It was a pleasure working with ReaDesignsEvents. Their meticulous attention to detail made working with them extremely easy. Look forward to working more events with you all.
Jeffery and Calva were so easy to work with and we appreciated their warm, gentle and flexible personalities! So many of our guests love dancing so this was a very important piece ...
of our celebration and everyone had a great time!
My now husband and I went to a Patriotic Pig catering tasting (delicious by the way) and met Jeffrey who was DJing the tasting and works a lot with them. He was so kind and willing...
to work with us to make our day special and not go into debt (easy to do with weddings)! The team is him and his wife who are just the most genuine and sweetest people.
My advice to possible clients: I only wish I made time to reach out about a few things I really wanted but was too busy to talk to him about, so be sure to give yourself time to communicate more with the DJ of what is really important to you (more than just selecting songs). Jeffrey was happy to make it all work, and we let him DJ the event as he saw fit (people loved it!).
He is also a vet in case you are big on supporting vet-owned businesses (hubs is a vet too, so we were happy to work with him and Patriotic Pig).
We did the right thing in hiring JPC for our DJ services for our wedding day on 4.27.19. Our guests continued to rave about how great the music was and how everybody really enjoyed...
their time celebrating our special day. Jeffrey and his wife Calva are two of the most friendly, caring, and genuine people I know. You can tell they love what they do, and really know how to read the crowds. I would highly recommend their expertise and knowledge, so do yourself a favor and hire them! You will not be sorry!
Thank you JPC!! You made our wedding run smoothly and so fun!
I really enjoyed working with Jeff. He is so professional, understanding, and knows what he's doing. He is also very thorough in meeting with you before the wedding. We had zero is...
sues from a technical standpoint, and that's saying a lot because our wedding was out in the country, not in a real venue. His website is really neat because you can pick out nearly any song, and he is willing to download any song not listed.
The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few songs in the mix that I wasn't expecting. I thought he would only play from my list, but I realized that a good DJ (like Jeff) will switch it up based on the crowd. There is a section on his pre-wedding questionairre that asks the median age group of our guests, which I took very literally because we had alot of older family members. In hindsight I should have said my own age so he could have played more relevant songs. But I think he also did that on purpose to get more people dancing, so I recommend discussing this with him if you are really picky about music ( I am). I would definitely recommend him, and I should add that his pricing is very reasonable as well.
Everything was perfect and professional. Our guests had an amazing time.
Despite I didnt get the DJ I requested, the one that stepped in did a great job and keep everyone dancing. The guy at the photo booth was great as well.
The best of the best!! We ended up paying them to stay another hour because our wedding was such a blast. Thank you SO much Jeff and Calva! We know exactly who to call next time we...

DJ Jeffery Powell (Jay P) was very easy and fun to work with. He was probably one of the easiest vendors to work with throughout the entire wedding process. He was very flexible w...
ith song requests and helped us develop the wedding day itinerary. Some DJs are very particular about their music list and don't take suggestions, but DJ Jeffery was very amenable to anything. His wife also provided an AWESOME photobooth experience. She has many different templates and can customize any design you want. Together, on the wedding day, they added so much fun and an unforgettable reception experience for us!!
This dynamic duo couple were so kind and accommodating . They made our wedding a real party and we are grateful for them
