Let me begin by saying, I adore Juliana. Her zest for life, artistic vision for creative projects that include writing, designing, several forms of art, are truly admirable and why...
I feel so proud to call her our wedding photographer. Juliana is also a writer, and the way she photographed our wedding, created two video albums, and developed a full digital album of our best wedding day moments made it feel like she was helping us tell our story. Juliana was recommended to me and my husband early in our planning process by our wedding planner. She took the time to meet with us to get to know us and the vision for our wedding at different stages of the process. At one point, I had buyer’s remorse and reached out to Juliana about the wedding dress I had come to regret. Juliana took the time to encourage me in my moments of sorrow and discuss how she could capture my dress at the most beautiful angles. The emotional support she provided was above and beyond what an average photographer would offer, yet she was so personable and kind-hearted in my time of need. I eventually developed the courage to try again and found the perfect dress! On our wedding day, she arrived to snap photos of our getting-ready session, the wedding, the reception and our transportation in between venues. She was in proximity to us the entire day along with her wonderful assistant constantly capturing photos of everything she could. I was blown away by how STUNNING all of our photos turned out to be when she showcased them to us and our families now view our photos fondly now that we’ve shared them. Several have complimented our photographer and we proudly sing Juliana’s praises whenever we can! Juliana is a gifted, dedicated professional with a heart of gold that is magnified in the beauty of her art. She is truly a one-of-a-kind photographer and person. From the bottom of my husband’s heart and mine, we thank Juliana so much for allowing us to experience the joys of our wedding day for a lifetime. If you’re thinking about hiring her to photograph your special occasion, look no further. Juliana Laury is the one! <3
Juliana is absolutely fabulous!!! She is so up beat, creative and such a nice person. We found Juliana from seeing a picture of hers on a reception venue's website and from that mo...
ment we knew she had to be our wedding photographer. From our initial meeting to the end of our wedding she has done exactly what we expected and more! During our engagement shoot she was rolling around on the ground to get great angles and it shows in her end results. So far we only saw two sample wedding pictures and we are on the edge of our seats waiting for the rest! We can't say enough kind things about Juliana, because she is truly the best! She isn't just a wedding photographer, she is a friend and someone that can be in it for lifetime photography. We HIGHLY recommend Juliana Laury Photography!!
Juliana is an amazingly gifted photographer!! She kept us on track throughout the day, captured all the photos we asked for and more, and made sure we had a blast doing it all! Her...
illustration of our day is beyond breathtaking and we could not have picked a better photographer to record such an emotional and fun day.
Choosing Juliana as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From beginning to end, it was such a pleasure working with her. My husband and I live in...
Pittsburgh, but our wedding was in the greater Philadelphia area. Juliana was so accommodating and FaceTimed with us to meet for the first time. Within 30 seconds of the conversation I knew she was the one. Aside from the fact that she has such a funny, bubbly personality, her work is absolutely STUNNING. Her artistic shots that capture emotion so beautifully is what really stood out to us. It's not the typical boring shots that you see in most people's wedding albums. On the day of our wedding, she was such a blast to work with, and so was her second shooter! Our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they were. Juliana also made our guests feel truly special. She went out of her way and asked one of my bridesmaids to let her know when her husband returned to the reception ballroom so she could take a few photographs of them together. She just went above and beyond with everyone. My husband and I met with Juliana two weeks ago to see our pictures for the first time. She invited us into her home to see her studio, and she presented us with a gorgeous slideshow of about 300/1,000+ pictures... AND she welcomed us with cookies, mimosas, and the exact IPA my husband was drinking on our wedding day. Juliana is a rare breed, and you are making a mistake if you don't book her for your wedding.
Juliana is incredible. We hired her for both our engagement and wedding photos. To start with - she is a truly wonderful person. She takes the time to get to know you and by the...
time you are working with her on your wedding day, it feels as though she is another close friend at your wedding. She just happens to be one of the most talented friends on the planet! For Juliana - her photography is her craft. It's her art. Her passion comes through in every image. She loves to catch candid moments and is able to capture pure emotion with her camera. My husband and I hope to continue to work with her as more special events happen in our lives!
