e went back to the Las Olas store and placed our order. A couple weeks before the wedding, we were planning on picking up our bands when we received a letter in the mail that the store was closed and our merchandise would be moved to the Lighthouse Point store. We were upset to say the least to find out that our jeweler had been let go. The rest of the experience with Jr Dunn was depersonalized and cold. It was a shame that they closed the Las Olas store and the whole situation was handled that way, it really left a bad taste in our mouth and we probably will not go back there to purchase anything in the future. With that said, prior to this happening, the product is beautiful and my wedding band was created by JR Dunn using a mold of my engagement ring and you can not tell that it was not made by the same designer as my engagement ring. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase.
