My husband chose to wear his grandfather's ring and Joslin's sized it and polished him up in no time! I wish I could post a photo of my amazing custom ring, because good words simply can't do it justice. Joslin's has customers for life.

s engagement ring and wedding band re-sized for us to use we had an absolutely wonderful experience. 8 months ago we ordered his wedding band and had a very frustrating time, we ordered a ring and it came in scratched, it was returned and we got a new one that had an even bigger scratch, we ended up having to order a different ring. This problem was the manufacturers fault, but it is frustrating that the ring was not inspected before they tried to hand it over to us. and that we had to point out the issue ourselves. Two weeks ago my fiance and I went to take my ring and band in to get them soldered and wedding ready, they were not busy when we came in but the three women who "helped" us were very rude and my fiance and I both questioned even getting the work done there because of it. I asked them to look at an issue from when gold had been added to the prongs on my band and they told me they didn't see it when it was clear as day to my untrained eye. Overall I felt awful leaving my jewelry there. I got my ring back yesterday and once again the staff was rude. The work was done well, but I was highly disappointed in the service I received. I hate that over the last two years I have seen such a decline in the service here. It makes you feel very terrible when you are treated like you are not worth their time when you are spending a lot of money there on something that is highly sentimental.

There are no days or weeks waiting for a rhodium dip or sizing. The turnaround was the same day and I did not expect that. I also love the fact that Gary called me personally that my jewelry was ready. Dave Carpenter introduced me to my favorite piece from Joslins....a stunning 1.73 pear diamond color D Vs2 that I purchased as a loose stone and it was set in my band that my husband had purchased from them for an existing wedding diamond. They also set my original wedding marquise in a pendant with chain necklace at no cost. I was shocked and so happy at the same time. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and also appraised all of my jewelry. He also suggested a great insurance carrier which happens to be Joslins carrier. Folks, don't waste time at those 'chains'!! Joslins is your jewelry store!! All of the staff are GREAT! I highly recommend you stop in and meet the staff and check out their jewelry.

I had to have my engagement ring sized several different times and each time they were very understanding. Everyone also is super helpful and always offers great advice when I have my rings cleaned. Our experience has been wonderful and we look forward to continuing to buy jewelry from them in the future.

Any issues that have arisen they have handled without any questions asked, and truly seem to value us as customers. My wife and I both love our rings, and will gladly continue our patronage at Joslin's.

We have also purchased wedding bands, earrings and anniversary bands there. Their service is always outstanding and they are extremely easy to work with. Can't recommend Dave & Gary enough!

titors, the staff at Joslins weren’t pushy or overpriced, but were extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and could let the quality of their rings speak for themselves. We also purchased both of our wedding bands and they were able to locate my unconventional band (horizontal bizet set baguettes) through their New York vendors at half the price of another local jeweler. Great local jeweler for KC!
