Amber executed the event flawlessly and communicated with me every step of the way. The event had a lot of moving parts and there was not one issue. Hire them now!! . Even though it rained just minutes before our ceremony, she worked with us to make sure everything worked out. While obviously working with a sense of urgency, yet at the same time, kept it cool as to let everyone know she was in control. Everything else was flawless and we will absolutely recommend Jade, and the rest of the team to everyone!

time to chat about my Day-of Coordinator needs. Since we had been planning our wedding day from across the country, I had a lot of concerns about day-of logistics. She listened to all of my needs and concerns and assured me that they could execute everything we needed! Nicole was my Day-of Coordinator and she felt like an absolute blessing to have! She was present at the rehearsal and was able to make sure that every member of the wedding party knew exactly where to be and when to be there. She worked with the venue to ensure that our vision came to life. I couldn't have dreamed of a more smooth sailing day. Nicole and her team were on top of everything before I could even think of it! From ensuring that we had drinks and food right after the ceremony, helping repair my bustle after it broke, and making any spontaneous changes that I wanted happen--they were able to make it ALL happen. I would (and will) recommend this team to every single couple that I ever come across. There are not enough words in the world for me to describe how thankful I am to Nicole, Jade, and the rest of the J.R. Events team!

But these staff members were quick in resolving it and getting the dress dirt spots cleaned up before the ceremony. I cannot say enough to great support, hard work, and dedication that this group of people had for the entire outcome of such a beautiful wedding. I never got to have originally due to COVID and it was the best experience I could have had and a huge part of it was because of JR Events. So thankful to have had this experience!!!

nswered promptly and professionally leading up to the wedding (months ahead of "the day of"). Once we met in person for the walk through all my stresses about the day went away because I could tell she was going to get it done! Seeing her the morning of the wedding brought me so much excitement because I knew she had it all under control. Jade knew how important it was to me to have an outside ceremony so even with pouring rain most of the day they got it set up just in time, even had people out there with leaf blowers getting everything dry. Truly above and beyond the expectation of a day of coordinator. The wedding party and family couldn't say enough good things about the staff that day, either. I have to add that Jade is also an expert at controlled chaos and although at times it was like "herding cats" she never stopped smiling. Book your wedding at Plantation Oaks (HIGHLY recommend their all inclusive package) to get Jade and her awesome team or hire her & her staff for an event elsewhere, you won't regret it!

organized, punctual, creative, and goal oriented. I have zero tolerance for arts and crafts or party planning. However, Jade and J.R. Events made everything great. We had fun from start to finish and Jade always made me feel like my opinion mattered the most. I consulted other wedding planners who required that they have final creative say so. Jade valued my input and gave suggestions where needed. Jade and her staff went above and beyond the details outlined in their contract. They provided full service from beginning to end. Jade worked with our church to coordinate the ceremony. She volunteered to decorate the church. She helped us find a venue for the reception and assisted with all the decisions and negotiations that were involved with decor, catering, music, etc. Other contractors (photographer, cake designer) were recommended by Jade and each one has done a phenomenal job. At the end of the night Jade and her staff even packed up our goodies and cleaned the venue so well that we got our deposit back immediately. There was a little hiccup with the caterer not delivering the appetizers and dinner as agreed upon. Jade and her team corrected the issue without anyone knowing there was a problem. I didn’t find out until we returned from our honeymoon. She also helped us get a refund for services not rendered. Jade did all this at a price that was well below reasonable and with a positive, friendly attitude. We got along so well I even invited her to my bachelorette party. She came and brought even more goodies with her. I can’t say enough good things about J.R. Events. I can’t wait to throw another party just so I can work with them again.
