ing the time was non negotiable and Julie is no longer doing my bridesmaids makeup (even though this was in my contract) AND she’s leaving right after she does mine. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that early of a start time via text and she blocked me. My text said not delivered, I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail- I thought maybe her phone was off but there were so many other issues that I was suspicious. I tried from my fiancé’s phone and wallah, it rang multiple times all the way to voicemail. I left a voicemail and pretended to be confused but it was obvious what happened. I panicked and couldn’t believe she blocked me for voicing a legitimate concern. When Julie finally had her assistant contact me I asked if Julie would do a bridesmaids makeup at 8:45am and the second makeup artist can do mine later instead. I was informed “Julie does not provide services to bridesmaids and will not be traveling to do so” … I asked for photos of the other makeup artists work because at this point I was willing to just work with someone else even though I had already paid and completed a $450 trial with Julie. They wouldn’t send me any photos. I tried making the best of the situation and accepted it with no say in the matter. Well, less than 24 hours from my wedding I get a text from her company saying Julie will actually be doing my makeup at 7am, and it’s non-negotiable. At this point I asked again if she can do a bridesmaids makeup because there’s no way I’m getting my makeup done 10 hours before my ceremony and they said no. I sent a strongly worded message and Julie agreed to do a bridesmaids makeup. Working with this company was my ONLY stress about my wedding. I’m hoping this opens Julie’s eyes to her business practice and treats her brides way better moving forward. No part of my relationship or experience with her was “luxurious.”

Julie and Melanie were the ones who did my hair and make-up. They were very accommodating for my trails, which was a struggle due to Covid and me living over 3 hours away! They nailed exactly what I wanted and working with me to make sure it was perfect. When they were finished on my wedding day, I cannot believe how beautiful I looked and felt! They did an amazing job! Since I had 10 people getting hair and make up done, Alexis and Dana were also there. Everyone loved the way they looked!

ay, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a person who really likes to explore all options prior to committing, and I spoke with MANY beauty companies to inquire for my wedding. In comparison to these companies, Julie's process so obviously sets her far above any other company I communicated with. What was most immediately notable was that our first interaction was a phone call that lasted somewhere between 30-45 minutes. Julie had already done her own research and checked out my wedding website and expressed excitement about our love story and our wedding. She was kind and caring and her talent and experience was evident in the questions she asked - she asked about things I wouldn't even think of! She was flexible and creative as we discussed the potential of wearing masks over our makeup and made my choice to book with her VERY easy. Just when I thought I had it all after that first phone call, I received organized and clear communication through email about our contract and services and what to expect moving forward - there are many different package options to suit individual needs, and many of them have perks thrown in! I also received a welcome package that included a beautiful soap, lotion and a white pashmena, which I was desperately searching for for my bridal shower outfit! It was oddly the perfect thing to receive in the mail at the perfect moment. Julie and her team then sent a PDF beauty wedding-prep guide - UM it was like the holy grail of wedding prep tips! Then I met with Julie remotely for a Pinterest pinning session - so fun! I was so happy to see Julie at my trial, as well as the hair genius, Mel. We sat in this super cool studio and chatted for two hours while they made me into a queen! They were so fun to be around. They work beautifully together. They literally finish each other's sentences :) and together make you feel calm and excited at the same time. Their skill is very obvious. I knew I was in good hands. They were also extremely patient and open when I had special requests - they truly want to make you feel your absolute best. On the wedding day, Julie, Mel and their team of artists (I had 12 bridesmaids!!!!) really impressed me. The morning of getting ready was calm, organized, and efficient. Everyone loved their hair and make-up. If anyone had any tweaks or requests for changes, all of the artists were so willing and eager to make any adjustments. Julie and Mel's work on me was everything I could have ever dreamed of!!!! I felt so beautiful and I got so much positive feedback about my hair and make-up, specifically - my husband was really obsessed. :) Best part of all, Julie and Mel provided an additional 3 hours of service for touch ups at the ceremony and then during photos before the reception - BEST MONEY EVER SPENT! They were the perfect hype team as they followed us all around the grounds of our venue for touch ups and helping fluff my long wedding dress train so that our photographer can capture the best look. They were patient, fun, personable, and all of my bridal party and family absolutely adored them. I am so grateful to the full team. Julie and Mel will truly have a special place in my heart forever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If you have been in a bridal party, you know how rare it is for all of the girls to be pleased and glowing with how great their look turned out, and EVERY one of my friends/mothers could not have been happier. I could go on, but if you are looking for the best in luxury bridal you have found the right team! I also highly recommend adding on the touch-up package that keeps you and your ladies looking fabulous until the reception entrance. It was a true highlight of the day and something I will always remember! It's your day, let this team spoil you and make you feel like a Queen!

