Bought a suit for a Gala that was coming up. I picked it up after it was altered and it fit perfectly! What was nice is that all the alterations were included in price. Very happy with my purchase.

recently used this place for my wedding and I am absolutely appalled by the service I received. I would be willing to over look the inconsistencies, lack of communication and poor listening skills we faced from the very beginning but the icing on the cake is when I brought my minor child there the day before my wedding for his final fitting. For some reason the gentleman who assisted us was very adamant about helping my minor son get dressed. So much so that he became very rude and belligerent when I insisted on being in the fitting room with him while he dressed. I asked to speak to the Manager regarding this behavior and what I was met with was another rude and disrespectful man who didn’t care one bit to hear my version of what was going on. Instead he yelled he will refund me for the tux and claimed he had video evidence of me disrespecting his staff. I asked to see the “proof” on the video because I knew it would show the exact opposite and would prove his employee was in the wrong. He then stated it would take too long to pull the footage up. Had it not had been less than 24hrs until my wedding I would have canceled all 10 of my Groomsmens tuxedos and taken a refund for this place did not deserve to get our business. I do not recommend this place. The service was atrocious!

2 months ago- I just recently rented a tuxedo here as part of a wedding party, Adam was our go to person and he was extremely professional and top notch when it came to taking measurements and double checking mine and the other groomsmen's fits when it came time to try the tuxedos on for the first time. Overall the service was great and it amazed me to hear that the pocket squares in our rentals were custom made to go with the ties that had been picked out to ensure we had the full package for the event. The staff at JT Ghamo's went above and beyond for us.

JT Ghamo provided excellent service and communication from the start. With my husband being deployed until a week before the wedding, they were able to fit him and his groomsmen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for accommodating the Accomando wedding party!

What a great job J T Ghamo did with the suits for our wedding.We needed a place that had the clothing in stock because most of our guys were from out of state .We are very impressed with the patients and professionalism that they showed at the time of our arrival to try everything on. The best man was measured out of state ,and being a fairly large man most of his measurements were incorrect .True to form J T Ghamo took over and corrected sizes and did his alteration to his suit to perfection. Friendly people and good customer service. But they need a little better organization. The quality and color of the suits were perfect.

The staff at JT Ghamo was very helpful. They were quick, which was great because everyone knows how impatient 20 something guys can be. They were quick the day before the wedding to switch out anything that didn't fit. I was very impressed.

We rented our Tuxes through JT Ghamo and had so many issues. Everyone in the wedding party got measured however when they came in the majority were incorrect. When we tried to resolve the issue they couldn't do anything for us. Luckily, my mother was able to let out the seem of the pants to make them long enough. However the vest were 3 times the size it should have been. The shoes didn't come in until the day before our wedding even though we had placed the order with them four months before our wedding. They wouldn't give us any money back. The women who takes measurements doesn't know what she is doing because if she did - measurements would have been correct. I would recommend going to a box retailer instead of a small retailer in this case.

This has to be one of the worse experiences I had. Made the mistake of not checking the package, and my shirt was terribly stained and was not the right size. Had to wear a regular shirt for the wedding - luckily I was wearing a regular tie and not a bowtie. When I took the stuff back I was told that I could be given store credit - which is literally unusable.

Great tuxes. A little pricey. Were very good about getting out of town GMs their tuxes. Everything came in perfect condition and the guys looked great!
