er professional expertise and explained why this would not be ideal. I was a bit nervous because I did not have a trial for my wedding hair and make up. But any of that doubt quickly melted away when she arrived to my hotel room! Julia had a comforting and calming presence. When I would ask her if she needed me to do this or that, she expressed she wanted me to enjoy and have a pleasurable experience. Julia is also very responsive. One time I reached out to her via DMs on Instagram with a question. She responded right away, then asked if we could resume the convo later because she was in the middle of her birthday celebration. Oh dear, of course I said “yes.” But still, I was so surprised she responded! Finally, my wedding day makeup and hair was everything and MORE. She somehow delivered the look i wanted, but had trouble explaining. I have certain facial asymmetries that make me feel self-conscious. Certain makeup looks/applications can emphasize those asymmetries. Julia’s make up application was individualized just for my face. It was definitely NOT some copy & paste, cookie cutter method. She took all my features into consideration and applied the make up harmoniously. My hair was also gorgeous! We went with an up-do. It held ALL night. I took the up-do down the night of my wedding. But two days later, my hair is STILL holding the curls (not an easy feat as my hair is LONG, to my hip bones, and straight.) Overall, Julia is a gem. A true master at her craft. I felt beautiful on my big day, and she helped me accomplish my goal (to make my future husband cry when he saw me during our first look LOL)! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

y that about myself. I showed her a couple inspiration photos and she nailed it! She is professional , clean and friendly. She also did hair and makeup for my 14 yr old daughter( bridesmaid) and my mother , we all looked beautiful. I'm still thinking about the beauty and confidence she brought out in me. If I ever need hair and makeup done again, she is defiantly who I will be booking.
