I used JR Owen for boudoir photos as a gift for my groom for our wedding. I was nervous about the whole experience, but Rachel made me so comfortable, and I could not be happier with how the photos turned out. It was so hard to choose from all the photos Rachel had taken but she helped me narrow down to get a good mix and my groom was so surprised and loved how they turned out. I ended up with the 12 photo package and the presentation of everything was absolutely beautiful.

Wow! Where do we even begin?! Our wedding was supposed to be in May of 2020 but due to covid we had to move it to June of 2021. Jeff and Rachel made changing our date smooth and reassured us they would still be photographing our special day! The day comes and we were so lucky to have Jeff, Jerry and Jim!! This trio made our day smooth, flawless, and so much fun!!! Jeff made it his mission to get to know our bridal party, family and friends BY NAME and quickly knew our relationship with each of them! Talk about attention to detail!!! By halfway through the day it was clear to my husband and I that not only did we make the best decision by working with Jeff and Rachel! Jeff's light hearted and fun energy captured not only your traditional wedding pictures but pure happiness of every single involved in our special day!!! I can't say enough good things about J.R. Owen & Co! We definitely found a company that not only cares about capturing the true beauty of your day but truly care about you and we will continue to use them in our future photographs!!!!!

wish i could give 10 stars! the couple meetings we had were, honestly, mostly chit chat. we really clicked, and jeff and rachel understood us so easily. it obviously helped them in capturing the day. our pictures are wonderful!

Rachel took pictures at my friends wedding and they were stunning! So we decided to use the team for our wedding, although we ended up having a really small wedding due to COVID. Jeff was available and took our pictures alone. We could not have been more disappointed. Either my husband or I have our eyes closed in each picture, he made no suggestions to get nice images (as we were on a vista over looking a lake), and the angles are all awful. To top it off, he left an hour early and made a speech to our family that was incredibly uncomfortable. Our photos are basically unusable and I’m continually extremely sad (months later) about the terrible quality - as I’d we needed another wedding disappointment after canceling our celebration due to the pandemic. All said. Absolutely use Rachel, but I’d suggest avoiding working with Jeff.

Rachel and Jeff are absolutely amazing! Rachel did our engagement photos, my boudoir shoot, as well as our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the pictures. She is great at making you feel relaxed and natural while taking the pictures. All of our photos turned out incredible and you can really feel our emotion in them! Jeff and Rachel both were so easy to work with and our friends and family thought they were great! They were so accommodating, understanding and helpful during all of the craziness of Covid too. I could not recommend them enough for your wedding!

Putting into words what Jeff and Rachel did for our wedding day is almost impossible. We had a few key things that we wanted out of our photographers: attention to detail, not in the way, and able to fit in with our group. Well...they BLEW us away with their ability to do ALL of these things better than we could have even imagined. They thought of EVERYTHING! Things we did not even think we needed to plan for! Our images are something that we can treasure forever! Our friends and family are obsessed with the photos and we truly cannot pick our favorites....we love them all!

I found J.R. Owen at a bridal show. I was drawn to them because they are a husband and wife team and they really seem to care about the weddings that they shoot. We had several meetings before the wedding, locking down the timeline and making sure that all the important people were in the notes. Rachel and Jeff both bring their own eye to the wedding photography. Jeff keeps things light, fun, and takes a TON of pictures. Rachel focuses on the artistic photos and sets up beautiful shots. BOTH take beautiful photos. It was a pleasure having them both photograph our wedding because we got the best of both worlds. We got our photos extremely fast and everyone was extremely happy with the results. The other great thing is that Jeff and Rachel want you to be happy with your photos, so if there is a perfect picture but one person's eyes are closed, they are more than happy to fix it. GREAT photographers. HIRE THEM.

They were wonderful to work with! From the first meeting all the way through the wedding they seemed to really want to get to know us and our vision and what we wanted. They were very prompt with all responses and answered questions whenever I asked. They made sure that we felt comfortable and that we got everything we wanted. We were also very impressed with how fast our pictures were completed, they were done in less than two weeks only reason we didn't get them for a little longer is because we were still on our honeymoon! It was a wonderful surprise to come home to have these so quickly and so beautiful. The pictures were all we could have imagined and more, they were beautiful and picking our favorites has proved to be impossible. They worked together wonderfully to give a beautiful mix of creative and traditional photos. I would hire them for our wedding again if we could do it over and would use them for pictures in the future without hesitation! They had many surprises and every single one was wonderful!

