Just received my wedding photos from JP, they are beautiful! The lighting is so natural and he captured the beauty of the church and outdoor photos. We stole away for sunset photos...
and those are truly magical. JP was personable and in the shadows (in a sense). I didn't even realize he was around taking photos and looking at them now he was all over the ceremony, reception, and dancing, taking in those natural and organic moments.
JP photographed our wedding in October 2017. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside and our reception in a barn. The day was perfect; warm, sunny, and peak foliage. JP did s...
uch an amazing job capturing all of the beautiful colors of the day. He was able to not only capture the beauty of the day, but the feel of the day as well. In all of our photos you can see the warmth, love, fun, and laughter of the day. He was able to include every little detail outside and inside the barn. JP was great to work with as a photographer, being very easy going and not in our faces the whole time. He was easy to communicate with and was accommodating to all our wishes for the day. He really helped to memorialize our day in a beautiful visual story. We are SO glad we went with JP to capture our special day and couldn't be happier with our photos!
JP perfectly captured how happy we were on our wedding day! I am beyond happy with the results! The day itself was so perfect and he respected our wish to quickly finish photos so ...
we could be at cocktail hour with my guests but still managed to get a ton of amazing photos! We love our photos and truly enjoyed working with JP!
JP was very friendly and great to work with. He returned our engagement photos very quickly. Took longer (~6 weeks) with wedding photos probably because it was in the middle of sum...
mer wedding season. He offers very natural appearing photos (doesn't photoshop very much), so perhaps not ideal if you're looking for glamor shots but great if you're looking for natural candid photos.
We worked with JP for our engagement photos and not only did the pictures come out great, but we had a blast too. JP is personable and works with you to get you the shots you want....
Highly recommend him!
JP shot our engagement session and our wedding. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work. I'm a bit of a photography buff, and LOVE looking at photographs, so I really wante...
d to find someone who was technically superb AND had the style that we were looking for. JP was one of the very few photographers who fit the bill, and he was willing to customize the package to fit our budget. He is highly responsive in communications, conscientious and professional, timely, and also relaxed and easygoing.
During the engagement session, he was great at directing us just enough that we looked natural, but neither lost nor forced. He and his assistant showed up early at the wedding to scout the location, and were very unobtrusive during the event, yet captured a ton of great moments. The pictures turned out even better than we had expected, and we've received tons of compliments on them! He did an amazing job at capturing the spontaneity, joy, and emotion of the day in a very warm, natural way that wasn't overly stylized, which was exactly what we wanted. His turnaround time was also super impressive.
