JPS Entertainment is a wedding DJ company located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Founded in 1989, they have over two decades of experience. Owner and DJ Jason Serbesku is passionate about his craft. Their goal is to create an unforgettable wedding that compares to a blockbuster movie. They offer affordable and quality service for the night you will remember for the rest of your life. We believe the wedding industries prices are way too high, that why are prices have stayed the same since we've started this business.
Services Offered
JPS Entertainment provides a number of DJ services for your special day. Travel expenses, a consultation and microphones are a few of the items covered in their most popular wedding package. Booking one event per day, the company’s sole focus is your wedding. The option of video projection gives you the ability to share memories with friends and family. Other services offered are:

I would give no stars if I could!!!! This company never showed up to my wedding! I showed up to my reception at 6pm and they were not there. They were supposed to be set up at 430 ...
pm. I had to call and text and email them. They reached out to me stating they were in accident. Now I understand that happens but if you were in a wreck why wouldn’t you try contacting the bride right away??? It is about an two hour drive to Lanesboro from the cities so he should have had plenty of time to try and contact me or gather my information. Instead I was told he didn’t have my phone. He had my number in the contract and my email. He could have sent a message. We were lucky enough to find someone to fill in very last minute!

We have had several people tell us how great he was and a couple even ask if we knew him before because he seemed just like an old friend. he played songs we love and took requests from our guests. We had a lot of kids at our wedding and it was fun watching him keep them engaged as well as the adults!
The planning system on his website was so easy to use and any songs we wanted that he didn't have, we emailed to him. The suggestions we found on his website really helped us in planning our music for the entire day.

d I after the reception. He needs to understand that the bride and groom can't control the actions of 250 guests. And according to the other guy in the argument, Jason started the confrontation by being rude when the guest tried to make a song request. Following the reception, Jason ranted hysterically to my wife and I about how this was the worst wedding he had ever attended and that he never wanted to hear from either of us again. He ended up making my wife (the bride) cry because of his hysteria. All of this was over a few insults muttered between him and one other random person at the wedding. Out of all the people to cause drama on your wedding night you'd never expect it to be the DJ. I'd never hire him again.

I would highly recommend JPS entertainment. I had multiple guests comment to us after the wedding that they had some much fun dancing and really liked the DJ. He has an online form to fill out which includes songs that you for sure want played or that you definitely don't want played. I really appreciated this since we had a wide range of ages attending.

h the rest of the details. My mom, who was making the bulk of the wedding decisions in my stead, found this guy after he deejayed a friend's wedding. I'm so glad she went to that wedding and saw his skills at work, because he made a HUGE addition to our reception. My mom had been doing all of the communicating with him prior to our wedding day, and I submitted a quick online form with my music requests a few days before the wedding that he then used to put together the night's music. I talked to him three times the entire night (once to greet him before the night began as he was setting up, once before the special dances, and once as we left the venue to thank him for doing a fabulous job), and I felt like he just knew how to blend in and do his job so well. He picked music that got everyone out on the floor to dance, and the dance floor was full the rest of the night. He wasn't cheesy, too "cool" or club for me and my tastes, and seemed to have a good pulse on what people wanted to be dancing to (particularly the younger crowd, but there were all ages on the dance floor!). I would definitely book Jason again in a heartbeat.
