We chose Juliana’s Italian Catering for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner, and we couldn’t have been happier! The food was absolutely delicious, plentiful, and beautifully prepared. Juliana's was amazing start to finish for our wedding in April. We found them online and once we tried their food, never had a second thought. We had a tasting with my parents and it was such a hit that we could not be more excited for the wedding day to come! Everyone is still raving about how comforting and good the food was - nothing like they'd had at other weddings. On top of the great food, communication on changes and allergies were so easy and accommodated with ease! Truly could not recommend more!

Karla has an international background traveling the world at a young age; developing a passion and palate for global cuisine. Karla fulfilled a lifelong dream graduating from The Culinary Institute of America; the foremost leader in culinary education. During her internship at The Westchester Country Club, training under CMC Ed Leonard, Karla. Here many elegant wedding took place that gave her a strong background in catering and events. Karla's aspiration to open her own restaurant which dedicated itself to natural and local food sources, became a reality when opening The Rotisserie Shop.

We had the meatballs, bruschetta, and risotto balls for appetizers, followed by Chicken Parmesan, Herb Roasted Pork & Peppers, Eggplant Parmesan, Baked Ziti, Crushed Potatoes w/ Herbs, Italian Green Beans, Classic Caesar, and Garlic bread. EVERYTHING was delicious. Everyone was raving!! Having the food/drinks handled by Juliana's made the night perfect!! I will definitely use them again.

We didn't have to pay out the wahzoo for delicious food. You get a lot of food for your buck which is phenomenal when you're already on a budget. We did the Italian Feast Package(chicken parm, rigatoni alla vodka, bread, Ceasar salad), artichoke dip, shrimp skewers, and baked ziti. It was all delicious! I scarfed it down so fast. We also got nothing but compliments on it from the guests. Everything from the tasting and the event itself was wonderful thanks to Carla and her team. ality food, I was so lucky to find Carla at Juliana’s Italian Kitchen. She was professional, honest, quick communication, and makes some of the best food I’ve ever had. Her prices, for us, was one set price for everything, no having to write a gratuity check and a tax check during our wedding like other vendors required. We had shrimp and grits with chicken and meatloaf, and let me tell you how many guests came up to us and said how wonderful the food was. Weddings are beautiful, but if your food is trash it’s all everyone talks about, we didn’t, and you won’t have that issue with Juliana’s Italian Kitchen. Hands down honest review, they’re the best.

Even from our tasting, Carla, her manager Brandon, and staff were incredibly inviting, professional and above all else kind. They truly want to make your event remarkable. Carla herself worked with my husband and I to create items that fit our taste and would be accommodating to our guest as well. They were with us every step of the way to make sure that we were all on the same page and followed up regularly to the day of the event. Setting up for our wedding they were quick, efficient, kind to our staff and the venues staff and our guest the entire night. I had multiple guest comment how amazing the food was and even got seconds, from the appetizers to plating mine and my husband's meals and even cutting our cake for us they went above and beyond our expectations. ded to look at some smaller caterers. The chef/owner at the Rotisserie shop actually sat us down and got to know us as a couple, and asked us questions about our favorite dishes. They personalized a complete custom menu for us that was elegant yet rustic. We were surprised that it didn't cost a fortune. Our guests raved about the food the entire night and still bring it up in conversation. Don't get caught up in the huge industry catering companies, you are just another wedding to them. I really suggest reaching out to TRS for a personalized wedding.