Rachel and Jeff are absolutely amazing! Rachel did our engagement photos as well as our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the pictures. She is great at incorporating everyone and making groups feel relaxed which really shines through in the photos. They are both incredibly accommodating and patient, and we loved working with them. I could not recommend them enough for your wedding!

Jeff and Rachel were beyond accommodating for us on our special day. They stayed the entire day (nearly 13 hours) and were professional throughout the day. There was constant communication throughout the entire process from planning the wedding to the actual wedding day. We had a great time taking our engagement photos (Jeff and Rachel drove to Sox Park and the Kenzie Bridge in Chicago for us). Our biggest highlight was the video interview; every wedding guest loved it and it was so unique to other weddings. Jeff and Rachel are incredibly nice and genuine people. You won't be disappointed with them.

Jeff did our wedding he was funny, but professional and just really made the whole experience from booking to the actual day, to reviewing the final product super easy and enjoyable and natural. We love our photos! Jeff and Mike were the photographers for our wedding and we had a wonderful time. Jeff also took our engagement pictures and we got so many compliments from family and friends. JR Owen & Co is very reasonably priced compared to other photographers we researched, and you get an incredible amount of pictures! They were very helpful in editing some pictures for us and they turned around all of our wedding pictures in less than a month. We look forward to having these hang in our home forever!

I AM OBSESSED WITH OUR WEDDING PHOTOS! Honestly, I have never seen such well done wedding photos and I am so happy with our decision! The pictures captured every single emotion of the day and I was not expecting that. Looking at the photos I can remember exactly how I felt in that moment. Nothing was forced or too staged. Friends who have been to many weddings said the pictures turned out amazing and the best dancing shots they have ever seen. There were so many little moments captured that I am so thankful for! We got a link to our photos, over 900 of them, right after we returned from our honeymoon. Jeff and Rachel are AMAZING photographers who will go above and beyond any expectations you have for your wedding photography. Also, if you have the budget for it, hire both of them to shoot your wedding. They are an amazing team when they work together and they bounce so many awesome ideas off each other throughout the day. Jeff and Rachel are fun, personable and will make you feel right at home as soon as you meet them. Be prepared for a day of laughter, fun and damn good photography! My wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way and they documented the day like no other could!

We used J.R. Owen & Co. for our recent wedding! Jeff was our main photographer and Mike was our second photographer. They both did a great job the day of the wedding! Jeff’s personality makes you feel at ease and it is always nice knowing your photographer from previous weddings (Jeff did my husband’s brother and best friend’s wedding too). The pictures turned out great! I also used Rachel for a boudoir photo shoot. She made me feel very comfortable and the pictures turned out great. My husband loved the album! Jeff and mike were our photographers for our wedding day. They did an amazing job! They listened to all the pictures we wanted and were able to capture all the great moments. Jim was our videographer and we can’t wait to see the video! They all did such a great job and made it so much fun. We saw Rachel and Jeff work the wedding of a friend of ours and loved their pictures, so decided to approach them for our wedding. At first from their pricing online we were a little intimidated, but I was absolutely blown away by how great Rachel, Jeff and their staff were from step 1 to 100. Both were extremely pleasant and willing to negotiate in price. For what we paid we had 2 photographers, a videographer and awesome photo booth and when comparing to other photo companies came to a great price total. Rachel was awesome for me- someone who isnt very photogenic and not sure of how to take nice pictures really. She was able to get family and friends who are hard to smile and pose in some great shots and pictures and I cant wait to see how they all turned out :)

He captured the entire day and the quality of the video is outstanding. Jim not only put together a wonderful comprehensive wedding video, but he also put together a very nice highlight video for us that included the key events of the day. Jim did an excellent job of recording our live band which was very important to us. Jeff, Mike and Jim were discrete with the camera and their candid photos and footage are priceless! Despite our cold and damp wedding day, Jeff and Jim were more than willing to once again, pack up their equipment, grab a golf cart and and lead us to the most scenic spots on the golf course for more lasting memories! Jeff and Rachel are the best photographers! From the moment I had my consultation with Rachel I knew I wanted them to be our photographers. Let me start with the engagement photos. Jeff met us in Chicago the Monday before Thanksgiving to take a ton of pictures of us and our pup that we could use for our christmas card and save the date. We had the photos by WEDNESDAY! They were perfect! His photography skills are remarkable. The wedding was perfect. Rachel was so professional and kind and so was Jeff the entire time with our crazy bunch. The way they set up shots you could tell they knew what they were doing. The pictures are STUNNING one actually made me gaps it was so beautiful! They are the best I am so glad we went with them!!!

