Julia was amazing! She helped me with my vision for a simple but elegant wedding. She made great suggestions and her decor she created was beyond amazing! Julia was always responsive to any and all questions or requests.

I had Julia do custom invitations for my upcoming wedding. They came out beautiful, everyone who has received them has complimented them and said how beautiful they are. She is very attentive to detail, and was always available to communicate! I can't say enough great things about my invitations!

Julia made everything perfect, took my ideas and ran with them, and was so so organized. She made me realize that weddings don’t need to be as stressful as they initially seem. On the wedding day made sure that her team knew exactly where, when, and how I wanted things done and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. 10/10 recommend!

Julia made my wedding day perfect!!! She was so kind and sweet, always making me feel at ease. Not only did she handle everything seamlessly, but her beautiful decor services meant I didn’t need to deal with an extra vendor. Where do I even begin?! We hired Julia as a Month of Coordinator and before we even hit the 8 week mark, she was helping me, answering my numerous questions, recommending vendors, and so much more! She took on communicating to our vendors every detail that they needed to know, I didn't have to worry about anything. She was so patient as we reworked our timeline several times and reminded me of the little details and small things that would end up making a big difference the day of. She even called in a last minute favor for us that made a huge difference on our big day. Come the week of wedding, I wasn't stressed, anxious, or nervous because I knew she was on top of things. Come the day of, I could have cried she was so amazing. Not only did she steam my wedding dress, but she made sure that everything was running smoothly, gave photo suggestions, made sure we were fed and constantly had a drink in our hands, delivered small surprises we had planned throughout the wedding, and so much more! She handled our rowdy guest so well and made sure that if anything did go wrong, we didn't know about it! When we said goodbye at the end of the night, I wanted to say "I love you", I cannot recommend her enough. The only thing I would have done differently was hire her to plan my entire wedding!

Julia was very professional and polite to work with. She made planning easy and worked around my time. She offers many services and know a lot of connections which made my life easier. I owe my wedding day running smoothly because of her.

I hired Julia to help with day of coordination for my destination wedding in Hilton Head and I could not recommend her enough. She was so helpful with vendor coordination, wedding reception setup, as well as keeping all of us in line with our day of schedule. I would have been lost without her. I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed her until the day of, and was extremely grateful for her expertise. Julia helped us plan our wedding at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel on June 2, 2024. Kaleb & I started our wedding planning journey thinking we could do it all by ourselves, but come 5 months before the big day and we were at a loss and struggling to manage everything. That’s when we decided we needed major help and Julia came to the rescue! We had already chosen a couple of vendors for our wedding, but Julia came in and truly brought our vision to life. Her attention to detail, creativity, and dedication were unmatched. From the moment she joined our planning team, she took our ideas and elevated them, ensuring every element of our wedding was perfect. Julia's expertise and calm demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. She took time to listen to our needs in order to curate a wedding package that was a perfect fit for us. Our big day was so incredibly special and enjoyable thanks to Julia’s attentiveness and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better planner to make our special day unforgettable. Everything you'd want and more than you'd expect from planning to coordinating. Julia went above and beyond, and is a true professional. Julia wears many hats and will exceed your expectations of what you really think a wedding planner is. Very organized, so creative, has an understanding of your vision, and a MASTER in logistics. Lastly, her décor packages are a must. She has everything you need from florals to signs to candles and more. The icing on the cake was that I did not have a garage full of wedding items to sell because all décor is handled by Julia. I would recommend her a thousand times over! I have full confidence that my wedding this past Friday went as well as it did because of Julia. She was an integral part of the vendor-wrangling process as my Month-Of coordinator, but holy wow did she shine brilliantly on our wedding day. I'll never be able to accurately grasp my gratitude in words, but I'll sure do my best. Julia was by far the most important part of our wedding day account for initial timelines, how to counteract bad weather and subsequent logistics, and then timelines v2 when the first ones were quickly thrown away at a moment's notice. Because my husband (!!!) and I had worked with her so closely in the week's leading up to the big day she understood our wants vs. needs, and made sure our non-negotiables were included, like getting specific pictures in with our photographer while she watched the impending rain like a hawk. Julia and her assistant, Rachel, were the absolute powerhouse we needed on our wedding day. They were the in-between as our source of information for our guests on a need-to-know basis (I was absolutely giddy to hear that our guests found she was 'overly direct' as some tried to pry for more info unnecessarily), and built a perfect balance of being nearby without hovering in case something was going on that we needed to be a part of. tldr; If you're getting married in Julia's vicinity and even remotely thinking about getting a wedding planner, stop thinking and book Julia. I'll never be able to accurately express just how crucial it was to have her by our side on a day filled with logistical and operational pitfalls around every corner. @Julia, thank you thank you thank you for being the most amazing guiding light on Friday <3

