Julie is so personable and contacted all vendors, while also helping to create a seamless timeline that went perfectly from start to finish. w we found the right person. We could tell right away how experienced she was. She had amazing ideas for us along the way - things we would have never thought of. On the day of the wedding Julie remained calm no matter what came up. She took care of everything - she was everywhere we needed her to be before we even knew we needed her where she was. Nothing was too big or small of a task - she located my lipstick multiple times throughout the day. Using Julie allowed us to focus on our wedding day and not the details stuff. We can not recommend her enough - she is the women behind it all! We feel blessed to have gotten to know her during this wedding planning time - she is a gift!

ng day went off without a single issue. And even though there were a few issues, she handled them all and my fiancé and I were never the wiser. She kept us calm and guided us through everything and made sure everything ended up working out perfectly. We had Julie help us with everything and I would highly recommend the full planning package because having her help with keeping me on schedule, keeping track of vendors, and making key timing decisions took so much pressure off of us over the whole planning process. I cannot imagine pulling off our wedding without her help. I recommend her to any couple, even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner, I promise, you need Julie.

present enjoyment of the wedding day, and my family all commented afterwards how wonderful she was to work with and how smoothly she had everything running. I started working with her about 9 months before our wedding and I immediately felt calmer about planning and execution. We were having our wedding at an outdoor venue, with lots of moving parts and many vendors, and Julie took it all in stride, confirming with the vendors, working out the timelines, and helping me double check the details. She handled our rehearsal the day before, setup and decorating the morning of the wedding, running the ceremony, directing guests, AND did an incredible job cleaning up.  She was so wonderful to work with, and so thoughtful, even bringing us bottles of water while we were with the photographer. I cannot recommend her enough!

wedding coordinator was the first time I started feeling confident that my wedding would go off without a hitch. Julie and I had several FaceTime conversations, since we couldn’t meet due to covid, and I instantly felt like I could trust her with anything. She set up a Google Doc that held my guest list, vendor list/contact info, budget, day-of time line, and more. The week before my wedding, Julie contacted all of my vendors and sent out a timeline so everyone was on the same page. That alone took so much off my plate and allowed me to focus on getting myself ready for the big day. When it came to my wedding day, Julie was everywhere at once! She was at my venue at 8:00am to start getting everything set up and coordinated all of the vendors arrivals. Julie then drove 30 minutes to my church to coordinate the entire ceremony until I walked down the aisle. Once we arrived at my reception location, Julie was the first person to greet the bridal party and lined us up for the entrance. My jaw dropped as soon as I saw the reception space and how well Julie decorated everything. During the reception, Julie made sure the night ran smoothly and was a step ahead of everything. She took care of everything imaginable and helped make that the most incredible night ever. I cannot recommend Julie Sullivan enough and encourage every bride to reach out for her services. Julie exceeded all of my expectations!

I feel like I have known her my whole life the way she is down to earth. She’s professional, extremely thorough, calm, and passionate about her work. I would recommend Julie to every bride I can! She was very thorough with details I never thought of and so helpful with literally everything the day of from set up to contact with vendors to wrangling of the necessary people. Julie defiantly went above and beyond for us and we are forever thankful for kind and calm approach. We could not have had enjoyed our day nearly as much without her!

t. Julie took charge during my rehearsal dinner when my officiant couldn't make it which was a HUGE help! On the day of the wedding Julie made sure everything was taken care of from the decorations, to putting flowers on the cake and making everything was taken care of (which included making sure I always had a drink in my hand!) Julie is an amazing wedding planner and day of coordinator and anyone who works with her sees how much she loves her job!

ng she was really great in helping me develop my timeline, took the time to introduce herself to all of our vendors and offer support, and countless other subtle touches that helped take so much stress off of my shoulders. Day of, she really made everything run so smoothly, flowers, programs, details at the venue, all of it! Not to mention, she had my back throughout the entire reception. She is THE BEST!

and she was there to help with all the small things, and big things! Making sure decor was perfect. Handling incorrect flowers, vendor delays, you name it. I stayed calm the entire time because she was there to handle it all while I took in the best day ever!

reach out to Julie and from that moment most of my stress was relieved. She became the point of contact for my vendors, completely coordinated my time line and perfected all of the final touches. The day of she was so calm, yet so on top of everything. Julie truly eased all of my concerns which allowed me to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest. I do not what to imagine my wedding without her, and I am so thankful that I won't have to!

. However, we are so glad that we did. Julie helped us make our timeline, had multiple phone calls leading up to the wedding, made sure we went over all and every detail. She came to our rehearsal dinner and had our entire timeline printed out, seating chart, all the details, vendors etc. She was extremely organized,professional, and helpful. The day of the wedding she helped us set up, coordinated with all our vendors, checked in with us throughout the night to see if we needed anything, and so much more. I would recommend her to anyone and can't give her enough thanks! She made our wedding amazing and stress free. Highly highly recommend!!!

at the end of the night, Julie was professional, thorough and so much fun. Julie was my day of coordinator but she did so much more. We had many meeting before the big day and Julie completely understood my vision. She had every detail of the day mapped out. She loves being organized and that showed throughout the whole process. My venue was completely diy and she had a ton to do the day of. She set up chairs, decorated the ceremony space, set up tables and chairs/decorated the reception, organized my vendors, announced my wedding party/dances/speeches, unpacked and packed a ton of boxes and did it all with a smile. At one point she was even plunging a toilet. Julie went above and beyond. I can’t express my gratitude enough. I wouldn’t change one thing about my special day and I owe it all to her.
