On the day of my wedding, her and Jessica were so helpful and really put not only me and my husband at ease, but my parents and bridal party as well. I was able to enjoy my day, no stress and no worries! Steph and Jessica were there for me and my husband every step of the way making sure everything was running smoothly. We got married on one of the hottest days in August and Steph and Jessica were right behind us making sure we were hydrated, cool, and comfortable at all times!! They were in constant communication with our venue, photographer, DJ, and all other vendors and I really had nothing left to do but soak it all in and enjoy my day stress-free. For being a wedding planner through the covid pandemic with all the reschedules and high wedding demand, she did a fabulous job. I really had my own vision, but I couldn't be in two places at once. I needed to hire someone to make my vision come to life while I enjoyed my wedding day. She was kind, helpful, on time, and her assistant was wonderful as well. My wedding was definitely different than the average and even with some things not going exactly as I envisioned, I wouldn't change a thing. ad spoke with a few other coordinators (some of the more popular ones) before we talked and met with Steph. I have to tell you I never got the warm and fuzzies from the others. It always felt so sterile. Talking with Steph I always got the warm and fuzzies. She stuck with me through three wedding postponments due to Covid and I always felt like everything was going to be OK. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but planning it three times, and during a pandemic, sucks. But Stephanie was my rock. Honestly I don't think I would have made it through the day without her. She was always one step ahead of me and did what I wanted/needed even before I knew I wanted/needed it. She pulled everything together for me, when I didn't think I could. I had given up some many times and she always made me feel like it was going to be OK. I think I am going to miss her.

Steph is extremely responsive, organized, professional, and remembers every little detail. Her work ethic and "can do" attitude is unmatched! I consider myself a great planner but I NEVER could have pulled off this amazing day without Steph. She truly went above and beyond. I was worried that I would not be able to have the day I wanted as a result of the covide restrictions and limited guest count , however it was the most beautiful wonderful day ever and I owe so much of it to Steph! I was feeling overwhelmed. Prior to our consultation, I sent her a 15 page document with all of our wedding details. From our first meeting, I could tell Stephanie was well prepared and had great attention to detail. She pre-read my whole document before we even booked her!!
As part of the month of coordination service, she took over communication with our vendors about a week out. She called each one and made sure everyone was on the same page for the wedding timeline. She remembered little details that I didn't even think of like if the DJ was bringing the microphone for the officiant. It took so much stress off of us knowing that Stephanie was working on last minute communications which allowed us to enjoy the days leading up and have fun learning our first dance!
On the day of, Stephanie arrived right when she said she would. It was during my bridal portraits, so she checked in with me and immediately started working on setting up for the wedding! It was so lovely being able to just spend time with my bridesmaids and family while Stephanie was working with our venue and vendors. I was so grateful that if anything went wrong on our special day, we didn't know about it. Stephanie even helped our DJ act as a bingo caller (social distancing activity). She kept checking in making sure everything was perfect. At the end of the night, I believe she stayed a little past her contracted time due to us saying good bye to guests to make sure everything was cleaned up and nothing went missing.
If I were to plan another large event, I would definitely book Stephanie again!!

the planning aspects - keeping us on track, putting a plan together, taking over responsibilities, negotiating with vendors - but, more importantly, she became a partner of our event. She cared about us and our wedding like it was her own. We relied on her experience and taste to help make numerous decisions, and she never let us down. Our best vendors - hair, makeup, flowers and jewelry - were all her recommendations that she has vetted. She worked with us to find creative ways to save money, and happily took on a more active role to make each minute detail even better. Stephanie made the day of the wedding a total breeze, checking in to ensure us everything was going as planned. We didn't have to lift a finger and the entire night was seamless and magical. My husband and I were completely blown away by Steph, we can't say enough great things about her. In our most stressful time, she took stress away from us and put it on herself without hesitation. She became not just a hired vendor but a friend.