If I could give her 100 stars, I would! Juliana Laury is an exceptional human being. We got the recommendation from a girl who was working at our venue, as she was getting married ...
exactly a year before us. We checked out her website and were blown away by her work. She captured emotion that I’ve personally never seen in a photograph before. After a wonderful 30 minute phone call with Juliana, I already felt like we were friends. We met with her for about 1.5 hours discussing everything from photography to life in general. I knew right then and there that I wanted to hire her for my wedding. After our engagement session, to which everyone raved about our pictures, we were SO EXCITED for the wedding just to see how amazing the pictures would be. Juliana did NOT disappoint! After 2.5 weeks she had everything ready for us – from our final pictures (whittled down from almost 8,000 to a little over 1,000), a beautiful presentation of some prints and our USB of all of them, as well as a slideshow of a few hundred of them accompanied by music. It was the most amazing experience to work with Juliana and everyone continues to obsess about our wedding pictures and how professional and “out of the way” both she and her second shooter, Allison, were. They are a dynamic duo and really captured the most amazing, emotional shots of our wedding. I have friends telling me they want to get remarried and have her as her photographer! We now consider her a friend and a photographer for life. We’re so thankful to have gotten the recommendation to get in touch with her! Thank you, Juliana, for being able to capture the emotion behind each picture and allowing us to relive those emotions whenever we look at our pictures!
3500 characters is just not enough to convey my love for Juliana, her assistant Allison, and their work. From the second you start talking to her, Juliana feels like that one frie...
nd you have that no matter how long it's been since you last spoke, you pick up right where you left off and you're instantly on the same page again. She's the type of person you instantly just want to be friends with. I can't explain in words the quality of her photography. I've never seen anyone capture so much love and so much emotion in a photograph. I love that most of her pictures are candid shots, natural shots of couples basking in their love for one another. They're so raw, so real. She has a talent that can't be taught in school, only refined and then perfected by experience. She's a natural and it's so evident through her work. I will go back to her for every possible reason I can find as long as she's in business because she is so worth it. No one compares to Juliana Laury.
Juliana and her assistant were fantastic! One of the reasons we initially looked at using Juliana as our photographer was the way she used the lighting to capture images. She did n...
ot disappoint - the photos from our wedding are simply breathtaking!! Even more, on the day of our wedding Juliana was professional yet personal and made me laugh (which was hard to do!) She is classy, fun and an amazing photographer - you cannot go wrong booking with her!
I don't even know how to start writing this review. I just want to word vomit great things about Juliana and Allison because I don't know how to put it coherently still. I had come...
across Juliana's site on one of the many wedding websites (to be honest at this point I've forgotten which exactly!). I browsed around for a bit afterwards but I had this gut feeling that I just HAD to have her as our photographer. I soon phoned her up and we got the ball rolling! Juliana is a force. She is so passionate about what she does and just crazy easy to get along with. Allison as well is just super easy going and was so nice. They are just awesome together! Sorry, other photographers...they're making you look super bad! I 300% recommend Juliana for your wedding photography. Yes, she is pricier than some other photographers you might be looking at but...start saving up because she is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny! I swear you will not regret having her cover your wedding, or any other life event (as she's branching out now!) There were several "disasters" the day of our wedding which had me pretty peeved. I was worried that was what I would remember from our wedding. When I got our photos back from her, I was speechless. They were amazing. All of the little crap that went wrong, fizzled away and I was able to see the day for the romantic awesomeness that it was! The quality and colors and poses...everything was so fabulous, every detail! I got to live it again and both my husband and I tear up when we looked over them. It was like being there all over again. Thank you so much for capturing our day so perfectly! There are not enough stars available for this rating! :)
