Amber and Nyasia made our wedding day the most stress free possible! Our families kept saying how easy it was on them. From making sure we liked the timeline to changing little things the day of I couldn’t of asked for a better coordinator. J.R. Events can plan/coordinate any of my future events.

J.R. Events coordinated my husband and Is wedding this past week and it was the most magical night of our lives. We had Amber on our wedding day and she seriously made the whole day so much easier on me (the bride) and allowed me to enjoy the day with my family and friends. She also made sure everyone got what they needed before we left and gathered ALL of the DIY items that I brought and made sure they were not lost. Lets just say if you need a coordinator, look no further J.R. Events are AMAZING!!!

Jade was amazing. She was everything we could have asked for as our wedding coordinator. She covered every aspect of the wedding and kept me in the loop to make sure she was doing what we wanted for our wedding. My sister was a wedding planner and she was very impressed with Jade and her team. Thank you again Jade!!

I cannot say enough positive things in regards to Jasmine, Nicole, and the rest of the JR Events crew. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that our day was spectacular. Their attention to detail, organizational skills, assertiveness, hard work, and overall kindness stood out throughout the night. Our wedding day went even more smoothly than we could have asked for! Our only regret is we didn’t hire the team for the entire planning process from the beginning! Mella was our day-of person and she handled absolutely everything like a champ. Our wedding day was stress free and so much fun thanks to them!

Look no further!! I am a NYC based planner with over 15 years in the event industry. I could immediately tell that Jade was the real deal. She responded to my emails immediately, even on her birthday! When it came to trusting them to execute an event in Jacksonville that I planned for over a year, I felt so at ease knowing it was in their hands. I only wish they were in NY so I could hire them for all my events! Amber executed the event flawlessly and communicated with me every step of the way. The event had a lot of moving parts and there was not one issue. Hire them now!! They impressed this planner and I guarantee they will impress you!

I spent the night enjoying my wedding because Nicole and Donna took over EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about anything. Even the small details like having our presents moved to our hotel room, getting us both to-go plates of food into our hotel room mini fridge, and keeping our beers refilled made our day!! We were so impressed and couldn’t thank them enough. We had to make last minute changes due to weather, but they took the stress completely off of us and handled it all. Would absolutely recommend and use again!!

We literally can not praise this team enough for their dedication to making our special day perfect. While working with Jade she was the most professional, and did nothing but assure us that we had nothing to worry about. She did not disappoint. Even though it rained just minutes before our ceremony, she worked with us to make sure everything worked out. While obviously working with a sense of urgency, yet at the same time, kept it cool as to let everyone know she was in control. Everything else was flawless and we will absolutely recommend Jade, and the rest of the team to everyone!

The entire J.R. Events team is absolutely amazing! I reached out pretty last minute compared to what everything online suggests when it comes to booking vendors--about 2 months prior to our wedding day. Jade was so quick to respond and set up a time to chat about my Day-of Coordinator needs. Since we had been planning our wedding day from across the country, I had a lot of concerns about day-of logistics. She listened to all of my needs and concerns and assured me that they could execute everything we needed! Nicole was my Day-of Coordinator and she felt like an absolute blessing to have! She was present at the rehearsal and was able to make sure that every member of the wedding party knew exactly where to be and when to be there. She worked with the venue to ensure that our vision came to life. I couldn't have dreamed of a more smooth sailing day. Nicole and her team were on top of everything before I could even think of it! From ensuring that we had drinks and food right after the ceremony, helping repair my bustle after it broke, and making any spontaneous changes that I wanted happen--they were able to make it ALL happen. I would (and will) recommend this team to every single couple that I ever come across. There are not enough words in the world for me to describe how thankful I am to Nicole, Jade, and the rest of the J.R. Events team!

Jade with J.R. Events did an amazing job on our wedding! She was so active and helped out so much. She made sure everything was set and ready to go, I had nothing to do because she made sure she completed it all for me. Her crew kept everyone calm and stress free. She danced with us when the party started to die down, she made everyone smile and laugh. Jade and her team are absolutely the best. They really made my special day the best! I’m forever grateful!

