ith her work that I knew she would be my photographer on my special day. A wedding day is very stressful, so to work with Joy, was a gift. We had mapped out a plan, a list of photographs that I wanted, as well as, any other photos that caught her creative eye. I trusted her instincts! tograph our wedding. I had seen other work she did from a few friends, and her website was also a good way to see the scope of her work. We spoke a few times throughout the wedding process and she went above and beyond her call of duty as our photographer. Not having any older siblings or close friends who were married, I reached out to her on a few occasions for advice simply because I knew she was deeply involved in the wedding industry. Joy was beyond helpful with everything we needed and really helped to guide us in the right direction, she put me, my fiance and our parents at ease every step of the way. On our big day - I literally did not have to worry about a thing. Joy and her assistant were in constant contact with the venue coordinator, DJ, florist etc. They moved quick and got all the shots without me having to micro manage or even ask. When I did ask if she got something, she had already done it. She truly knows what works best - and how to get there with little commotion. Her and the assistant were a true joy to have around us on our big day. Their positive energy, encouragement and love of what they do really complimented our wedding. After the wedding we all couldn't wait to see the results. The day Joy sent our photo's over...my finance and I literally sat on the couch and cried. She captured every moment, every emotion, and ever detail of our wedding better than we ever could have imagined. It was literally like we were re-living it. Needless to say....as long as Joy has that camera in her hand, we will be using her for all of our lives milestones to come. I couldn't imagine having anyone else.
