Joyce approached me and my boyfriend beginning of may in Brooklyn, NY. She asked if she can take photos of us for free for her own practice and to build her profile. We agreed as w...
e were taking photos already. End of may, she sent a link with all the photos in black and white and with a watermark. (Which is understandable). She then promised to send 20 of my favorites back and edited. In June I told her not to worry about editing them and we just really wanted to have the photos. To which she responded she does not send back unedited photos and will at least send the black and white version. We are now a day away from August and she has yet to do so. I have messaged her multiple times, offering to pay and being very patient/ nice. She has yet to respond to all of my messages. So let this be a warning to all, she has handled this matter extremely unprofessional with not responding, especially since she has photos of ME and my boyfriend! It’s unfortunate that this experience had to go this way. I do not recommend her!!!
