ters. My wedding dress fit like a glove once Julia was done with it and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Julia!
I had a truly frustrating experience with Julia, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for alterations. I initially contacted her in mid-December 2024 to schedule my wedding dr...
ess alterations, and I paid a $180 deposit to avoid any no-shows. However, when I arrived for my first appointment (January 21, 2025), the location was completely empty, and I discovered that she was not even in the country. Allegedly, she had an emergency and had to leave, but regardless of the situation, she never bothered to notify me in advance. No phone call, no email, no text — I had no idea she wouldn’t be there.
This complete lack of communication is inexcusable, especially considering she knew about the situation and still chose not to reach out. Now, I’m left scrambling to find a new place for alterations with my wedding fast approaching. If you want reliable service and someone who respects your time, do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

wedding, and these appointments were really tough for me. Julia and her daughter were like my two best friends and helped to make me feel pretty and confident. During my last appointment, Julia gave me a little gift bag with some essentials for my day - one less thing I needed to worry about! Everyone commented how beautiful the dress is and how it fit me so perfectly. Look no further - just hire Julia now!! And book early because everyone else is realizing how great Julia is and spots are filling up!
I just picked up my dress today and I am over the moon happy about it. It went from a dress bought online that didn't quite fit to a beautiful, unique dress with a design that nob...
ody else in the world has. Julia and her daughter are talented, caring and very genuine. They will take the time and do the research to find just the right materials to not only match and compliment your dress, but also stay faithful to your vision. And if you aren't quite sure what your vision is, they have great suggestions to offer you. Every appointment I had went so smoothly and they are very responsive to their emails and calls. They have definitely earned my trust and I'll be going back to have my dress preserved with them for sure!
