Jade was our day-of coordinator for our wedding, which we held at my family's church with the reception at the local volunteer fire hall. I can't recommend Jade and her team enough. Jade is friendly, knowledgeable, superbly organized, and wildly helpful - she went above and beyond to try to ease day-of as much as possible (and succeeded!). She was able to attend a meeting with the venue staff and I ahead of time, helped us with set up the day before, and handled so many little things that popped up the day of. She was on my team, and it made everything so much easier so that I could just focus on enjoying the day. I would recommend Jade to absolutely anyone.

Both Jade and Desiree were so helpful during our planning process! They ensured that all and any of my questions were answered and were so organized! Desiree even took the time to drive an hour and a half to my mother’s home in order to meet with us to go over every and all details regarding the set up for our wedding! Both Jade and Desiree arrived on time to start their set up process on our wedding day and worked through rainy conditions to ensure that our vision came true! They were both so kind and determined to ensure that our day was beautiful! I would absolutely recommend their services for your next big event!

My mom and I hired Jade after we quickly realized that planning a wedding can be super overwhelming. From the very first phone call that we had with Jade my mom and I were immediately relieved and felt so grateful to have Jades help planning my wedding. Whether it was her calming presence or her problem solving skills Jade was truly such a God send! She helped contact vendors who were not responding, she laid out the entire wedding day schedule and itinerary, she organized every little detail on the day, and she made sure the vendors had all of the Information they needed. On the day she was with me from the very start to the very end making sure everything ran smoothly. The feeling of everything being taken care of on your wedding day is invaluable. She just went above and beyond and my wedding would not have looked the way it did or been so stress free if it were not for her!! After hiring Joyful Events by Jade to plan my wedding I would 100% say hiring a wedding planner like Jade is essential if you want a stress free, well planned thought out smooth wedding day! I’m so so grateful and I cannot recommend @joyfuleventsbyjade enough!!!

We worked with Jade as our Day Of Coordinator, and also booked the design package through her! Jade was amazing and it was the best decision we made for our wedding and organization :). The design package was so helpful because we knew what we wanted, aesthetically, but didn’t know where to start or how to land on a cohesive look. Her designs helped us narrow down what we wanted, and also she included links that made ordering so easy! I didn’t know about some of the cute stuff we could get (custom napkins with our cat’s face on them; custom drink stirrers), and I wouldn’t have known without Jade! They made the day so special. We never felt pressured or stressed when we were working with Jade – she made sure everything was done when it needed to be, but the process was so smooth and not anxiety-inducing. Leading up to the wedding, Jade took a TON of work off our plates with all the coordinating she did. Endlessly grateful for that! Day of, Jade was even more amazing!!! I didn’t worry about a thing, because I knew she was on it. Seriously, people even asked me how I was so calm lol. The day was PERFECT and I know a lot of that was because of all the work Jade was doing behind the scenes. I’m sure there are things that she solved that I don’t even know about, because I wasn’t asked about a single detail or issue! When our after-party location was unexpectedly closed, Jade had a solution when I called her not knowing what to do. Hire Jade and her company for peace of mind! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Would recommend her to any bride!

Jade and Desiree helped us plan, coordinated our vendors, and ran our my wedding like a dream. The day ended up being extremely hot (95-100F) and they kept their cool so we could keep ours. They handled the details that start piling up in that week before the event and only passed along specific questions and tasks for us to complete. This allowed us to work on our part of our DIY wedding where we did flowers, cake, and decor. We wouldn't have enjoyed the day nearly as much without their behind and in-front of the scenes help! The day of the wedding, I can't say enough about the work they put in to make our day smooth and lovely. They know what needs done, they do it. They know you're stressed, they got it. Do yourself a favor and hire Joyful Events. Their pricing is insanely affordable compared to other planners, and I have no idea why. Thank you Desiree and Jade!

We had an amazing time working with Jade for our June 2024 wedding! She ensured we felt supported and organized the planning process. We hired her for design and coordination and she took so much off our plate. I tend to be a perfectionist so I was nervous about getting everything just right for my big day. Jade's approach made everything feel so manageable, while also allowing me to enjoy the process. When there was a hiccup with another one of my vendors, she worked so hard to rectify the situation and I truly appreciate all of her hard work!!! If you are thinking about investing in a planner, you won't regret hiring Jade!

The entire Joyful Events Team was so great to work with! Everyone was so helpful at every consult. I worked a lot with Adrieanna, and she hopped on even the last minute vendor consults. I can’t actually imagine if I would have been orchestrating the behind the scenes, and it was a great relief knowing Adrieanna and Desiree were on top of it. My personality clicked with all of the Joyful Events team - Jade, Adrieanna, and Desiree. They also are the best hype gals, and I love all of the social media posts that made us feel even more like the Star of the show!

I don’t even know where to begin, I have so much to say!! When we started wedding planning so long ago, it quickly became soooo overwhelming. I was quick on a wedding planner hunt and soon came across Joyful Events by Jade. An IMMEDIATE feeling of relief came over me when we had our first meeting. Jade was there every step of the way. She was literally available anytime I needed her, for any questions, idea changes, anything I threw at her. She was confident, reassuring, kind, professional, a true life saver. When wedding day came, she was calm and on top of it. I was busy losing to my nerves, and she held me together. Her assistant Adrienna was amazing as well. She had all our decor packed and organized, everything we came into the venue with was ready to leave the venue in orderly fashion within the hour after our reception was over. The two of them are a dream team and I would highly recommend them. If you’re on the fence about a planner, get one. And if you’re unsure of who to look into, look no further. They were worth every single penny and then some. Thanks Jade for everything, you were a fast friend and I’m so grateful to have had you be a part of our special day.

Jade and I first met about two years ago when I was looking for a “day of” wedding coordinator for my wedding which was Nov 12, 2022! She offered me “month of coordination” which I had never heard of and thought was pretty awesome and very affordable— so I’d get to know her atleast the month leading up to my wedding, right?. Well, I was wrong.. I got to know jade literally over the entire last two years as she was there for me whenever I needed her, day and night, and for any and all questions. She always had myself and my husband’s best interests when it came to the perfect wedding day and was willing to give advice or answer questions even if it wasn’t “included in the contract.” Jade is a wonderful person and professional and is thoroughly organized. We met multiple times over the two years, in person and via zoom, to plan things. Shortly after every call, even with her own wedding being planned and executed, she would follow up with a formal email and organized document entailing all the details. I could go on and on about jade and her services, but at the end of the day my wedding would not have been possible without her. Sadly, my wedding coordinator at the venue was less than helpful and jade stepped it up doing the job of many to make my wedding go off without a hitch. So, don’t think twice; if you are getting married and want your day to be worry-free and perfectly executed you need joyful events by jade in your life. I promise you won’t regret it! ❤️

I hired Jade to plan both my bridal and baby showers. And I’m SO glad I did. Her attention to detail, constant communication, and creativeness put me at ease and I knew I had the perfect planner for the job. She hand crafted custom favors for each guest and created custom stationary for all of my shower games, too. I can’t thank Jade enough for everything!!
