es is a consummate professional and provided exemplary customer service from day one. All of the details were taken care of immediately and proactively, and the personal attention she provided was not lost on us. From the initial meeting to dinner with us a month before to the day of, Jules worked to connect with us on a personal level. When we struggled to decide where we wanted to conduct our engagement session Jules worked with us closely to select a location that represented us but would still allow us to be comfortable. Jules put us immediately at ease during our engagement session and when we saw the photos we knew we had definitely made the right choice in photographer. Leading up to the wedding Jules stayed in close contact with us and even sent us her inclement weather plan a couple of days prior to the wedding when weather looked a little dodgy. Jules was our first vendor on the scene on our wedding day. She came equipped for the weather (cool gumboots Jules) and immediately started taking detail shots. Jules took the opportunity to get lots of portrait shots on the day as we had a very picturesque venue, but she never impeded the flow of the wedding and we felt like we were shooting with a good friend instead of a vendor. Both Jules and her second shooter, Hillary, worked their butts off all day and into the evening on wedding day getting AMAZING shots of every detail! We can’t wait to see the photos and will look for any opportunity that we can to use Jules for our photography needs on forward flow.
