Hiring Josie Lynn Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The team was a huge help during the planning process and the online tools made it easy to stay organ...
ized and on top of important tasks. When it came to wedding day, Kelsey and Barbara were an absolute dream team! With peace of mind that everything was taken care of, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day and immerse ourselves fully in the day.
My husband and I hired Josie and her team for month of coordination for our wedding. We felt so at ease knowing she was taking care of all the details and coordination for our big ...
day. She communicated with vendors and made a day of timeline that worked out wonderfully. Our wedding day was spectacular and that is in part to Josie and her fantastic team!
I'm a detail oriented planner of a person so I knew having someone else in charge on my wedding day would be hard for me but from the very first meeting it was a no brainer to have...
Josie Lynn Events take the reins. You can tell Josie genuinely cares about you as a couple and what you want your wedding day to be like. I reached out to her on a couple occasions when I couldn't decide on a vendor and she always had extremely helpful feedback or other options I hadn't looked into - and my team of vendors ended up being the BEST! The day of the wedding I woke up and didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew Josie & her team had everything under control. I couldn't have dreamed of the day going any smoother than it did and if we had to do it over again we would, no questions asked, hire JLE again and again!
From the beginning we knew that we wanted a wedding planner and from our first consultation with Josie and the follow-up proposal, we had already decided. From that brief meeting s...
he had already garnished the basics of our wedding desires (whimsical and romantic with subtle inclusions of our ‘nerdy’ interests like the Legend of Zelda and Lord of the Rings), and these personal touches and attention to detail in the proposal alone had our full trust that she would help us execute our perfect wedding – she just got it. She’s enthusiastic, supportive, organized, and knowledgeable; she has some great resources and tools at her disposal that make planning so much easier, especially if you get overwhelmed by too many tasks, ideas, and decisions. We felt so confident and unconcerned about the execution of the day-of that the only stressor ended up being making sure we had all our personal inventory packed up and ready for her and her assistant. The wedding was perfection and everything we could have asked for, and a big part of that is thanks to Josie and her assistant, we would recommend Josie Lynn Events again and again.
I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through our wedding without Josie and her team. Our wedding day was completely stress free and that is 100% because of Josie. She handle...
d every slight issue or problem before we even knew about it and allowed us to be fully immersed in our day without a worry. She truly cares about your day and it’s extremely apparent that she wants you to have a perfect day. We could not recommend Josie enough!

ess free; I was able to enjoy myself while knowing that Josie was taking care of everything. In the months leading up to the wedding, Josie was always available to answer questions and provide advice. Our day and entire wedding planning experience would not have been the same without Josie and her team. I wholeheartedly recommend Josie Lynn Events!
Josie felt like our sidekick through the planning process and we couldn’t (nor wouldn’t) have been able to have the kind of wedding we hoped for without her and her assistant Kelse...
y. I sensed early on in our interactions that Josie heard and understood our intentions for the event, and provided skilled guidance in moving towards the experience we were attempting to create. She also helped us manage financial resources to get the biggest bang for our buck, allowing us to save money in some places and spend where it counted - such as finding and hiring an awesome experienced bartender last minute!
Beyond providing critical assistance and support in early planning stages, Josie Lynn events provided rockstar day-of coordination for our wedding. My husband and I will be forever thankful to have had them at our side through our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. JLE helped us navigate the beauty and chaos of an outdoor event with touch-and-go weather forecasts. Way to go Josie! We did it :D

utely needed. Josie Lynn Events was the perfect choice to get all of the Quad City wedding details in order as we lived in Virginia. Josie made time for additional meetings to ensure the budget, decor, music, etc. were handled. Also, she provided peace of mind during the rehearsal and wedding.
Thank you for all of the help in making the day successful.
From our first meeting, we absolutely knew that Josie was the right wedding planner for us. She was knowledgable, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. The biggest comp...
liment a wedding planner can get (I'd imagine) is that the bride and groom were able to have a stress free day. That's EXACTLY what Josie gave us. We didn't worry about a thing, other than enjoying our day, catching up with family/friends, and doing some dancing. There were many people in our family and bridal party who complimented her and even said she was "money well spent" multiple times. The day went so smooth and Josie deserves a lot of the credit for making that happen. Thank you, Josie, for everything you did to make our day so special!
My wife and I planned our wedding in Davenport, Iowa while living Brooklyn, New York. We could not have pulled off an out-of-state wedding without Josie!

ocess, she was communicative, warm, enthusiastic, and always eager to see how our needs could be met.
Because our wedding was not traditional, we had a lot of custom requests, including accommodations for different dietary needs. Josie was our advocate the entire way.
I highly recommend considering Josie for your event.
