We really enjoyed working with Julia for our wedding! She was so lovely to work with and created both our rehearsal dinner cake and our wedding cake. We got several compliments on ...
both! I highly recommend working with her on your day.
Julia was wondering to work with! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous! She took care of everything for us and made our special day amazing.
Julia's Cakes, baked by a woman from Europe, is the most amazing-tasting cake I've had in my life. I've never seen confections as artistically exquisite as the ones displayed in he...
r studio in her home, and the taste cannot be compared to ANYTHING I've had before (not even my sister-in-law's wedding cake in NYC). Our guests kept asking me where on earth a cake that delicious came from. I cannot believe something as divine and exotic as her creations are in central Ohio!
Julia Gozon was a word of mouth referral from a co-worker and she was quite a find! She works out of her home in Lewis Center and makes the most delicious cakes. Her frosting is t...
he best- Boiled Italian Merinque Buttercream...it's light and amazing. She can also do rolled fondant...but her Buttercream frosting is hands down the best. She was very responsive and has a couple cake examples she's done if you're stumped for ideas. We had 3 cake layers - spice cake, vanilla with raspberry filling and chocolate and banana cake. It was hard to pick only 3...all her flavors were mouthwatering. Our cake tasting was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of the planning process thanks to Julia!

Julia's cakes are amazing. All of our guests were so pleased with the taste and the cake was beautiful. I definitely recommend.
We fell in love with Julia's Cakes the first time we went to a tasting. The artistry and beauty of Julia's cakes makes choosing just one very difficult. The quality of the cake i...
s unbelievable-she makes everything from scratch-and the flavors are exquisite. As the cake was our only dessert, I wanted something that would please everyone and really compliment our chosen entrees. Our guests raved about the cake and many had more than one piece! Julia gave us an artistic masterpiece that served as the center of our decor and the delicious finale to our meal. My only regret is there was no cake left to take home!!!
Our wedding was Halloween themed and Julia created the perfect cake for us. She made gum paste jack o'lanterns, pumpkins, grave stones, skeletons, and rickety old fences to adorn ...
the cake. The topper was a haunted tree that she created complete with tiny jack o'lantern ornaments. Julia communicated with us regularly to make sure she was bringing our vision to life. The cake was beautiful, but more importantly it was delicious! Also, we did not want a fondant covered cake and her butter cream frosting was great! Finally, Julia wanted to make our day special so she brought extra decorations so that my husband and I could finish the cake together.
The picture of the cake at the beginning of this survey is the same design I had at my wedding. My cake was gorgeous and it tasted great.;Julia is a little bossy, but she does a wo...
nderful job.
She, too, had amazing ideas, and her cakes are the best we've ever had. In fact, we didn't have any leftover wedding cake, and we intentionally ordered 50% more than expected gues...