Julia is a wonderfully patient and thoughtful wedding planner. She was so helpful with making sure that all of the little details were taken care of, even things we hadn’t even thought of. She treated us like long time friends and made sure our wedding day was everything we hoped for. From taking care of a major issue with our venue to making sure the DJ had the right playlist, Julia ensured everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our day. Coming from a bride who was nervous about planning an out of town wedding, Julia helped ease my concerns and I knew it would all be taken care of. Julia helped us plan our wedding thru the ups and downs of Covid. She was calm, organized, and helped make our dreams come true! When last minute changes had to be made due to restrictions and weather, Julia stepped right up and took our stress down so we could enjoy our day. Julia did a nice job planning my wedding. I appreciated how on the day of, she brought extra decor that I wouldn’t have thought of to make the venue look nicer. Her assistant, Kylie, was very helpful during the reception and got us and our family anything we needed. Thank you!

Julia was the most professional and patient coordinator for our dreamy lowcountry wedding. At the time, my fiancé and I were living on the other side of the country in Washington state and planning our wedding that would take place on Hilton Head Island. Julia was incredibly accommodating and really put our long-distance wedding planning worries to rest. She was incredibly organized and took all of my concerns into consideration. On the day-of she was professional, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and she also had the best attitude. It was great to see she was genuinely excited for us! We first hired Julia 4 months after we got engaged, more than 2 years before our wedding. She was the second vendor we hired. As a super type A person, working full time with two kids, I knew I couldn’t do everything on my own. We hired her to do our budget and immediately hired her for partial planning including design and we rented our florals from her. Our wedding was Disney themed and I was very worried that it would come off as “cheesy”. I wanted it to be elegant but still very obvious that it was Disney. She did a phenomenal job with helping my vision come true, both on paper and in person. With hiring her more than 2 years before our big day, it meant several life changes for both of us. Even with Julia moving several states away, she honored our contract when she could have very easily found a replacement. Julia flew back, with the florals, for our weekend. She handled all vendor communication leading up to the wedding, created the timeline including researching sunset to align with the perfect lighting, ran back and forth between our venue and our onsite farmhouse the day of and provided valuable, honest feedback every step of the way. She was always there to answer any and all questions, no matter how little, she was flexible and provided solutions in a very short period of time. She was also my voice of reason when I needed it. I would 100% hire Julia again and wouldn't want to plan a wedding without her.

Julia is an absolute angel! She was such a rock throughout the wedding design planning process, always providing an industry perspective and going out on the ledge for my vision. I am so thankful she was there as my day of coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly. She was truly one of the best parts of our wedding day!

I can’t say enough about Julia! We hired her for month of coordination and our wedding simply would not have come together if it wasn’t for her! No matter what mishaps came up throughout the day she handled them seamlessly! Our DJ showed up with bad bronchitis and Julia even took over as our MC for the night! If you are debating whether you need a day of coordinator or not I promise you do, and Julia will exceed every expectation!

Hiring Julia to be my coordinator was the best decision I made for my wedding. If there is one word to describe Julia, it would be detail-oriented. She does not miss a beat. Before the wedding, she made sure my wedding would go smoothly by creating my timeline. She had helpful suggestions, such as adding a little extra time in between our traveling that day so we would have stress-free buffer time. My favorite thing she did was lead our rehearsal at the chapel. She really knows how to execute rehearsals. Everyone knew what their job was for the ceremony.  Couldn't be more appreciative of what Julia did for us to make our day beautiful without any hiccups. She truly had all of her ducks in a row during our wedding weekend. Hire her, you won't regret it!!

