We loved our venue! Initially I was so nervous about it raining on our wedding day, but when the day arrived and it was cold and gray, I ended up feeling really good about having the ceremony indoors when I saw how lovely it was decorated. We even got to take photos outside by the gazebo afterwards, which felt like the best of both worlds. The flexibility to have tables on two floors allowed for some really cool photos and made it so that everyone could see what was happening. Molly at Josiah's was so organized and on top of things, and the venue was reasonably priced in my opinion. The location was great too, and our friends and family traveling from the Boston area did not have to make too far of a trek to celebrate with us.

We just hosted our wedding here on May 19th and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our small wedding. Everyone kept saying how beautiful the place was and they are right. Not only is the venue gorgeous though, but it is also affordable and the staff there is amazing! They were all so helpful and friendly on the day of. Molly who was the day of coordinator is absolutely amazing! She seriously made the whole process so easy from the time we placed an inquiry to the day of. She is on top of things and is readily available for questions or concerns. It made the process so much easier. I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding here and I would highly recommend using them. If you’re looking to have a small intimate wedding, look no further. This is your place. You won’t regret it.

Josiah's Meetinghouse is a beautiful barn venue with rustic charm nestled in the historic region of Epping, NH. Built in 1800 and later renovated and opening for events in 2015, Josiah's Meetinghouse specializes in weddings of up to 100 guests. Couples have the option to have their ceremony indoors in our intimate pavilion or outdoors at our gazebo, which offers gorgeous views of rolling fields. Our indoor reception space is fully climate controlled and has has hi-tech equipment including installed lighting and speakers as well as a state of the art sound system.The outdoor ceremony space comes equip with a DJ booth, speakers, and microphones. With multiple large mirrors, great lighting, and a private outdoor space with seating and tables, couples are welcome to utilize our bridal suite throughout their wedding day. We provide wooden benches for our indoor and outdoor ceremonies as well as round tables, wooden chairs, white linen tablecloths, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, barware, chafing dishes, and serving untensils for cocktail hour and the reception. We have our liquor license and a fully stocked bar with beers, wines, and large variety liquors. We offer a complimentary coffee station which is set up with regular coffee, decaf coffee, hot water, tea, sugar, cream, and mugs. The s'mores cart, a crowd favorite, is available to rent for an additional fee, which is set up in our patio area. Our patio area also has a smoking gazebo, glass fireplace, fire pit, outdoor seating areas, and speakers to ensure that any music playing or announcements being made can be heard regardless if guests are inside or outdoors. We are fully handicap accessible with a large wooden ramp in front of the barn, a wooden ramp at the patio area, and large handicap bathroom. Josiah's Meetinghouse comes with a full staff including bartenders, servers, parking attendant, and day of bridal coordinator. We offer three different tiers for our wedding packages, so each couple can have the wedding day that perfectly fits their needs.

Just got married here on 10/19/25. Absolutely gorgeous venue! It was everything my husband and I were looking for, we had a very small and intimate wedding with under 30 guests and...

although this venue can accommodate for more, we loved that we didn't feel like our small group would look lost in the venue. It had a perfect cozy vibe with the rustic charm we really were looking for! The venue comes with a day of coordinator, Molly, she was absolutely fantastic all along the process right up until the day of the wedding. She was the only person I had any communication with, she was the one who gave us the tour of the venue, she promptly answered every email and question I had. When I arrived on my wedding day at 11am, she wasn't there and someone else greeted me and told me she wouldn't be there until 1pm (my ceremony was at 2pm). I felt very confused and stressed by this because my other vendors would be showing up before 1pm. I thought at first maybe something came up for her personally so I just rolled it off cause I had things to do. When I did finally see Molly for the first time that day, she didn't acknowledge me at all, it wasn't until I was in the bridal suite and getting ready for the ceremony that she spoke to me. She did an excellent job from my perspective of keeping things running smoothly during the ceremony. After the ceremony was over, I never saw her again. At the end of the evening, I poked my head out back into the little kitchen area and asked if she was around so I could thank her and I was informed that she had left. I have no idea when she left or why she decided not to let me know she was leaving, I don't know if my vendors knew she left. It all just felt disappointing since she was supposed to be there for me that day. I feel like maybe I did something wrong because I can see every other review is positive, I'm not sure what happened. Again, the venue is stunning and everything was completely fine up until this point.

y minimal and it came out gorgeous. I cannot thank Molly enough for all that she did to make the day go so smoothly. There are so many moving parts to a wedding day and I truly don’t know when they happened. I didn’t see things getting moved around or set up. I remember looking at my fiancé and asking if the food was there or not because I never saw anything, when it came time for dinner everything so beautifully set up. It truly was a day of no stress. Many of my guests came up to me and said how beautiful the venue was and how they would be recommending it to everyone they know.
