I selected this photography team to cover my wedding, and they exceeded every expectation I had. They truly embodied everything you’d want from a top-tier, polite, and professional duo. The fact that it’s a man and woman team is a bonus—they brought unique perspectives and balanced input from both sides of the aisle. I was extremely pleased with the level of effort, professionalism, and creative input they brought to the table. They were receptive to my ideas for rooftop and groomsmen photos and executed them beautifully. As someone who values face-to-face meetings when conducting business, I really appreciated that this team went above and beyond to meet in person—unlike other photographers who only communicated through text or email (if they even replied). They were also incredibly easy to work with on the day of, giving gentle direction and making everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. It’s clear how invested they were in ensuring every part of the experience went smoothly. One of the standout moments of the night was our “first touch.” Abbie made sure everything went perfectly—helping position us so I didn’t accidentally see my bride while she got into place. It’s that level of care and attention that really made them special. On a more personal note, the fact that they are a married couple themselves is another major plus. It gave them a unique understanding of the day and helped them guide the timeline while still making everything feel natural and relaxed. They work seamlessly together and genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience. Lastly, I love how they’ve built a brand that stands out among the countless wedding photographers out there. Their style, personality, and professionalism make them one of a kind. I can’t recommend them enough.

Jonathan took our engagement photos this fall in Old Town Albuquerque and we are so happy with them! Our wedding will be on the East Coast, but we wanted to find someone local and familiar with photographing here in Albuquerque for engagement photos. Jonathan knew exactly where to lead us so that he could capture the beautiful autumn light and charming Old Town settings. Neither of us is great at photos, and Jonathan put us at ease by suggesting poses and helping us to laugh and enjoy the session. He captured a lovely mix of traditional poses and more artistic shots. We found the session fun and communications easy. We certainly recommend Jonathan for your photography needs!

We are so grateful to have found Jonathan & Abbie. From the beginning they were just so friendly and easy to communicate with, it always felt more like we were texting with a friend. They were easy to reach whenever we needed them and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them or asking too much. Their experience made the planning process so much easier, and they were able to guide us through the planning process and make recommendations that made the whole thing so much less stressful. On the day they were such a joy to have around! They were extremely efficient and flexible, allowing us to get every shot we wanted and more! More importantly however they themselves were just so joyful and loving, it just made our special day that much more enjoyable and fun! They got our photos back to us quickly and we are obsessed with how they turned out! You simply couldn't ask for better photography, or better people to have with you on your big day! We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Johnathan and Abbie were so amazing to work with. From our first conversation to booking our engagement shoot and finally our wedding day! It took my husband and I a few weeks to write this review as we wanted to make sure we found the right words to describe our experience with JT Photography. When we were looking for our photographer we met with a few and they were all nice and I’m sure would have done a great job, but as soon as we met Jonathan and Abbie we knew they were perfect for us. We hung up the phone call and looked at each other and said “that’s our photographer”. Communicating with them was easy the entire time and really just felt like we were talking to some friends. The photos we received are absolutely stunning. Jonathan captured every second of the day and did such a beautiful job. He was so fun and easy to work with. He made sure the day ran smoothly and that taking all our pictures was fun and easy. If you’re looking for a photographer that will blend in with your guests and take the dreamiest photos you could ever imagine, look no further. I’m so grateful we could trust Jonathan to capture our memories and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Jonathan and Abbie! We had a complicated wedding in terms of logistics - private residence, lots of DIY, nontraditional timeline, and a thunderstorm... but they made it work! They actively made our weekend easier and less stressful, and it was so appreciated. Amazing communication and BEAUTIFUL photos!

Jonathan and Abby were extremely professional and helpful during my reception (I had a separate ceremony)! They were always able to answer my questions in a timely manner and were so positive through our text conversations as well as in person. Tons of my family complimented them and how well they worked around the crowd! After the reception they got back to me within a couple of days with a preview of pictures which is way faster than I could have ever imagined. I am so happy I got to work with them!
