J.R. DUNN exceeded our expectations with the jewelry for our engagement ring, wedding bands, and loaner jewelry for our wedding. Everything came together perfectly for our special ...
day, enhancing my bridal look. We were truly impressed, and our wedding guests praised the stunning necklace, earrings, and bracelets. We are both thankful for your exceptional effort and dedication!
My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band at JR DUNN and both are absolutely beautiful. The quality of everything there is amazing. He worked with Trish, and she is such a...
n amazing person to work with. Very helpful, and somehow remembers us anytime we go in there to look around! We love JR Dunn!
I found JR Dunn when looking for a Verragio ring. I selected a ring Verragio previewed, but wasn't sold yet in stores. When visiting JR Dunn, I was blown away by the exquisite prof...
essionalism and level of customer service received from the entire staff. Randy worked with my husband, contacted Verragio and was able to custom order the exact ring I was hoping to receive when proposed to. Randy was a dream to work with and we will always purchase our most precious pieces from him at JR Dunn.
It was our 25th anniversary. We took my original diamond from my engagement ring & had it reset in a more elaborate setting, with a matching wedding band. JR Dunn was great. They w...
ere very nice & helpful. The price was right on target. The rings look gorgeous. Everything was done in ample time prior to our vow renewal ceremony. I love, love, love my new rings. I would recommend JR Dunn & I would use them again. They have beautiful merchandise in their store & I prefer to use local vendors instead of national chains.
They are so helpful and non-snooty here. They had rings in all price ranges and styles. They helped find something our budget, and were not the pushy sales type. We bought all f...

We won't go anywhere else for our jewelry. Jr Dunn blew us away. The service and selection were like no other. And Randy has just the right eye when it comes to diamonds and stones...
. My ring was 100% custom they design your ring from nothing. Your ring is truly your ring , not some ring you buy in a department store. The quality is everything.

Loved the experience
My fiance bought my engagement ring here and developed a great relationship with one of the jewelers at the Ft Lauderdale location. When we were ready to order our wedding bands, w...
e went back to the Las Olas store and placed our order. A couple weeks before the wedding, we were planning on picking up our bands when we received a letter in the mail that the store was closed and our merchandise would be moved to the Lighthouse Point store. We were upset to say the least to find out that our jeweler had been let go. The rest of the experience with Jr Dunn was depersonalized and cold. It was a shame that they closed the Las Olas store and the whole situation was handled that way, it really left a bad taste in our mouth and we probably will not go back there to purchase anything in the future. With that said, prior to this happening, the product is beautiful and my wedding band was created by JR Dunn using a mold of my engagement ring and you can not tell that it was not made by the same designer as my engagement ring. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase.
