! We really couldn't recommend him enough!

s and brought a ton of energy! He also played live music which was very special. We would recommend him to anyone!

available. The company has many other talented artists to chose from, but ultimately we booked the Singer/DJ Sheridan Reed. It was the BEST thing we ever did. In the beginning of our wedding planning journey I was set on a band, however, after everything added up- we simply could not afford a band. Sheridan was the best of both worlds. He can preform live with his guitar and DJ. Sheridan learned songs that were important to me when it came to our ceremony. He had a list of live songs he would preform during cocktail hour that I got to pick from. Then I gave him a playlist for the reception, then also gave him full range to read the room and play what he thought was best. He did a phenomenal job. Both Josh and Sheridan were fast to respond to any questions and were accommodating. If you are looking for the perfect medium of live music and DJ combo that does not break the bank- Josh Klaus Music is for you!! I could not recommend this company enough!!

ie. From the moment we first heard him play, we knew we wanted that voice and that energy to be part of our special day. And wow, did he deliver. Josh has this incredible talent for reading the room and setting the perfect tone — whether it was his soulful live performance during our ceremony that brought actual tears to people’s eyes, or the smooth, romantic background music during dinner that kept everyone swaying and smiling, he was pure magic from start to finish. He even got people dancing who never dance! Beyond his amazing musical talent, Josh was so kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. He took the time to get to know us and what we envisioned, and then he brought it to life in a way that completely exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still talking about him — his voice, his vibe, and the way he made the whole evening feel intimate and unforgettable. If you’re considering booking Josh Klaus for your wedding or event, do it. He doesn’t just play music — he creates moments. We feel so lucky to have had him as part of our day. Thank you, Josh, from the bottom of our hearts!

osh absolutely MADE it. He was actually the second vendor we booked after locking down our venue, because it was THAT important to us to have him there. Josh is a true full-scope entertainer: an insanely talented acoustic guitarist and singer, an amazing MC, and a DJ who knows exactly how to keep the energy flowing. From the ceremony to the dance floor, he read the vibe of the event perfectly and kept everything moving so naturally. His ability to become a part of the party, not just a vendor off to the side, made all the difference. It felt like we had a friend up there celebrating with us, and that energy was contagious — our guests had SO much fun because he was having so much fun! Not only is Josh incredibly talented, but he is also one of the kindest, most genuine people we met along our wedding planning journey. We asked him to learn a few songs that are special to us, and he not only learned them, but clearly took the time to absolutely master them. He brought so much warmth to the day and made every interaction easy and enjoyable. The positive comments we got from guests after the wedding were endless. Aside from the general “gorgeous day” compliments, the number one thing people raved about was Josh — how talented he was, how much fun he brought to every moment, and how perfectly he set the tone for the entire day. There is truly no one better. If you’re lucky enough to have Josh available for your event, BOOK HIM. You will be so thankful you did — just like we are!

beyond his typical services to provide a private performance with the groom for just the two of us. We could very easily feel how much he cared about our day and making it the best that it could possibly be. Josh has a great energetic personality and he was a joy to work with from start to finish. Our communication with him was seamless and he was always responsive. We will be recommending him to all of our friends!

one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Josh did an incredible job and was hands down our favorite vendor to work with. He did an excellent job on all fronts and we received rave reviews from everyone in attendance. If he is available for the dates on your big day stop reading this and book him immediately! We heard about him because he also performed at my sister's wedding last year and it was the same story - massively entertaining and a huge hit! Great guy and he catered to all of our needs. Highly, highly recommend!!!

run with it! He did a great job and many guests complimented the live music and music taste. After dinner, Josh turned into a MC/DJ and we hit the dance floor, dancing the rest of the night away to great music! From speakeasy vibes with live music to full on dance club, Josh can do it all! Josh is not only a talented musician and DJ, but he’s also very professional and enjoyable to be around. We 100% recommend Josh for your wedding or event!

right off the bat, citing him as one of the best musicians in Austin to work with. Our communication with Josh was enjoyable, and his responses were always timely and to the point. Josh arrived early to set up on our wedding day and provided a very calming, joyful presence to our special day. He performed at the ceremony and cocktail hour, all songs I picked off of his song list that were absolutely amazing! Our guests all loved him and were so impressed by his talent - as was I. My only regret is not having him stay longer. I would highly recommend having Josh at your wedding!

play, which made it even easier for putting the playlist together. We started working with him on all the music elements of the wedding months before and finalized it with him the week before. He was able to provide recommendations as well, which were all very helpful. Day of, he played very well and all the guests loved his music and voice and complimented us on him as well. He played my favorite song as I walked down the aisle and he sounded so sweet and played it well. Josh Klaus Music is highly recommended for any wedding and/or event!

ur musician understood the vibe throughout the whole day, as we are not a particularly "dance-y" couple and didn't want anything to feel forced. Josh's ability to set the right tone at every step of the way us unparalleled: from soothing and romantic vocals before the ceremony, to a beautiful "pre-speeches" speech, to an upbeat DJ set that kept our most energetic guests wildly entertained, the vibe was perfect the whole day. Something to especially highlight is how he played a mix of songs that got both older and younger crowds on the dance floor; we loved looking over and seeing guests of all ages having a great time. Plus, he'll learn any song acoustically that you want for an extremely nominal fee, so we asked him to learn our processional song, which was absolutely beautiful. On top of all of his skills, he's also just a blast to be around and SO responsive - we actually thought the response we got from him when we first submitted an inquiry was automated because the turnaround was so fast! We received so many compliments about Josh, and we are so grateful he made the night as enjoyable for our guests as it was for us!

rking with Josh. First of all, he is truly so talented and a joy to work with. His acoustic set for happy hour and for part of the dinner service was stunning. His DJ and MC skills were top notch and he has the dance floor vibing at all times. Not only was Josh great to work with day of, but he was also extremely helpful and communicative ahead of the big day. He helped my clients with song selection, guided them through some do's and don'ts based on his experience, and was great and listening and respecting their vision for their big day. 10/10 highly recommend Josh and we will most certainly be using Josh again for future clients.

music needs and then some. We wanted piano music during our ceremony, and Daniel went above and beyond, even singing our exit song!! It was truly a magical experience, and we were so happy with how professional and courteous Daniel and Josh were. We had several conversations about our vision, and it far exceeded our expectations!!

d during our ceremony, which was so appreciated. Since the wedding, the thing we hear the most was "Who was your DJ?? He was awesome!!" He fit the vibe and tone throughout the evening and was so lovely and easy to work with. We could not recommend him more highly! Hire Josh for your wedding!!!

ring him at a friend's Austin wedding. Josh felt like a wedding guest and vendor at the same time, in the best way! Both his acoustic set and DJ set are amazing, we got so many compliments from guests. My husband and I felt like he played the perfect DJ set personalized to us, but also played songs to please the crowd, while also respecting our requests (no line dances, etc). He had everyone dancing all night, and he even joined the dance floor at one point! We could not recommend him enough if you are looking for your music to be one of the most memorable parts of your wedding. He was also very easy to work with leading up to the wedding, organized, responsive, but also easy to arrange his requests. We love Josh!

r, everything was perfect! Our dance floor was packed the entire night and we had multiple guests RAVE about how talented and amazing Josh is! I would absolutely recommend Josh to anyone :) He was super awesome to work with and didn't hesitate to jump on a phone call several times to help us with music selections and answer all our questions! Thank you so much for all you did for us for our wedding!