In our through preliminary phone call Julie got a sense of my style, our wedding aesthetic, and the needs of the other members of the wedding party. She promptly followed up that phone call with a quote for her services and from that day forward I knew I was going to be well taken care of. I came in for both a hair and make up trial on a busy Saturday afternoon, but I never once felt like other clients took priority over my trial. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup I felt like I was a difficult client because I didn’t have any preferences on things I liked or disliked. My baseline was “I want to look like myself, but a little fancier for photos.” I was a blank canvas for Julie, and during this visit I realized just how much skill and creativity is required to be a make up artist. Julie took specific notes about what i liked so shed be ready to recreate it on my wedding day. look for the wedding day. I knew I wanted my hair half up/half down with a braid and Melanie delivered just that. She even suggested a few different small details I could incorporate into the braid. The day of the wedding Julie and Melanie arrived at our hotel ready to work their magic for myself, my mother and 3 of my bridesmaids. Julie and Melanie were professional, and blended seamlessly into the groups conversation. Special shoutout to Melanie for helping my mom secure her wig! (which we hadn’t previously agreed to). Julie and Melanie were a breeze to work with, but most importantly they’re extremely skilled and personable. I’m so glad I trusted them for my special day.

I knew I had made a great choice (because I signed my contract before the trial!!). On the day of the wedding, Julie, Melanie and two others arrived right on time and got to work for my group of 12! They stayed on schedule and were even able to fit in 1-2 extra people who asked for services day of. All my bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous, and I loved my look even more than the day of the trial. Julie did such an amazing job with makeup and Melanie created a work of art on my head!! The wedding photos came out perfect as a result. What I loved most about working with Julie and Melanie was how well they listened to my questions and feedback. Julie and I were back and forth on what look to do from my trial, and when I was still unsure on my wedding day, she said “I know what I’m going to do” and it was BEYOND expectations. Mel did the same for me and even touched up my mother’s wig to help out. I still get my lashes done there and plan to continue services for hair and makeup as needed with them. I am usually very apprehensive about getting any hair and makeup done because I have had bad experiences in the past. But when they turned me around to show me the final look at my wedding I almost burst into tears with relief and happiness. I felt so confident all night and had exactly the look I wanted. They also had a team work with my Mom and Bridesmaids. Everyone was beyond pleased and thanked me many many times for choosing such talented beauty artists!

She and her team even stayed over my venue the night before my wedding day to prevent any chance of being late or not being on schedule. They even ran ahead of schedule and we were finished with plenty of time for a first look and photographs. trial Julie rescheduled me 3 times, I ended up having to go for my trial the morning before moving out of state. I also tried a few times to contact Melanie, who I hired to do my hair about different styles I was interested in and never received a response. Upon getting my invoice for my bridal party's hair and makeup I noticed I was charged much higher prices than my signed contact stated. The deposit amount was also incorrect on my invoice. I contacted Julie and she did correct it immediately. On my wedding day, I was the last one to get my hair done and ended up being 1 hour late. I would suggest that if time is running short, the bride should not be the last to go.

She will work with you during your trial and redo options as many times as needed to make sure everything looks perfect. Our wedding photographer commented to me just before our reception that he has never seen a bride’s makeup look so perfect that late into the day, especially since there was an absolute downpour outside and we managed to take some creatively placed outdoor photos! I would highly recommend her for weddings, proms, or any special event!