Rachel and Jeff are absolutely amazing! When we first got engaged we wanted a company that was personal and provided exceptional quality. Rachel and Jeff took the time to get to know us and our wedding style. We spent hours that initial meeting just getting to know each other. After the appointment, my husband and I walked out and didn't even need to have a discussion. We knew right away J.R. Owen and Company was the perfect fit. We actually canceled our other appointments and emailed Rachel that night with our decision. It was the best decision! The day of the wedding Rachel made Michael and I feel so special. At the church we didn't even realize she was there. She is incredible at what she does and her photos are stunning. I am beyond thrilled to have these pictures that we will have for years and years. Jeff and his associate Michael photographed our daughter's wedding September 9,2017. It was extraordinary! The photographs which we had within 2 weeks after the wedding are incredible. It was so easy. We met with Jeff twice before the wedding and he had such a great understanding of what we wanted that everything went smoothly. It was also fun and added to the special day. They were not intrusive but flexible. We could not have asked for a better photographer and can't wait to see the video.

Rachel and Jeff are accommodating and flexible in that they will give you what you ask for and MORE. My husband and I did not have our reception at a wedding venue but we still wanted some pictures outside with beautiful background scenery. Rachel suggested meeting at two different locations on the day of our reception so that we could get pictures with our loved ones at our reception, but also have some pictures of my husband, daughter, and I in a more picture perfect location too. Rachel has a good eye and got beautiful, candid shots quickly so that we could get back to our party as fast as possible! She did a wonderful job editing our photos before getting them back to us as well. Rachel and Jeff are really great about responding to emails and phone calls/texts in a timely manner. They are professional but also made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process.

We first met with Rachel & Jeff based on recommendation from multiple family members who had used them for their weddings. Upon meeting with them for the first time, we cancelled all other appointments because we knew they would be perfect to shoot our big day! Rachel & Jeff are extremely personable and so much fun to work with. We used them for an engagement shoot as well as on the wedding day. Both sets of photos are AMAZING! We love how they all turned out. There is a perfect combination of posed and candid pics, as we had discussed when meeting prior to the wedding. On top of that, the turn around time for receiving the wedding photos was so fast! All of our pictures were given to us in under 3 weeks. They even put together a group of highlights that include the best shots. Also, we are so happy that we opted for the photobooth. It is an open booth so everyone is able to see how people are posing, which adds a lot to the fun/hilarity of it. Many of our guests have commented how much they enjoyed it. We even have 1 photobooth pic that has 16 people in it! Overall, choosing JR Owen & Co. was one of the easiest and best decisions we made in all of our planning. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a photography company that is friendly, professional, and knows how to capture and create beautiful moments on their wedding day.

If I could post the pictures of my wedding day I wouldn't need to write a review. There were no bad pictures! 889 photos and all of them are usable! Rachel and Jeff work so well together and so well with us it felt like a fun, easy experience. Not stressful or forced whatsoever. They are an incredible team and I would highly recommend for any event but especially a wedding. They captured my day perfectly. As I look at the photos I relive the best day of my life over and over. They truly told a story of my dream day come true

Rachel took our wedding photos and did an amazing job! We got married on NYE, so we didn't have a lot of daylight to work with aside from the "first look" photos. Luckily, she was a pro at getting some amazing shots for us even at night which I have heard can be very tricky. She was also really creative in coming up with ideas for photos and poses, etc. All the photos turned out great! She was very sweet and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Our wedding was on October 8th and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Jeff was amazing and really captured exactly the feel we were going for. I have had numerous compliments on him by friends and family and he truly made our day great. Easy to work with, and we both feel like we hired a friend to be our photographer by the end of the whole planning process. Couldn't recommend him enough! His wife Rachel is great too, and we both look forward to working with them in the future for our photography needs!

Rachel did my wedding and she did a fantastic job getting every shot I wanted, and making every one feel so comfortable taking pictures. Absolutely love my pictures and this is coming from someone who said, "if the pictures turn out bad I don't even see the point in having a big expensive wedding!" We met with 6 photographers and this was the one thing I was picky about! Definitely happy with my choice!

