Great food was a non-negotiable for us. Joshua Charles topped great food off with great service from their team the night of the wedding, great bar service, coordination of our dessert, and they worked with us on the open bar we hoped for! Marian is their main coordinator, and she's great with communications and resources. In no way was the food "typical wedding food"- it was boutique restaurant quality and our guests were raving about it all night! They set up the bar and bourbon tasting exactly as we had envisioned, and the specialty cocktails were exactly as we requested. Their team also did a great job setting up the tablescapes and the rentals exactly as I had hoped. Working with Marian and Kevin (their head chef), I'd definitely recommend their team and their food!

"That was the best wedding food we've ever had" - we literally have received this compliment from everybody that we've talked to since our wedding on August 24. We were looking for a caterer who could make Paella, since I grew up in Spain, and Josh created a Spanish menu that literally had us licking our plates after our tasting. Marian, his coordinator, was a total lifesaver leading up to the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the actual day. Providing dinner for all of your wedding guests is not cheap (and we spent a fair amount of time researching and doing tastings), and Joshua Charles not only was competitively priced, but his food was delicious and memorable.

They did an amazing job an incorporated both of our ethnic foods into our menu and it tasted just like moms. Food was just the right portions and you never felt over full or tired after eating. They were very professional and were able to work within our budget.
