From setting the perfect vibe during cocktail hour and dinner, to being on point and fun as the MC for the evening, Jesse handled all the little details you don’t think about as much from a DJ. But of course, where Judah Press Entertainment really shined was during the reception. Jesse absolutely knows how to orchestrate a good time, and our wedding transformed into a total party. The song selections always hit the right notes, he kept the energy at the appropriate levels all night, and even hit the dance floor himself to join in on the fun. We are so thankful we trusted Jesse and Judah Press Entertainment with our special day. They were total pros throughout the entire process and helped create for us a day that we’ll never forget.

edding for July 2020 they were the one thing we still had to have. Jesse was my choice as soon as I got engaged as I knew him from other work he had done. He has excellent taste in music, a contagiously vibrant personality, and a beautiful and Godly spirit. He worked incredibly hard with us and with our venue to put on a perfect ceremony and reception. He was a huge reason that everyone had a blast and we got a ton of compliments. Do yourself a favor and hire Judah Press!

would recommend them time and time again. We had some difficulty communicating with them at the beginning, but also it was in the midst of a pandemic so there is a lot of grace there. JPE really helped create a reception that felt like us but also was so pleasing to the masses. He had fun remixes planned and also played my requested songs. He felt like part of the party but didn't make himself the star of the show. Sam rocks, JPE rocks, COVID doesn't rock but JPE helped make our day the best despite external factors. 10/10 would recommend.

don't have enough good things to say about him and how well he read the room and brought the party for our guests. He did an amazing job of keeping things rolling and was an incredible emcee. I had no worries about anything during the reception and was able to have the time of my life! If you are looking for the PERFECT wedding DJ company, don't go any further. You'd be hard Pressed (see what I did there) to find a better DJ service in the area.

be challenging, but Sam helped us with ease and kept the atmosphere alive to make sure our guests were having a great time dancing but still felt safe. I had a few personal details like playing a home video during my Father/Daughter dance and wanting my new husband to rap a Hamilton song, and Sam took our ideas and executed those so well. We felt so taken care of and will forever remember that day because of Sam.

a HUGE hit! To be honest from beginning to end the entire wedding was great. The ceremony went really smooth, transition was seamless, and like I said above the reception was a blast. I'd have DJ Sam, Jesse, or any of the Judah Press team MC any event I did. They are the real deal.

DJ Sam, DJ Evan, DJ Michael, DJ Alvin, and the CEO Jesse (who DJ'd our wedding) - we've seen em all and thrown down with them all. They are the freakin best. When you hire JPE, you feel like you become part of the family. They become your friend who's cheering you on in your life, so it feels natural to cheer them on too. I absolutely LOVE listening to their new Spotify playlists they drop all the time and watching them recap all their fun moments from their current weddings on Insta. We could not recommend them faster. They will not only throw you the party of your life but they will do it in a professional and on point kind of way. It's the best of both worlds.

moothly. They are just really fun and love to get everyone up and dancing without it "being about the DJ". No egos, just super fun. Never corny and they don't have to force moments. They somehow just work the room. The Reception was amazing and on top of that they played all of our favorites and none of the ones we didn't want to hear. Easy to work with and incredibly fun, it was obvious they loved what they were doing. And they loved us the entire time through. DJ Sam & DJ Jesse have long been our favorites in the scene and we basically tell everyone we know to hire them. They are worth it and are wonderful to work with. If you ever get the chance to see them live, you'll totally get what we mean. Can't think them enough for one of the best memories of our lives!

ARTY IS ON. I leave the weddings they serve basically drenched in sweat. But even my friends who aren't big "dancers" have an amazing time in these moments because they are so fun and genuine instead of lame and corny like what I thought wedding DJs would be like. They help everyone have a good time. It's the thing I think they are best at. I also think they are very trustworthy. Some (many) DJs are not so much in my experience. But Judah Press DJs have earned my trust and respect by the way that they treat their clients and host their events. Think classy but high-energy fun. When I get married, it won't even be a question who I call (and I've told them this in person LOL) and they better be available!!

am, DJ Jesse, and DJ Evan are always top notch when I've seen them at events this year. These guys take care of everything and are playing all kinds of awesome music, across lots of different genres. Also (very important), they are never cheesy or corny (my biggest fear with DJs) and are such great hosts. At every event where they are vendors, people of all ages are up on the floor dancing the night away. Every time. They look like they really enjoy their jobs and it's hard to fake that. They are just genuine and fun while also professional on the mic. Their experience shows in the way that they manage every single moment, and my friends (usually the brides) say that they have become like friends to them by the time the wedding gets here - just great guys. Guys you'd want to hang out with in your real life who just happen to be awesome DJs. Basically, our whole friend squad loves these fellas and I hope they DJ every wedding I'm ever at for the rest of my days haha

ur first dance. Our day of DJ did it early and my big dip was in awkward silence. Second, we gave instruction on the parent/child dance and it was disregarded as well - it went on for twice as long as requested. Third, we gave a huge list of songs that our guests requested on their RSVPs. We heard a few of them over the course of the night and any requests were shut down due to a lack of WIFI (cell phone hot spot would have fixed that). We also requested a handful of slow songs and had one. You might think we didn't communicate clearly enough - but there were emails, google docs and playlists passed back and forth. We thought were all set. We were wrong. Overall, wouldn't recommend them again. Maybe we just got a dud for a DJ, but it's such an important part of your event that as a bride who was robbed of her big moment, I can't recommend.

Jesse helped us form a timeline of the entire event, not just the portions he was a part of, and created a plan for the overall flow of the event with a pretty tricky venue space to make sense of. He even coordinated our sparkler send off and jumped into action at the first sign of a couple rain drops! We couldn't have been happier with how everything worked out and that's due in no small part to Judah Press!

The JPE team has a special touch and methodology to guide its customers through the process of selecting music and setting the tone for your event. For us, we were planning a wedding in Athens while living in NYC. The JPE team made communication a breeze with regular Face-time/Skype calls and prompt email responses. While its always easy to find good music for your run or a long drive, we found deciding music for a wedding much more difficult especially for the first dance, transition songs, etc. The JPE team was there to provide recommendations and other ideas so that we could curate the perfect event. During the event, the JPE team was there early and stayed late. Not only were they focused on the main show (the reception), they were also lending a hand to the rest of the wedding team to make sure our ceremony was smooth by providing microphones and transitioning music during the entire event. Our event was outdoors, so JPE made it easy with multiple speaker set ups, wireless microphones and plenty of tunes. The JPE team have the experience to make your event a success. For us, there was always a special song playing, which inevitably made the night end way too quick. It was a pleasure having them assist us with our wedding, and I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future for other entertainment needs. Thanks for making the event truly spectacular!

We felt cared for from the first meeting to way into marriage. They are organized, caring, and more than accommodating. They even flew to Texas for us! From the ceremony to the reception, our guests were ushered by excellent hosts with clear direction, then the dance party hit and everyone went wild into the most killer dance party. Crowd surfing even happened...that's just how good they are. Judah Press has the best selection of music with awesome remixes. We wouldn't hire or recommend anyone else!

reason I can't give them a 5 is because while the sound wasn't awful, it wasn't great. We had guests tell us and could later hear in our video that it was hard to hear speeches or announcements because of the way the speakers were turned. Maybe it was the size of the room. Overall though, they were great to work with and really did what we asked of them!
