We worked with Julianna for our engagement and wedding photos and I can’t say enough what a great job she did. We spoke with many photographers while planning our wedding and had an immediate connection with her as she’s so warm and friendly and truly cared about our story as a couple! I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect photographer for our wedding. When I talked with Julianna on the phone I felt like I was catching up with an old friend! Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she is extremely knowledgeable and organized. She helped me decide what to wear for our engagement pictures and where to take them. I only wanted one awesome shot for save the dates and there so many I just loved! She listens to what you want but also gives you some great inspiration and ideas. I didn't feel well the day of my wedding and Julianna was so patient and adjusted our timeline to make things work. I'm obsessed with all our photos!! My bridesmaids also appreciated that she made she they all looked perfect for portraits and not just me. She gives great directions while taking amazing shots! It can feel awkward posing for photos, but even my husband was relaxed and able to have fun and not look awkward in the photos :) Everything about my whole experience with Julianna was just perfect!! Hire Julianna now! She is by far the most amazing photographer we’ve ever worked with and will be hiring her again and again. She made this whole process a breeze with her photo timeline, recommended shots, points of contact and even providing a photo booth with props! Which might I add was better than any other photo booth we’ve used at weddings. Working with Julianna you can really tell how much she loves what she does, and she is so talented. Her eye for detail and creative ideas made our wedding photos so special. She listened to our wants and needs and over delivered. She even created a slideshow preview within hours of our ceremony to share with guests pictures she took earlier in the day. For us, the photographer we chose was the most important vendor for our wedding, and I can’t tell you how long it took for us to find one we loved! One day I came across Julianna’s Instagram, and within 48 hours I had booked with her. 1. Her photos were GORGEOUS. 2. She was so easy to talk to on the phone, friendly and professional. 3. She is SO organized! Her website is all set up with the information you need. I was most impressed in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She sent us a survey to list the family portraits we wanted as well as the timeline of the day and any extra photos that were important to us to have. I had a phone meeting with her (because I lived out of state) and not only did she go through every detail of the wedding as far as photography, but she also helped me with some music questions I had because my DJ was not getting back to me. Planning a wedding out of state for us was pretty stressful at times, and my other vendors were not very good about getting back to us. Julianna basically saved the day for me multiple times because of her organization and kindness. On the wedding day, the photos were so much fun with Julianna and her assistant for the day, Tanya. They were so creative in the ideas they had for their photos! They captured every photo I could have ever wanted and more! PLUS my family and I are amazed at how well they capture the emotions of the day! During the reception, she set out her laptop with a slideshow of some photo highlights of the wedding so far, and our guests were coming up to us all night saying “Did you see your photos yet?? They are phenomenal!!” And yes, yes they are. Having Julianna as our photographer is by far my favorite memory of the wedding. She is extremely organized, focused, and professional, but at the same time she is so creative with her work and it was so much fun. While I was walking upstairs to our first look (that they set up beautifully by the way), Tanya was helping me carry my train and said “Oh my gosh this is so exciting!!” and it really felt like I was walking upstairs with a friend. Again, I can’t rave enough about the mix of professionalism and fun that they brought to our day. You will be so happy with your wedding planning and engagement/wedding photos if you go with Julianna!

I can’t imagine a better photographer to have hired for both our engagement photos and our wedding day. Julianna was absolutely amazing and takes the most beautiful pictures! I’ll be the first to say that I typically don’t like being in pictures, let alone being the focus of them, but she made everything so easy and comfortable. We flew Julianna (+Tanya, the impeccable dynamic duo) from Seattle to NYC for our wedding shoot. YES. JULIANNA IS THAT TALENTED. Seriously, no couple should look any further and book her now. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Julianna two additional times in Seattle for family weddings. Her work is very consistent. My husband Jeremy and I loved Julianna because she made everything feel so organic vs. awkwardly posing and following a script. Julianna is sweet and personable. What always impresses me is her commanding presence, somehow grabbing full attention of rowdy beer-drinking, champagne-toasting groomsmen and husband :) We didn’t give Julianna any direction as we did not want to limit her creative vision. This is the best thing we’ve ever done. A sneak-peak of our pictures showed that her work was beyond our wildest imagination. We highly recommend Julianna, and would gladly be a reference.