My son and (now) daughter-in-law had their wedding here, and it was perfect. The staff of J.R. Events (Jade & Mella) Rob were awesome. They helped really put all issues that came up, including some high-stress moments that had the bride worried, to rest and made everyone feel as though it was no big deal! "We have you covered" seemed to be the mantra they worked under. Literally no issue was too large or panic-inducing.....they covered it with calmness and ease. Awesome Work! When a smudge was noticed on brides dress....Panic ensued. But these staff members were quick in resolving it and getting the dress dirt spots cleaned up before the ceremony. I cannot say enough to great support, hard work, and dedication that this group of people had for the entire outcome of such a beautiful wedding. They truly went above and beyond, every step of the way. Thank you to Jade & Mella for making a highly stressful day, Perfect beyond expectations.

Jade was absolutely fantastic!! She and her team went above and beyond and made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect in everyway! She is amazing, and there is no other team I would suggest to anyone else I know that is getting married!!

We could not have pulled off such an amazing wedding without Jade and her team. From the initial stage of planning to the flexibility needed to deal with Covid she was on top of it all. If you want a planner who can handle ANYTHING you need to work with her.

J.R. Events wedding coordination was included in the wedding package we selected at Plantation Oaks Farms... the package says "day of coordination" but Jade and her team provided SO much more. Every question I had via phone, email or text was answered promptly and professionally leading up to the wedding (months ahead of "the day of"). Once we met in person for the walk through all my stresses about the day went away because I could tell she was going to get it done! Seeing her the morning of the wedding brought me so much excitement because I knew she had it all under control. Jade knew how important it was to me to have an outside ceremony so even with pouring rain most of the day they got it set up just in time, even had people out there with leaf blowers getting everything dry. Truly above and beyond the expectation of a day of coordinator. The wedding party and family couldn't say enough good things about the staff that day, either. I have to add that Jade is also an expert at controlled chaos and although at times it was like "herding cats" she never stopped smiling. Book your wedding at Plantation Oaks (HIGHLY recommend their all inclusive package) to get Jade and her awesome team or hire her & her staff for an event elsewhere, you won't regret it!

They were So nice, friendly and helpful! Whenever I had questions, Jade was able to respond. The coordinators kept everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. We were comfortable knowing the staff had the knowledge of the stresses involved, the expertise navigating the way, and were calming along the way!

Where do I begin!! Jade is literally the best. Saying she went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly is an understatement. She was always available and ready to help when I texted her during the months before the wedding. On wedding day she kept everything flowing and was always the first to jump in to help! It was an absolute breeze and a complete pleasure to work with Jade when it came to day-of coordinating for our wedding. Where do I start? With the immaculate execution? The attention to detail? The professionalism and punctuality? No, I’ll start with the friendship. Working with Jade while planning my wedding was like working with a friend, if the friend were organized, punctual, creative, and goal oriented. I have zero tolerance for arts and crafts or party planning. However, Jade and J.R. Events made everything great. We had fun from start to finish and Jade always made me feel like my opinion mattered the most. I consulted other wedding planners who required that they have final creative say so. Jade valued my input and gave suggestions where needed. Jade and her staff went above and beyond the details outlined in their contract. They provided full service from beginning to end. Jade worked with our church to coordinate the ceremony. She volunteered to decorate the church. She helped us find a venue for the reception and assisted with all the decisions and negotiations that were involved with decor, catering, music, etc. Other contractors (photographer, cake designer) were recommended by Jade and each one has done a phenomenal job. At the end of the night Jade and her staff even packed up our goodies and cleaned the venue so well that we got our deposit back immediately. There was a little hiccup with the caterer not delivering the appetizers and dinner as agreed upon. Jade and her team corrected the issue without anyone knowing there was a problem. I didn’t find out until we returned from our honeymoon. She also helped us get a refund for services not rendered. Jade did all this at a price that was well below reasonable and with a positive, friendly attitude. We got along so well I even invited her to my bachelorette party. She came and brought even more goodies with her. I can’t say enough good things about J.R. Events. I can’t wait to throw another party just so I can work with them again.