Even with starting much later than anticipated, and with the schedule out the window, they were able to improvise and allow us to get to the venue on time! The girls in my bridal party looked absolutely gorgeous, and the moms and even grandma were stunning! Not to mention, as the bride I felt beautiful and confident. I could not have asked for better artists, or people to help us through the stressful morning we had. Everyone was just incredible - there is no shortage of professionalism or talent here! Well a good business owner would take responsibility of their wrong doing and do what they could to right their wrong. She also proceeded to say "Per company policy we only speak with the bride" which is funny because a bridesmaid is the one who booked with her and she spoke with me all the way up until she got frustrated with me. She was making up policies as she went and then hung up on me! To boot, she had the incorrect contact information on the receipt and said "I haven't had that email in such a long time" which tells me she is not a reliable vendor if she can't update her contact information properly. Be careful is she makes a mistake because you will be the one paying for it.

My skin tends to dry up throughout the day and it stayed ALL DAY LONG-the airbrush looked so natural and perfect. My wedding day, unfortunately, was very rainy and we did some outside shooting and it still looked amazing for over 10 hours. She made me feel so beautiful on the inside and out and is such a gem to work with. My lashes were perfect and I can't even begin to explain how happy I am using Julie and her team. g my make-up trial and created a look that I loved! I loved her work and the experience so much that I had Julie do my make-up for my bachelorette weekend as well. Julie did such a great job the day of the wedding that one of my bridesmaids ended up getting her make-up done when she wasn’t planning on it. She just bought all new products for the wedding and decided to have Julie do it after witnessing what a great job she does. Everyone looked gorgeous and loved how the make-up turned out. My Grandmother originally didn’t think she should get her make-up done. She ended up loving it and asked Julie for the products she used and for some tips! Not only is Julie awesome at what she does, she is a ton of fun to work with! It felt like spending an hour with a friend while getting your make-up done. When my husband saw me he couldn’t believe how beautiful I looked. For someone who doesn’t like make-up at all, it was a big deal to have his approval. I highly recommend any future brides to book Julie as soon as possible! I’m hoping to have another event in the future just so she can do my make-up again :)

Being that I have very bright blue eyes, that was the only thing that I really wanted to stand out while still looking natural, and not knowing a single thing about makeup or how to apply most of it, I was a little intimidated when I was heading in to meet with Julie for my trial. Upon meeting her, let me tell you, you won't find anyone sweeter to work with. She was warm and welcoming and wanted to hear all about my fiancé and I and our journey to the altar. She also was great at walking me through each step as she was applying my makeup. I gave her a pretty vague description in what I was looking for and without fail she did an amazing job. I went home to my fiancé and he got very emotional upon seeing my transformation. He couldn't thank Julie enough for, in his words, "enhancing my natural beauty". We both are so grateful and cannot wait to have her share in our wedding day! Thank you so much again Julie!!!

At the trial Julie was very professional and not only listened to the type of look I was going for, but what colors would compliment my skin as well. I told her I wanted a "natural" look and that's exactly what she did! My skin looked flawless and my eye makeup was amazing with a light brownish smokey eye (plus lashes because I'm obessed!) Julie even did my makeup for my bridal shower--she is truly amazing because she was able to come over last minute for that-phew!! On my wedding day, Julie was on time, very professional, always with a smile on her face and so cheerful!! She did mine and my 5 bridesmaids makeup and everyone looked SO beautiful!! Julie was extremely professional throughout the 3 weeks to the wedding day. She kept in contact with me and went over some changes I wanted to make. On my wedding day Julie showed up at 9am and literally worked nonstop until about 2:30-3pm maybe even later! She didn't once complain she was cheerful and excited just like all of us! Julie scheduled all my bridesmaids perfectly so I was the last person. My makeup looked beautiful absolutely beautiful- all of my bridesmaids looked gorgeous as well. Julie was detailed in not just my make up but all of my bridesmaids and that was really important to me bc I wanted them to feel absolutely beautiful too! I can't express enough how stunning she made everyone look! Once all of us were done my husbands mother came in saw how great we all looked and asked if Julie would do her make up as well. My mother in law wasn't scheduled and Julie had worked all day but without any hesitation she said yes! Overall, Julie went above and beyond! She is a very talented and gifted make up artist not to mention she is one of the kindest person I have ever met.

She is extremely talented, very professional, reasonably priced, and SO fun! I can't thank her enough for everything so far and I look forward to having her on my big day.
