Do NOT book your event here. The biggest mistake of my wedding weekend was deciding to have my rehearsal dinner here. They promise a tailored experience with high quality food at a unique venue and definitely fell FAR SHORT of this. The communication was poor/deceitful, food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible. Definitely not worth the money and stress. The team at Julep Farms was terrible to communicate with. They were very unresponsive and I received multiple wrong event “packages” with incorrect pricing prior to booking. After we finally agreed on a price per head and signed a contract, a few weeks before the event, we were sent an invoice where they had increased their fees by over $12/person due to “inflation” (beware of a line item in your contract that says “Please note that all prices and menus are subject to change until a menu is selected”). The only thing they ever reached out to us for was for payment. They failed to set up our 30 day meeting to the finalize menu, etc. The night of the event, we found the staff to be very unprofessional. They haphazardly served our guests, missing serving individuals at tables, not bringing the correct number of meals, etc. and overheard the wait staff mocking our guests outside the room. Would definitely not recommend this event venue.
