We absolutely loved the staff here at Joy Ridge. We got married here about a week ago, and they were very attentive and easy to work with. Email response time is slower than I would have liked, but in the end, they were amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Kirsten and her team made our wedding day such a breeze. We were in communication for months ahead of the wedding and she was always willing to let us discuss details or stop by to check out decor months ahead of time so we could feel confident in our day. It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception on site. They comfortably housed 200 people and still found room to clear out the dance floor.

is close to Rochester, MN, so it was easy for us to find all of our vendors. When I initially toured Joy Ridge, they asked me, "What would you most like to get out of your wedding day?". It was an important question that no other venue I toured had asked! My answer was "To be as fun and stress-free as possible", and Joy Ridge certainly helped do that! Our wedding date was late October 2025, so we were not sure what the weather would be like. One of the benefits of Joy Ridge was that we could do an indoor or outdoor ceremony space. All of the bathrooms and getting ready suite were in the same building as well. (I would highly recommend Joy Ridge especially if you are a couple or have guests with limited mobility, everything is essentially on ground level!) Joy Ridge also had many decorations that we were able to rent from them, which was super helpful for set up and take down! Their bar area was so comfortable and fun. One of the best moments with Joy Ridge was how they helped create a space for my cousin, an 8-year-old with special needs and limited mobility, to have her own space in the ballroom to be able to celebrate comfortably with us. If you are looking at booking with Joy Ridge, you will be highly satisfied!!

geous outdoor ceremony space and they decorated it to perfection! We hired the Joy Ridge team to decorate and they took all my ideas and made them a reality! Kirsten and her mother in law have amazing design ideas and they did not disappoint! It was so nice not to have to stress about decor and they cleaned it all up afterwards too! They took my Fall theme and made all my dreams come true! Kirsten is a wonderful communicator and works so well with you to organize everything. They also have an awesome getting ready space that my bridal party and I used and they even have us a bottle of champagne’ I would recommend Joy Ridge to anyone getting married! They do it all! Also, the venue is very reasonably priced as well as their bar prices compared to other venues in the area!

That relieved a lot of stress. Who doesn't love that? The staff was wonderful and made us feel like family. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and I can't thank Joy Ridge enough for making that possible. I highly recommend having Joy Ridge host your next event, you won't be disappointed!

thinking ahead and getting all the details just right. I can’t express enough how accommodating they were; they had so many great ideas for me too! And on my wedding day, everything was perfect. It was just how I’d pictured it. And I didn’t have to worry about a thing, I just got to enjoy my big day! I’d definitely choose them again in the future for another event!