ImageIcon was fantastic to work with from the beginning! It was such a relief to sit down and talk to such a down to earth couple (Rachel and Jeff) when we were only 6 months out from our wedding and still hadn't booked a photographer! Right away they knew who would be a good fit for us for our big day. Compared to other photo companies, their prices beat them all.. However its not their prices, but their quality of work is beautiful. We had a blast working with Bridget as our photographer. She is so down to earth and the sweetest! Our engagement session with her turned out fantastic. As for the wedding day, I give her props for dealing with the guys and trying to get them to cooperate to take photos! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because I did not get one picture with just myself and all my bridesmaids together. Other than that everything turned out great! Thank you ImageIcon for creating beautiful memories on our special day.

We used Image Icon for the videography for our wedding, and they did an outstanding job! The videographer, Jim, was incredible. He called 2 weeks prior to review the itinerary and any additional details, and also made suggestions in terms of timing and where he should be. He arrived to the location of where everyone was getting ready on time, and stayed for longer than we had even anticipated! He truly captured the entire wedding, and we can't stop watching the video. I would absolutely recommend working with Image Icon to friends!

Jeff did my wedding this weekend and the pictures were just amazing! He captured all our special moments and they were just breathtaking photos! It was so awesome to be able to even see some of our photos on a TV at our reception! Our guests are still talking about how awesome that was! Rachel (and make up artist Katie) did a glamourous shoot for my wedding anniversary in April. I can honestly say I felt more beautiful and confident that day than I did on my actual wedding day three years ago. The whole experience was amazing. Katie and Rachel made sure my gf and I felt comfortable the entire time and were so reassuring. I think every woman needs to experience this at least once in their life. Rachel took the most "AMAZING " intimate photos to help me create a beautiful & exquisite lingerie album as a gift to my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary. She makes you feel right at home in the studio. Her level of expertise helps capture the true essence of the moment!! She & Jeff were extremely courteous and Rachel even encouraged my husband to share the experience!!! Although he picked the photos, Rachel helped bring my vision to reality. Rachel and Jeff are amazing! We found Image Icon based on a recommendation, and they are absolutely worth every penny and more. They are complete professionals that made our wedding day even more special and gave us such beautiful memories through our pictures. They are a wonderful team and were able to capture every important moment without making us feel awkward or overly posed. They knew exactly how to direct us for the best pictures, but also allowed us to be ourselves for amazing candid shots. Image Icon set up a TV at our reception with a slide show of photos taken earlier in the day. It was such a unique and exciting experience to see our getting ready and ceremony pictures while our reception was happening! We received so many compliments on this unique set-up and the quality of our pictures. Our photos were ready in less than 2 weeks and we love each one more than the last. Jeff and Rachel were such a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to work with them in the future!

Jeff and Rachel are out of this world. My husband and I interviewed lots of photography places and they blew everyone out of the water! We loved actually getting to meet with our photographer before our wedding day and were even more impressed that they could tell us what types of cameras they used and why ( believe it or not others could not because you didn't get to speak with the actual photographer) Both Jeff and Rachel were so personable which made for a very pleasant experience each contact that was made. The engagement session was so fun and Rachel knew just where to go for perfect pictures. As far as the wedding day Jeff and Rachel's team work was incredible! They clearly knew exactly what would make the best shots and made sure to capture each one without making anyone feel like they were "in the spot light". My husband and I can not speak highly enough of them and would encourage everyone to use them. You will not regret your choice. Rachel did an amazing job for our wedding photos. When we first started to look for vendors, Rachel was our first stop and then we cancelled all other appointments after we met her. We felt very comfortable with her and her style and knew she would fit into our wedding day with friends and family perfect. Rachel helped us to plan out the schedule for the day of the wedding and suggested the perfect locations for our 'first look'. I would never have thought to go to the location she suggested but the pictures are beautiful and I absolutely love them. On the day of the wedding, we ran head of schedule all day, thanks to the detailed schedule that Rachel helped us to create, which allowed us to have an enjoyable and stress-free day. On the day of the wedding, Rachel arrived a few minutes early, so all her setup was ready to go exactly on time. She gave us valuable posing tips which all my family and friends still comment about today (it really works!) She was very easy going and got some amazing shots. People have given us many compliments not only on how beautiful our photos are, but also how nice she was. We talked to her before the wedding about the type of photos we did and didn't want from our wedding and she hit it spot on. When you have a vendor that will be working with all your favorite people in the world, you want a vendor who will fit in with the crowd, be professional and will overall be nice. She's even helping us out to fix up a few photos where we need some photoshop magic to correct photos we forgot to take. Working with Rachel was such an easy and pleasant process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Rachel and ImageIcon!!

