Julia was by far the best money that we spent in our wedding planning, and we have nothing but great things to say about her preparation leading up to our wedding day as well as her thoughtfulness, calming presence, and helpfulness the day of our wedding. Julia was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2022. She was an absolute God send. Our check-ins were so productive and put me at ease. She was very well organized. She connected with all the wedding vendors and was out at ease that everything would be perfect for our big day. Our wedding day was absolute perfection not major hiccups at all, and that’s a testament of how great she worked with us. She had tons of knowledge and was able to cover things I hadn’t even thought of. She kept us all on schedule as well. WOW. We are so impressed with how well Julia managed our big day, from start to finish! Every time I spoke with her leading up to the wedding day, my stress about how things would go melted away. I hired Julia after interviewing at least one other wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. I hit it off with Julia right away. She was delightful in our initial phone interview and lived up to my impression when I met her in person. Julia was confident without being pushy; she had suggestions when I needed input but did not force her opinions - a perfect balance! I also appreciated her availability and responsiveness. During the actual wedding weekend I had multiple people comment on what a calm mother of the bride I was. That is truly a testament to the confidence I had in Julia. She contacted all of the vendors and provided an excellent timeline for them as well as for the wedding party -- I knew she was on top of things! She put the entire wedding party at ease. She made sure my daughter was well taken care of at all times and was the go-between for myself and all the vendors during the wedding weekend. We were able to just enjoy our special day thanks to all of Julia's hard work! She was FABULOUS!

I believe that Julia was truly god sent. I struggle with verbalizing my thoughts most times, but I knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. Julia is the most helpful, thoughtful, and detail oriented coordinator I have ever worked with!! My family has had 5 weddings within the past 2 years between my siblings, me, and close family members. I was very involved in the planning process with them all. Julia is absolutely incredible! I found her on Instagram because of a mutual friend. What a lifesaver to find her that day! Not only is Julia meticulously organized in the planning stages, she is a positive guide that allowed me to keep my sanity throughout the whole process. Although she did a wonderful job in the planning stages, where she really shined was in the last couple of weeks and day of. She had everyone in line, from vendors to wedding party. From family to myself. She kept us all on track! I particularly appreciated the extensive timeline/organization tool she used leading up to the day. It have every little detail. This included (but not limited to) vendors list and contacts, decorations list and locations, entire seating chart, and timeline for both bridesmaids and groomsmen. I cannot say this enough- my wedding would not have been the same without her! I received various compliments on the organization of the wedding, and I know, without a doubt, it was in large part because of her. 100000/10 stars. Hire Julia for your big day or any special event!! It will be the best decision you ever made (besides choosing to marry your spouse, of course)!

I could write a short novel about all Julia did to make sure our day was perfect from start to finish. She is thorough, personable, responsive, passionate, and so so wonderful to work with. Some of the biggest reasons I would recommend Julia is because she makes her schedule work with yours, I work crazy hours and she worked around all of those for planning. The "weekend timelines" she created for everyone made it so everyone could be on time and know what they needed and where they needed to be. As far as our actual wedding day goes, we had a complicated wedding. We had a location at our home for the ceremony, and an offsite location for our reception and a TON of out of town guests. Not to mention it poured all morning. Julia made sure everyone parked correctly, got where they needed to be on time, she even brought towels to help dry the chairs. She ran our music for the ceremony, and helped make sure proper accommodations were in place for elderly family members. Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy and Julia helped me come up with a plan to make sure everyone was safe and healthy and no one got sick after our wedding with 150 people. Like I said, I could go on for days about how amazing Julia is and how lucky we were to have her be a part of our day. I am the type of person who can find something "wrong" in any situation but can thoroughly say when we look back on our wedding day that not a single thing went wrong (the rain even cleared!) We consider her a great friend and are so blessed to have had her to help us! She will be the best addition to your big day and making sure it runs perfectly!

We worked with Julia for our wedding/first anniversary party and it was truly the best decision we could’ve made. This was actually our third and final attempt at our wedding (thanks COVID) and Julia was there through it all! Working with her was so fun and she made things as easy as possible for us. It was such a gift going into our big day with absolutely no worries. She had personalized itineraries for us, the wedding party, and family members. Our vendors were ready to go right on time through none of my own doing. We were able to be fully present and enjoy our day, as were our friends and families. After postponing twice due to covid, the wedding day was so enjoyable and memorable as I was able to focus on what was important to me- my daughter, my family, and friends.
