I love sweets, so we also asked Julie to make mini pastries for a dessert bar, we had DELICIOUS mini fruit tarts, cheesecakes, lemon tarts, chocolate mousse and more! I can’t say enough about how amazing the cake and desserts were and her prices are reasonable. nted. She also worked with our florists to get accents on the cake to match what was in the bouquets/on the tables. The cake turned out so beautifully, exactly what I had wanted. Like I said, everyone said the cake was SO delicious. We have the top layer frozen and I am so excited to relive/celebrate that perfect day in a year!

e frustrated throughout the whole process. Julie is very nice and definitely is a hard worker, but she was not the most responsive to our emails, which was a little frustrating at times. There were also a few details that she accidentally mixed up - we had agreed on having someone pick up the cake, but were initially charged the extra fee for having the cake delivered. When Julie realized her mistake, she brought it to my attention right away and it all worked out. I still recommend her services, just wanted to mention the few frustrations we had.

delish! With lots of choices of cake flavors and fillings you're sure to find a combo, or several, that are perfect for you. Our favorites were almond cake with raspberry filling and vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream filling. She created 4 different mini cakes for our tasting based on our pre-selected preferences of cake and filling flavors, mmmm. After devouring the rest of the mini cakes that we got to take home with us I was sold! I gave her my design idea for our cake and she nailed it. Our venue made sure to save the top layer for us to have on our first anniversary, but to be sure Julie had made a second (unknown to us!) to make sure we had one and it didn't accidentally get eaten. I definitely recommend Julie Bakes!
