Julia, As Needed

up to our day! I looked forward to our weekly meetings because I always left our conversations feeling at ease. Our day went smoothly because we had her in our corner.

her!

in the planning process and helped me remain calm through it all. She handled everything we threw at her without any issues and we got so many compliments about how wonderful she was from our friends and family. We felt so at ease having Julia as part of our team. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Julia for any and all parts of your planning process.

a few years ago. As a bridesmaid in that wedding, I witnessed Julia’s expertise in wedding coordination first hand. Although my wedding was in a different state and a new venue, Julia was up for the task. We met with her via video chat several times before the wedding to plan and go over the details. Julia led us every step of the way and made me feel so reassured. On wedding day, I was able to have the most incredible day and not worry about the details. Julia did it all! From picking up the wedding cake to decorating the entire venue, she took care of everything so that I could just enjoy the day. My family and friends still comment about how smoothly the wedding went and I owe it all to Julia. She’s truly the best!

g day and all of our vendors were so thankful and impressed with her planning and organization skills. We had multiple vendors reach out to us to say they wish all weddings had a Julia! We didn’t realize at first how many little things happen at a wedding that need planned and scheduled and Julia helped make those all happen as well as helping us take care of decorating and keeping the whole wedding timeline on track. The whole day went perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us make it happen. We could not recommend Julia enough!!

yette, IN. From our first conversation, julia did not disappoint. She was timely, thoughtful, professional, and so kind. She let me have as much control was I wanted and took over everything else. She was very responsive to texts, emails and calls. She kept everything in order so I could just enjoy my day. I’m so grateful we hired Julia as needed. I got raving compliments from our other vendors about how much they loved working with her! My day was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to Julia! I truly recommend Julia as needed for all your wedding coordinator needs!

d knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and that it would turn out the way I wanted. I also knew that anything I mentioned to her about ideas or something that needed to get done that she would be on top of it. She is very organized and timely and went over things I had never even thought of. She was always happy to help me with whatever I needed big or small. I was able to be a lot more relaxed on my wedding day because I knew she was handling everything and there wouldn’t be any problems. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

s amazing. The best money I spent on my wedding was booking Julia. I could not have made it through the day without her. My friends, guest, and family absolutely adored her! YOU NEED TO BOOK JULIA!

r thoughtfulness, calming presence, and helpfulness the day of our wedding. We booked vendors ourselves, and Julia stepped in during the weeks leading up to our wedding. She quickly and seamlessly got all of our vendors on the same page, and anytime a potential issue or question came up, she would work with them to find the best solution before discussing with us. It felt like all of the stress of figuring out vendors and booking our wedding completely slipped off of my to-do list because I knew I could trust Julia. The weekend of our wedding, she helped get our wedding party organized, reminded me of my small to-do list, and seemed to take care of issues before anyone knew they existed. Our wedding went as smoothly as we could have asked for and that would not have been possible without Julia.

er enough!!

people I have met, and I truly appreciated how communicative she was throughout the whole process - Julia was always a quick call or text away, on top of our scheduled calls. The best thing about Julia is that she genuinely cares about you and wants to make sure your wedding day meets all of your expectations, and that's exactly what she did. Thank you, Julia, for going above and beyond!

n our side kept me calm through the planning process and the day of. She set everything up according to what we had discussed and problem solved the day of as needed. She kept things rolling and really just made the day seamless for us. Having a day of coordinator is a must and we were so pleased with the quality of service Julia provided.

, Julia exceeded my expectations with her friendliness and incredible organization. She has such a sweet and contagious personality which is something everyone should look for when hiring a wedding planner. You can tell she loves what she does and that shines through her planning. She is so down to earth yet able to become assertive to overcome any obstacles put in the way. Because of this, there was never a moment I became a "stressed bride". I knew with confidence she was there to address any of my concerns and jump through hoops for us! There was never a conversation or question she wasn't prepared for! We used Julia from day one to plan our special day with over 300 guest. Julia took charge immediately coordinating multiple vendors and creating our save the dates and invitations. I was finishing up my last year of veterinary school while planning our wedding. Because of my crazy schedule, I left a lot of decisions up to Julia and had to reschedule multiple meetings. Julia was always flexible and able to adapt to my schedule every time. I mean this when I say I could NOT have done this without Julia. She planned and absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding day for us. I would choose her over and over again. I hope you choose her too because you will not regret it! Love, The Ruffin's

daughter in Birmingham and the wedding was in Auburn... She made an overwhelming task a breeze.! The day of the wedding she kept everything right on schedule and organized. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Julia As Needed!

She connected with all the wedding vendors and was out at ease that everything would be perfect for our big day. Our wedding day was absolute perfection not major hiccups at all, and that’s a testament of how great she worked with us. She had tons of knowledge and was able to cover things I hadn’t even thought of. She kept us all on schedule as well. I’m addition we had to move to the rain backup plan, which she helped to pull off last minute. I highly recommend Julia to anyone.

so helpful and on top of every single little detail! And holy cow, the actual wedding day ran SO smoothly— completely effortlessly— all thanks to Julia running around and making sure every person and decoration and flower was exactly where they needed to be at the right time. I really could not thank her enough because looking back on the day, I really only have memories of feeling so relaxed and excited, having the sweetest time with my friends, family, and husband, and just taking in all the precious details. No stress, no logistics, no concern about something missing or being late! Could not recommend Julia enough! A complete life saver during the entire engagement season and wedding planning process!

