John was amazing! We hired him for my mom’s birthday party, and it was the best decision! He arrived early to set up, and he is very responsive and reliable. He even helped us with setting up a projector to play a video we prepared. He did a great job with the music, feeling out the crowd, and made sure everyone had a great time. He made sure to play a mix of latin and Greek, which is exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend him for weddings or other events! You won’t regret it! J Papa Productions is the way to go!

John was great, professional, had great communication, and was very easy to work with. Once we supplied him with a list of songs that we wanted, and the outline of the wedding per his request, he took care of the rest. Our wedding went smoothly and had not even the slightest hiccup. We would absolutely choose JPAPA again.

John played our playlist and was flexible every time we ran to him with a surprise song. The dance floor was packed with ages ranging from 5 to 87 years old. He knows when to play what type of music to keep the party flowing. When he played Greek music people joined in even if they had never Greek danced before. Working with John was effortless and fun! Just thinking of it makes me want to have another party.

Hired john for the houston Greek film festival event reception. He had a great selection of both Greek and american easy listening. He was very professional and well prepared with microphones, etc for anything we needed on site.

When we first started looking for a DJ, everyone kept telling us "we know this great DJ for your wedding..." All of them would end up telling us JPAPA and luckily that's who we had already booked!! :) John was a fantastic DJ! He constantly touched base with us before the wedding to ensure that everything was set in place. He was also very accommodating with regards to our last minute requests and changes to the reception. Our guests commented that it was easy to carry on a conversation since the music was tasteful (in selection AND volume). He also played a nice selection of dance music. Overall -- great soundtrack to a wonderful evening thanks to John!

John's DJ'ing was exactly what we wanted at our wedding reception. He could not have done a better job. We did not want to follow the traditional wedding "script" and John had no issues at all tailoring everything for us. He was professional, friendly, flexible and prompt. He has ceremony and reception planning forms which were a huge help and made sure we did not overlook anything for our big day. I also appreciated how we were able to communicate over email and how he put up with my procrastination! I would definitely recommend JPAPA productions to DJ your event, next time we throw a house party we will probably give him a call. Thank you for everything, John. We appreciate it.

John was a pleasure to work with as Tommy and I have a very eclectic style relative to music. He spent at least an hour discussing that with me and then gave me some playlists to work from and together we created a really really fun reception and ceremony with the music tying in and supporting our special day in every way!! Additionally, he did a terrific job working with the planner and coordinating the special events like bouquet toss etc.. highly recommend him!

John Papasideris was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive from Day 1 to our wedding day. He played all the songs we wanted and his other choices flowed so well I couldn't remember if we had picked the songs or not. He is easygoing and picks up on cues easily if you want to fade a song. We were not disappointed!

John was phenomenal. Super patient with me and definitely did not rush my musical choices. I gave him generic genres that I wanted played and he ran with it. Everyone got up and danced the night away. On top of all of that he stuck with the itinerary that my wedding planner had set up. He also worked cohesively with all of my other vendors especially my videographer. I would pick him over and over again for any future events that I will need. Seriously the best.

DJ JPapa knows what he’s doing! He recently played a Family Night event at our Church and was spot on with the perfect song selections at the appropriate times. JPapa can read a room well and keep a party on an upward trajectory generating a great atmosphere and vibe for any event. We had guests ranging in age from 2 years old to 90 years old and John kept the party going. That could be a tough crowd for anyone to please but John knew exactly what to play, gently guiding the mood of the night from drinks, through dinner, to full on dance mode with Greek plates breaking on the dance floor. Huge success thanks in great part to DJ JPapa’s skills! Thank you JPapa.

John did a great job with both Greek and popular dance music. During dinner, he played great background music and then got everyone dancing. He was easy to work with, showed up early to get set up and worked easily with the photographer and videographer. He made sure he played what we wanted and did a great job in making the evening memorable.

JPAPA Productions DJ'ed our annual GreekinHouston afterparty again for the 2nd year in a row. This year John not only played the latest in Greek music that everyone loves and expected to hear but also was the MC and took requests. We will be using JPAPA productions for a very long time!

I am very happy that we decided on using John! His prices were reasonable especially considering he traveled for our wedding. His communication before the big day was top notch. His paperwork is thorough and he really cares about your vision. We didn't have a traditional wedding and there was no great dance floor option but he had my guests dancing anyway :) Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed DJ JPAPA at our wedding and reception! He was super easy to work with and helped us keep it together on our wedding day when we lost track of our time schedule. John was amazing. I am so thankful we found him. We had a fairly small, non-traditional wedding and I was terrified that it would be difficult to get people to dance, but John nailed it. He played a great mix of music, he listened to every request we had, and he seamlessly guided our guests through dinner, first dances, and speeches. He also got everyone out on the dance floor with some very well-chosen songs. He also took some candid pictures and video for us and emailed them to us after the wedding. John is also a genuinely kind person and charges a very, very fair price for the services he provides. We would recommend him to anyone!

John and his team were amazing. We hired Jpapa Productions to dJ our wedding. Our wedding was supposed to be outdoors until the rain suddenly changed that minutes before walking doen aisle. John had all his equipment set up and then when the rain began to pour down he quickly moved his set up inside with very little down time as I was due to walk down the aisle minutes before. Throughout the wedding he made sure he played all the songs from my wedding playlist and his assistant worked closely with our wedding coordinator to ensure smooth transition between all the activities. As the wedding started to run over in time, John and his team stayed til the very end! Overall it was great working with Jpapa Productions. John and his assistant are extremely attentive with great attitude and listen to what the customers needs are. Our wedding turned out beautifully and my husband and I couldnt thank Jpapa Productions enough for helping to make our day as special and amazing as it turned out to be.

John was extremely professional from start to finish. I reached out to him pretty late in the planning process but he met all of the needs I had asked for. He is reasonably priced but does an exceptional job. He was also extremely courteous to make sure all customs and religious aspects of the ceremony were properly conducted. I've attended several weddings where people have paid much more and received sub par performance. John is great at what he does and makes sure the attendants have a great time.