I cannot speak more highly of Julia, her hard work, kindness, and talent. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I had to completely change our vision for our wedding. After suffering a devastating financial loss, we had a tight budget to work with. I found Julia through social media and I could not have been luckier. Julia took on our wedding knowing our budget mixed with my expensive taste would be a challenge – and she knocked it out of the park. Throughout the process Julia’s organization was astounding. She created a shared space for all documentation and wedding worksheets, which we utilized as our ‘bible’. This made everything so much easier for us because everything was right at my fingertips and easily accessible. The wedding worksheets Julia created were clear, concise, and in typical Julia fashion, cute! Being a nurse, my schedule can be very hectic but she was always flexible and understanding, while keeping me on track. Thanks to Julia’s time management skills and deadlines, I never felt overwhelmed or anxious about what needed to be done! Julia knows weddings through and through – even the small things most people forget until wedding day were considered. She effortlessly balances various vendors to make sure that your wedding goes as seamlessly as possible. Julia understands that a wedding is supposed to be about the couple and she takes time to get to know you to ensure that the vision she helps produce, is the one that you and your loved one are dreaming of. She truly cares about your wedding, and always goes above and beyond for her clients. I’ll give you a brief example but if you want to read the whole story, check her blog! Julia saved my wedding with a last-minute decision to go out the night before my wedding to pick up a few more decorations off of Facebook Marketplace because I didn’t have a Mr. & Mrs. sign. I am so thankful she did because the decorations I had planned did not withstand the wind on the day of my wedding. She ended up utilizing almost everything she purchased the night before, which happened to fit the aesthetic of my vision, and she did this all without causing me to worry or get overwhelmed. If you are considering using a wedding planner, I say do it. If you are considering using Julia as your wedding planner and/or day of coordinator, I say that you would be remiss if you didn’t! Nobody will work harder to produce your dream than Julia! Hiring Julia was the best decision my husband and I made when it came to our wedding. Thanks to Julia, our dream of a backyard wedding with tacos and margaritas came true without a worry in the world. I got lucky when I hired Julia, I got even luckier to now have her as a friend!

I'm struggling to find the right words that can describe how absolutely wonderful Julia is. I connected with Julia for day-of coordination after we had postponed due to COVID and basically replanned our entire wedding from a venue to backyard. I told Julia exactly what we needed help with and she was on it immediately! Day of, Julia showed up and immediately made sure everything and everyone was in the right place and working on the right thing. Our shuttle service ended up putting us a bit behind schedule and Julia made sure to call the company and get it all sorted out. She kept us informed of everything that was going on and the decisions she was making. Julia made sure people were respectful of our unplugged ceremony, and when it came to the reception she made it possible for my husband and I to enjoy some 1:1 time for dinner by politely redirecting folks around us... "The couple is enjoying their dinner and they'll make sure to come say hi after!" (this was incredible and we loved it) A testament to Julia's passion for wedding planning is the fact that our wedding date (5/21) was her BIRTHDAY and she agreed to help us have the best day of our lives. We made sure to celebrate her special day with her too! If you're trying to decide if you need help for full planning, half planning, day-of planning, or just someone to bounce ideas off of, JULIA IS YOUR GAL! Book her immediately! xx

I hired Julia to create my save the date invitation. It came out so beautifully! I gave her a broad idea of what I wanted and she executed it better than I envisioned. I received so many compliments on it. I definitely recommend Julia for all of your wedding needs, she knows it all :)

I cannot say enough good things about Julia! She is the epitome of a wedding planner and is everything we wanted her to be and more. We hired Julia and asked for her full services and she delivered! Planning a wedding is so stressful, no matter what anyone says. Julia is the epitome of a life vest. I swamped with getting vendors aligned, dress fittings, organizing schedule with my bridal party, venue layout, flowers, day of schedules, and so much more.