Julianna and her team are absolutely amazing! The entire process was easy and enjoyable. She is so professional but also really fun to work with. She gives a ton of feedback as she is photographing you which I found very helpful... I know my bridesmaids and I all appreciated the helpful tips on how to hold our arms, how to bend our knees, etc. She also knew everyone's names from the get-go, which is something my father-in-law is still raving about. Julianna is amazing, professional, and organized. Everything you want in a photographer. I found Julianna through her instagram feed -- I loved her pictures and her style. I was looking for a wedding photographer and interviewed 5 different ones. I narrowed it down to 3 and then asked friends a family to rank the photographers based on their websites and blogs. Julianna continually came up #1 so we booked and signed a contract. This was a decision I'll NEVER regret. Julianna has everything on a website -- easy to review what we'd discussed and our payment timeline. Her pricing is VERY reasonable and her contract was straightforward and helpful. My fiance and I had an engagement session and Julianna was EXTREMELY flexible and open to helping me get exactly what I wanted -- photos on our boat in October. We scheduled 1 day and had to adjust because of rain... she was so understanding and cooperative. After receiving our fabulous engagement photos, I recommended her to a friend. These friends got married the week before us and booked Julianna. At their wedding multiple people came up to me and noted that the photographer was amazing -- organized, quick, fantastic. I experienced this myself the following week. She was on time and kept us on schedule while getting EVERY shot I wanted plus some. She was direct with the bridal party and straight forward with the family. She was quick to move people around and get every combination of people we had agreed to in the walk-through meeting. If I were planning a wedding again, I'd call Julianna -- no hesitation. I'll be recommending her to all my friends getting married. We were referred to Julianna through a friend who absolutely could not speak highly enough of her experience. We decided to hire Julianna for our August wedding and we are so glad we did. We got married in July 2017 and hired Julianna as our photographer. The experience of working with her was everything we had hoped for and much more. A week before our date, she gave us a schedule of what to expect on the day of and worked with us to coordinate picture taking with the day's itinerary. Julianna photographed our engagement shoot and our wedding. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera! We are not models by any means but the direction she gave us made for excellent pictures!! She was so patient with our crazy families and didn't add any stress the wedding at all; if anything she made things run so much smoother. Beyond her photography duties she jumped in to help with random crises during the wedding day, like sewing my husband's button back on his tuxedo jacket. My experience with Julianna has been nothing short of amazing. She did my engagements, boudiour and wedding portraits. She's so personable, fun and goes above and beyond. One thing I really looked for in a photographer was someone who took control of a situation, placed people where they should be and was able to get things done timely. Julianna was just that! Julianna was fantastic to work with. Pictures for my wedding were the most important and also the most stressful for me to figure out. We have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Julianna. Hire this photographer to shoot your wedding ASAP! First of all, Julianna is extremely professional. From the day we first met with her to discuss her services, she stood out. She was very skilled, professional and extremely talented. Throughout our entire 1.5 year process since hiring her, Julianna was responsive and extremely courteous. She is so talented and experienced in shooting weddings that she was able to guide us through the entire process. Our photographer was quite possibly the most important decision among all of the vendors-so we did not make this decision lightly. Julianna was an immediate standout. Leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful in answering our questions and helping us understand timing and how we would get all of the photo shots we were looking for. On the day of the wedding, Julianna was amazing and wowed our entire 20 person wedding party (plus parents!). She is so relaxed and unobtrusive, the perfect type of photographer a couple would want on their wedding day. You can never ask her the wrong question-she is thoughtful and listens well. Her second shooter Tony Rizzardi was also a standout, but we knew Julianna would not let us down in picking a supplemental photographer. Lastly, the product: outstanding. Julianna has such a creative eye-it's very light and ethereal but authentic. You will not be sorry if you hire Julianna-she knows weddings, is an outstanding photographer, a nice person and is very down to earth. Both myself and my husband loved working with her! Julianna is absolutely amazing! From the moment I first met her, I instantly knew she would be the one to photograph our wedding day. My husband and I have worked with her for our engagement photos, our wedding day, our one year anniversary photos and our soon to be maternity/newborn photos. It is so lovely to have someone we can depend on to capture all of the important milestones in our lives! Julianna takes beautiful, natural photos and is a true professional. Before our wedding, she helped my husband and I develop a photography timeline and familiarized herself with the wedding party and important family members.
