ty the day-of our wedding and as I continue wrapping up all of the loose ends from our November wedding, it's more and more apparent how valuable she was to us on our special weekend. She was able to help us coordinate our ceremony rehearsal because none of us had any clue what we were doing! She stayed and helped us get everything down perfect and then returned bright and early the next morning to kick off our wedding day! After only a phone call meeting and a few emails exchanged prior, Ruth was able to knock out my list of errands that helped free up the day for my bridesmaids and I to relax. Her intuition was amazing and I am still confused how she just knew all the things I needed done and how she was able to magically make it all happen! She was punctual, reliable, professional, FUN, and above all -- a truly knowledgeable source of happiness and joy our entire weekend. Her energy was so appreciated and at the end of the weekend, she became family to us. My friends and family are still raving about her services, too! If you are on the fence about hiring an extra hand or if you need an officiant -- RUTH IS YOUR GIRL!

y and were given a super generic script two days before our wedding that had nothing to do with the extensive questionnaire we spent a week working on that she ASKED US to write for her. After having to bug her to even send us something, she sent the one-size-fits-all script TWO DAYS before our wedding after promising to send the *custom* script several times over. There were no personal details about us in it whatsoever. On the day of the wedding, 45 minutes (!!!) before she was due to arrive to perform the ceremony, she sent me a message. I am removing the name of the woman because she was very sweet though very quiet and not the bubbly personality we paid $325 for. She did do a sufficient job, though. She texted exactly this: “(Name removed) on my staff will be there no later than 5:30, happy Wedding Day! I’m can’t wait to see pictures!!!” Needless to say, I was STUNNED and panicked. I did not know the woman she sent in her place, her last name, what she looked like or if she’d even show up, and I had to ask if she was even licensed (thankfully she was). There was no explanation, no apology, nothing. I did not say anything then because I was afraid she wouldn’t send anyone at all and I wouldn’t be able to get married if I got upset about it. I had already paid her. Plus, I just wanted to be happy on one of the biggest days of my life!! All this is to say RUN and don’t look back! We are very calm people and didn’t cause a fuss at the time but I know some brides would break down over something like this, especially 45 minutes before the ceremony!!