Image Icon Photography was recommended to us through our wedding venue and I could not be happier we chose them to capture our special day. Rachel and Jeff have great personalities- they were so easy to talk to and receptive to our vision and ideas for specific photos. They were professional in their work throughout the entire process, yet remained personal with my husband and I. Within an hour they knew the names of our entire bridal party and made the whole group feel comfortable in each photo setting. What separates them from other photographers was having both photographers all day for the price of what most companies would charge for one. While Jeff was off with the groomsmen Rachel was with the bridesmaids and I to capture each party getting ready before our “first look.” One of the highlights was having the photos from the first look displayed on a large screen during our reception for all to see. In all of the weddings I have attended there is not a single company I can recall who did this for the bride, groom and those who could not be there to view. We received many compliments from our guests on this aspect and it was so special for my husband and I to see that moment unfold within hours of it happening. While we never doubted their talent and creativity, I was truly blown away when I got to see the 1,000+ photos they took throughout the day. Both the posed and action shots turned out beautifully and captured each special moment. The design they created for our album is exactly what I had hoped for and I think it’s great we have the flexibility to adapt it to choose our favorite shots. I cannot wait to see the finished product in a few weeks as I trust it will be perfect! Rachel & Jeff are amazing photographers! From the moment I met Rachel, I knew my daughter would love working with her. My daughter and her fiancé live in NYC and met Rachel via a SKYPE conversation and agreed Rachel was the photographer they were looking for! Not only is Rachel easy to work with, we were most fortunate to have Jeff as our 2nd photographer and he was wonderful, as well. They were both very professional and seemed to love what they were doing, especially working together! Jeff captured all the important family photos inside church after mass, even though we only had a short time in which to do so. He handled the situation calmly and very professionally. He was able to organize and photograph our large families within the allotted time! This was very impressive and the pictures are great! The creativity of Rachel and Jeff was very evident in the amazing photos they took at an outdoor location very special to my daughter. Rachel and Jeff are absolutely AMAZING. They are so friendly and fun to work with and incredibly talented photographers. With our South Asian wedding, there were many events to capture (the mehndi, sangeet, baraat, ceremony, reception) and they did such a beautiful job with everything. WE LOVE OUR PHOTOS! Rachel did an amazing job putting together our album as well. The photos really do a remarkable job of telling the "story" of our wedding. We couldn't be happier!

Rachel and Jeff were FANTASTIC! Our engagement and wedding photos are outstanding, our guests all love them as well! Everyone loved Jeff's mood, he made everyone laugh and they both made themselves a part of the family, they made the day more fun. The saw photos in their heads that no one would think of and executed them perfectly (aka that's us in their cover picture!). They were also great to plan with, very responsive and polite. My only complaint is that our photo booth was almost 3 hours late and we didn't get as many pictures as we'd wanted/not everyone got to do it. But it was a one off as the girl could not find our venue, it was a bummer but nothing that takes away from Jeff and Rachel's work. THANK YOU!

Rachel and Jeff were absolutely fantastic! Not only did we have a phenomenal time with them, we couldn't be more pleased with how our pictures turned out. They were professional and appropriate, but they also made sure we all had a good time, even our grandparents! Rachel did our engagement pictures, and despite a vicious mosquito attack, they came out absolutely beautifully. We were thrilled to find that we would have both Jeff and Rachel as our wedding photographers! They made the day perfect and fun, and even made me feel better about getting sick at the reception! I would recommend Jeff to anyone! He truly made the day more special by making everything so natural and fun. Taking pictures wasn't the usual drag it is at weddings! He wasn't given a whole lot of time to take a ton of staged photos but when it was all said and done we relieved about 1400! He truly captured the night! The bridal party (including myself) couldn't stop talking about how much of a positive impact Jeff had on the day! I know all my friends and family will be using him! Also less than 3 week turn around and the photos belong to US!

