life!!!! Stay away and do not do business with them. Kim is the worse of the group! BECAUSE OF JT LIMOUSINE MY WEDDING CEREMONY STARTED LATE because they were late to pick me ( bride) up. Instead of apologizing for the possible miscommunication on THEIR end, they tried to dispute the situation as if I was in the wrong. Ron who was the so called manager of the company basically tried to say that his drivers weren't late. How can you drivers not be late if he was at the wrong location in the first place?! This manager had Kim in the background screaming on top her voice saying you guys told us the pick up was at the church. Going off in the background while I'm on the phone until I told her to be quite because I haven't heard from her since the start of this hiring. Everytime my husband called to get an invoice it was always something! Whether she was going through Dot inspection or she wasnt in office! Eventually it was Kim is out and gabby was apologizing that Kim was so busy, and she will try to fix things and make it better. Even though Gabby was probably the one that gave the driver another location, honestly she was the easiest to deal with of them all. My only requirement I told Gabby was to be on time and JT limousine failed! Ron as a general manager handled the situation so poorly. He did not apologize not once! Instead, he had his employee screaming in the background about the situation and trying to argue that his driver wasn't late. Then both kim and him started asking me for proof that of emails that I gave them the right location which I forward to them. (Dont you feel stupid! Yes I kept my receipts!) I emailed them after the conversation that i didnt want anything from them, because their unprofessionism was unbelievable!!!!!!!! That's why I dont delete messages, because it's your only proof when things start to turn into "he said, she said" . My wedding was Sept 1. I did not hear from Jt limousine until sept 17th which I was the one who reached out to them! So if I didn't call them, they wouldn't have went on as if nothing happen. Then Ron even had the audacity to say to me that we tried to do something but your husband called cursing Kim out that day. My response to him was if you as a groom got to the church and realized that your bride would not be picked up, wouldn't you be mad too Ron???? He had nothing to say! So basically you and Kim got petty and did nothing to fix the issue because the groom was upset and hurt your feelings??? Lol. Guys I'm telling you to stay away!!! Jt limo was suppose to pick us up at the hotel that we were staying. One limo arrived on time (this limo was to pick up the groom and his groomsmen) the other limo to my husband surprise was at the church when he arrived. When he asked the driver what are you doing here? The driver responded this is where I was told to come. My husband was livid because he knew we confirmed everything with Gabby! Instead of my limo driver saying omg let me call to confirm or let me go pick your bride up, he spent at least 5-10 mins arguing with my groom. My husband call Kim to try to figure out what happen and why is this limo here. Kim tried to blame it on me saying that it's my fault, and this is where I told them the pick up would be. I have detailed emails of communication with each time and location! Like why would I pay a limo to sit outside a church that didn't even pick me up???!!! The other limo who picked up the groomsmen decided to try to go back and get me and my bridesmaids. When he got there we were outside the hotel with our bags waiting anxiously because I was late for my wedding! When this limo driver arrived I believe his name was Adam, he started asking where is the bellhop to help him with the bags. Just when I was about to yell at him to get the bags in the car and let's go. The original limo that was suppose to pick me and my bridesmaids up decides to finally show up. So while Adam is deciding whether he wanted to wait for a bellhop. I quickly led my bridesmaids to other limo and we left for my wedding. Everything was suppose to be on time, because me and my husband were leaving for our honeymoon immediately after the reception. Dont get me wrong. I had a beautiful wedding regardless...but I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to another bride. One star because the limo was clean.

d 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs. The limo arrived almost 1.5 hours late for both pick ups making 21 people, late including my daughter and the rest of the party, all missing pictures, almost missing being able to walk out with the family and the court and not allowing me, the host to be at the venue for final preparations as I had to wait for the limo. After I tried to communicate with Kim from JT limo as time went by without the limo showing up, she was barely communicative and when she did reply via text only, she asked for the location of the drop off and time of the party although all this was already agreed to prior; she advised that the driver was stuck in traffic and "If the car is late a little bit I will work it out with you with the price , my driver is telling me it’s moving extremely slow and he left very early . I don’t want you to stress he is on the way. What time does party start". When Karl the driver did show up almost 1.5 hours late for the 1st pick up, he advised that the original driver never showed, that he, Karl, was a replacement driver, he did not receive any details as to where to drop off was. Karl also had no clue that he had another group to pick up to bring to the venue so he waited around at the venue needlessly making the 2nd group even more late. Basically, JT limo and Kim ruined my daughter's party and they made 21 people arrive over 1.5 hours late, forced me recruit others last minute to run over to the venue to take care of things I should have been there for but could not because I had to wait at home for the late limo, we all missed pictures, and the stress caused needlessly due to their negligence, bad planning and ultimate lies, which are unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when I asked Kim not to charge my account fully for the service I finally did receive an email from her as follows: "Good morning, I think it’s best for you to speak to owner since the way you spoke about me and cursed me out was not necessary. I was trying to help you , I was not the one driving, I gave you a extremely reasonable price to work with you from beginning, but when a customer feels the need to abuse me , I will have the owner call you when he gets in. As the contract states we are not help responsible for things beyond our control. You still used the service. I’m not sure what amount was charged, he can answer that for you .Kim JT LIMOUSINE" The above is a complete lie.There was not one raised voice as I never had a chance even to speak with Kim as she never picked up the phone or returned my phone calls during the prolonged wait, there was not one abusive or mean spirited email or text sent from me or anyone interested party , therefore this is a fabrication which seems to be a modus operandi this company uses to deliver terrible service and under the guise of "traffic issues that are beyond their control" that is baked into the contract and alleging that a client spoke badly to "Kim", they try to cover themselves to then go ahead and charge accounts without express authorization which in this case they did. I called the company asked to speak to the owner, however no one replies ; it goes to voicemail. I left a message asking for the owner to return my call; no reply but they were quick to charge my account the additional $325.