go melted away. The chaos of planning a wedding can be SO taxing; I know without a doubt that we wouldn't have had such a magical wedding if it wasn't for her. She is an absolute master at exuding calm, is extremely organized, and handled every little thing that came her way, going above and beyond our expectations! We got to enjoy our wedding day and each other instead of worrying about all the details, which is exactly what I wanted. In the early stages of planning, I wondered if I would really need a day of coordinator since we were having such a small, intimate wedding in our backyard with a conservative budget. Now I can say it was the best decision I made during the entire planning process! Absolutely worth every penny. Would 1000% recommend Julia to anyone who wants to focus on their love for their spouse and the magic of celebrating while surrounded by family and friends...instead of the making a billion decisions and worrying about all the possible outcomes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Julia! You are a wonder!

ankful for her help.

that? She is thoughtful, organized, professional, and the kindest person. Her organization is something to admire in itself. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I never knew it. She worked miracles, all while having a smile on her face. I cannot thank Julia enough for all she did for my husband and I. You need Julia on your wedding day!

everything was going wrong, she helped me relax and stayed cool, calm, and collected. I could not have done it without Julia. She went above and beyond to help things run smoothly and made sure I had nothing to worry about. So grateful to have worked with her.

gical day to remember. She explained everything to us, always communicated with us. She was ALWAYS early to every meeting. My makeup/hair cancelled the night before... and this amazing woman found someone literally in hours! I cannot explain how lucky I was to have found her to be my coordinator. She was born for this!

view and lived up to my impression when I met her in person. Julia was confident without being pushy; she had suggestions when I needed input but did not force her opinions - a perfect balance! I also appreciated her availability and responsiveness. During the actual wedding weekend I had multiple people comment on what a calm mother of the bride I was. That is truly a testament to the confidence I had in Julia. She contacted all of the vendors and provided an excellent timeline for them as well as for the wedding party -- I knew she was on top of things! She put the entire wedding party at ease. She made sure my daughter was well taken care of at all times and was the go-between for myself and all the vendors during the wedding weekend. We were able to just enjoy our special day thanks to all of Julia's hard work! She was FABULOUS!

icked up on my vision instantaneously. She executed flawlessly and I’m so grateful. Every detail I mentioned to Julia was received and carried out just as I envisioned. I got so many compliments about how hardworking and dedicated to her role she was. She made my wedding planning and day a breeze. I thank God for her. She is so good at communicating with vendors, putting out fires and ultimately making sure you can breath easy on your big day. I would hire her to coordinate any event I’m hosting. She’s the absolute best!

lose family members. I was very involved in the planning process with them all. Without a doubt Julia outshined anyone I had worked with previously. She made my big day an absolute dream for me!!

she immediately made all of my worries go away! She was so easy to work with and all of my vendors loved working with her! If you are even slightly considering a wedding coordinator, reach out to Julia, you won’t regret it!

stages, she is a positive guide that allowed me to keep my sanity throughout the whole process. Although she did a wonderful job in the planning stages, where she really shined was in the last couple of weeks and day of. She had everyone in line, from vendors to wedding party. From family to myself. She kept us all on track! I particularly appreciated the extensive timeline/organization tool she used leading up to the day. It have every little detail. This included (but not limited to) vendors list and contacts, decorations list and locations, entire seating chart, and timeline for both bridesmaids and groomsmen. I cannot say this enough- my wedding would not have been the same without her! I received various compliments on the organization of the wedding, and I know, without a doubt, it was in large part because of her. 100000/10 stars. Hire Julia for your big day or any special event!! It will be the best decision you ever made (besides choosing to marry your spouse, of course)!

ork with. Some of the biggest reasons I would recommend Julia is because she makes her schedule work with yours, I work crazy hours and she worked around all of those for planning. The "weekend timelines" she created for everyone made it so everyone could be on time and know what they needed and where they needed to be. As far as our actual wedding day goes, we had a complicated wedding. We had a location at our home for the ceremony, and an offsite location for our reception and a TON of out of town guests. Not to mention it poured all morning. Julia made sure everyone parked correctly, got where they needed to be on time, she even brought towels to help dry the chairs. She ran our music for the ceremony, and helped make sure proper accommodations were in place for elderly family members. Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy and Julia helped me come up with a plan to make sure everyone was safe and healthy and no one got sick after our wedding with 150 people. Like I said, I could go on for days about how amazing Julia is and how lucky we were to have her be a part of our day. I am the type of person who can find something "wrong" in any situation but can thoroughly say when we look back on our wedding day that not a single thing went wrong (the rain even cleared!) We consider her a great friend and are so blessed to have had her to help us! She will be the best addition to your big day and making sure it runs perfectly!

ks COVID) and Julia was there through it all! Working with her was so fun and she made things as easy as possible for us. It was such a gift going into our big day with absolutely no worries. She had personalized itineraries for us, the wedding party, and family members. Our vendors were ready to go right on time through none of my own doing. We were able to be fully present and enjoy our day, as were our friends and families. Julia went above and beyond what we expected and I would recommend her 100%. If you are considering a wedding coordinator, Julia is your girl! If you are not considering a wedding coordinator, you should now :)

d always positive manner. As the mother of the Bride, I found Julia to be responsive to questions and requests, always with the goal of making it a true day of joy for the couple. After postponing twice due to covid, the wedding day was so enjoyable and memorable as I was able to focus on what was important to me- my daughter, my family, and friends. Julia handled the rest and made the day so special. We were so blessed that she was a part of the celebration!
