. We met with her to discuss what we were looking for, and from there, she did much of the work. She sent us ideas of how to structure the ceremony and gave us samples of things we could look at. We then had some personal stuff come up where we were delayed in getting back to her, and she was patient with us while we got back to her. She then built the ceremony based on what we asked for, and after a few edits and recommendations from her, we had our whole ceremony planned. What could be an enormous, intimidating task was easy with Joyce on our team. She then ran the entire rehearsal and kept our group organized as we practiced. On the day, she arrived on time and checked in with us to make sure we had no final questions. From there, she coordinated with others to ensure everyone knew their role. The ceremony was perfect for us, and we received many compliments for how well it was constructed. She also stayed for our reception to lead a prayer, for which we are also grateful. Joyce was the perfect addition to our vendor team, and we are so thankful for her willingness to work with us.

On the day of your rehearsal, Joyce truly takes away your stress and handles everything from wrangling your bridal party to going over things many times so that everyone is on the same page. On your wedding day, she checks in with you to make sure you are doing well, and for the ceremony, she is clear, precise and professional, yet warm. After, she will mail her copy of the courts for you, so it’s one less stress.

During the rehearsal Joyce took charge, directing everyone and working with the onsite coordinator so that we could just take directions with everyone else and focus on ourselves. And the ceremony was lovely. Joyce kept it short and sweet and simple for us! We were not looking for an overtly religious ceremony, so we were a bit worried about finding the right person, and Joyce made us feel completely comfortable with our decisions.

Over the year we kept in touch and when it came time to create a ceremony she was just so willing to preform something that fit us! I copied and pasted a ceremony from the internet and she tweeked it to make it just perfect! We had people coming up to us all night to compliment us on our ceremony. It wasn't religious and I'd say "non-traditional", although we added a blessing/prayer. It was just a beautiful ceremony! She really knows her job!!