Rachel and Jeff are remarkable! Image Icon's pretty business card (it has a rhinestone on it and was super sparkly - aka my style) was handed to me at the Downers Grove Wedding Walk. Someone recommended them to to me and I will forever be thankful. My goal is to write this review and not cry - but I am already starting to tear up! Rachel did our engagement photos, my boudoir photos (for the book I gave to my husband on our wedding day) and our wedding photos. We were BLOWN away at our engagement photos...they were so romantic, so beautiful and that shoot with her that day - I felt like I was in a fairytale. She is so great at what she does. She will say - ok go over there and look at each other, laugh, talk, walk - anything and BAM - she gets the perfect pic in only a few shots. I remember being like - is she sure she got it already? I mean we just started walking. haha But YES, she did. Her work will seriously move you. The Boudoir photos are so stunning too. That was such a fun experience. She had a hair and makeup artist that was amazing and so many lovely backgrounds. My husband loved the book! The wedding photos? UNBELIEVABLE. Prettier than I truly could have ever imagined (yep here come more tears). I knew after the previous shoots with her that she was the perfect photographer for our special day. She has the calmest personality and it just is so soothing on such a crazy, fast paced day. She is so friendly and just so so so sweet. Always 1000% professional too. Jeff also shot our wedding that day as well. I hadn't worked with him prior, but I knew if he was Rachel's partner, he would be spot on as well - and he was. Very professional and very energetic. Had us moving along nicely to capture all the photos in between the ceremony and reception that we wanted. He was very friendly and silly, but still always on point and his work was incredible as well. They are one powerful team and I could not recommend them more. The hardest thing we are experiencing is DECIDING what pictures to NOT include in our album. You will be so thankful - just as we are - if you use Rachel and Jeff. We saw/met/chatted with so many photographers in the beginning (btw Rachel and Jeff's studio is sooo boutiquey and pretty) and going with Image Icon was based on a feeling. A feeling that they would capture our special moments in the most beautiful way, and they sure did. We are beyond, beyonddd, BEYOND thankful...and just so happy we chose them!!! :) :) :)

I was so happy for our choice to contract Jeff Owen at ImageIcon. He was so professional! I love the entire job that he did for our wedding. Both of our entire families loved the pictures just as much as we do! He showed earlier than we had asked just to ensure that ever detail was captured. My husband and I could not be more pleased with ever single picture we received. Since our Wedding was bilingual, we were a little concerned with vendors that were not bilingual as well. However, he understand his role and did his best to please both sides of the family. Working with Rachel at ImageIcon was a great experience. We were referred to Rachel through a friend who used her for their wedding a couple years ago. From the beginning we fell in love with Rachel's work. She has a keen eye for those "must have" shots and she is very accommodating with any request we had. The day of our wedding it rained but we were still able to get great pictures and you couldn't even tell that it was rainy. She had great ideas for poses and made sure that we were able to get the important people in shots. She was also very helpful when I asked her how the timeline for the day should go. We had all the hair and make up done on time and there was never a time when we were rushed. Without her guidance, I think we may have been behind schedule. We decided to purchase and album through Rachel and her design style is great, she picked many of the photos in the album that are on our must have list. Obviously we have final say in the album but there were maybe one or two things we wanted to change so it is nice to see that we are on the same page. I can't say enough about her assistant Rob. He was completely professional during the day/night and also had fantastic ideas for poses and pictures. Together they truly captured the mood of the day and all of the emotions that were going on. I am so happy that they caught the image of my husband seeing me for the first time walking down the aisle - the photos are priceless. Additionally, the first look with my father was something that I can always cherish. WE definitely got our money's worth and would refer her to anyone looking for great photographers. Let me start by saying, like other couples, getting beautiful wedding pictures was the most important thing about the wedding day to us (besides the vows and seeing family of course!). I had booked a photographer with another company long in advance of our wedding, but my worst nightmare came true when 3 weeks before the wedding date our photographer backed out on us to take a higher paying gig. All of us were frantically searching for a replacement when my now mother-in-law found Rachel Owen at ImageIcon. She just happened to be available on our wedding day, which is a miracle because they are normally all booked up on weekends, especially in the summer. We spoke on the phone and I knew it would be a perfect fit. Everything went smoothly and stress free on our wedding day. We asked Rachel to help us pick a couple additional locations for a photoshoot in the city to the ones we had in mind before the ceremony and she knew exactly where to go for the kinds of pictures we were looking for. The best part is that the photographer who dumped is actually did us a favor because we got a way better photographer and we didn't have to spend a whole lot more either. Our pictures turned out amazing. We have gotten tons of complements on them and everyone wants to know who our photographer was. We are so happy with how everything worked out. We just received our photographs and we are overjoyed with our choice in ImageIcon! From the very beginning, you can tell that Jeff Owen is experienced and passionate within photography.
