Seriously the best! We decided not to hire a videographer so we knew we really had to trust our photographer. Julie shot my bridal portraits, our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding. Not only is she a great photographer, but she’s also so good at directing you and styling photos. And probably the sweetest person you’ll ever meet! But really, I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Julie was so easy to work with. She was so accommodating to our changing timeline and the chaos of planning a multi event wedding. We had a mixed Indian-American wedding and Julie was able to capture all of our special moments without being given a list. She communicated clearly and connected with us to ensure she understood all the important rituals and traditions so she could capture everything. She read the room and captured all the important people while still focusing on us, the couple. Would highly recommend, she's an absolute treat to work with!!

Julie was my favorite vendor of my wedding, hands down! She is so professional and her photographs are just gorgeous. I found Julie in a Wedding magazine and reached out to her. She got back to me immediately and sent me her 'wedding package' services. Sadly, I realized I could not afford her, so I replied back with that message. She kindly got back to me asking what my budget was and the date of my wedding. She was happy to work with me. Surely, having a wedding on a Friday instead of a Saturday may have helped. None the less, Julie agreed to photograph my wedding for set hours. I received timely emails regarding payments, questionnaires regarding the wedding, and timelines. I loved her organization. She showed up on the date of the wedding right on time and got to work quickly. She was good at directing people, but also patient with more difficult family/people. She made everyone feel at ease. One week after the wedding, I received the most beautiful preview slideshow! juliewilhitephotography.… It's amazing she was able to produce this so quickly, especially since Thanksgiving fell between my wedding and when she sent it! My husband and I love watching the video and reliving the evening, and it brought my family to tears. I haven't even received my photos yet, but I cannot rave enough about Julie! I have full confidence this was the best investment I made and I cannot wait to get the rest of my images! Thank you Julie!!!

Julie is the BEST. She photographed our wedding about a month ago. She was always prompt in communication and made us feel completely at ease - with complicated family dynamics and a large family, she brought a calm confidence, peace, and joy to our day. We were expecting to have our photos 6-8 weeks after the wedding and she delivered them in 4! She is such a joy and I'd recommend her to anyone.

Julie photographed our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding! Not only were her photos BEAUTIFUL -- she was such a pleasure to work with. She was so sweet, flexible, calm and professional. Julie photographed our wedding weekend in California (mid-September) and it was so amazing! Better than we could have ever imagined! She helped me and my wife feel comfortable and authentic even in the midst of wedding chaos! I'm not kidding when I say that ALL of our photos are gorgeous! Everyone looks happy and beautiful. Julie clearly cared about us, made sure we were having a good time, indulged in last minute requests, and was just all around down to earth and wonderful. Photos were one of our top priorities and Julie delivered above and beyond our expectations. Julie easily navigates family dynamics. My wife and I both have big families with big personalities, and Julie just made everyone feel their best. Also, Julie made us feel very supported and embraced. As a gay couple who's never been to a gay wedding, we didn't really know what photos we wanted and if our circular ceremony where we both walked out at the same time would work out. But Julie helped us to figure out where the best placement for our ceremony would be based on sunlight and time of day, and she helped us feel really confident that our photos would be fantastic with us walking out at the same time - and they were. Her communication was always on point and she helped us make sure that every photo we wanted was scheduled. Actually, one of my favorite parts of our wedding day was just after the ceremony taking photos with my wife and Julie and her 2nd photographer hanging out with us. We laughed, we cried, the light shining through the trees sparkled on all of us...it's a sweet and magical memory. Lastly, we got our photos back fast and her resources for sending things are on beautiful websites - very easy to share with family and friends. We are so incredibly happy that we had Julie as our photographer for our most special events. I Highly recommend you book her!

Julie came very highly reviewed and she was super sweet during the planning process and on the day of. We were married in early July and didn’t get the printable digital copies of our wedding until mid September. We loved a large majority of our pictures, but would also advise any future brides to be very specific about informal pictures you would like captured (e.g. we had a large ivy installation behind our dance floor, but got no first dance pictures with that as the background).

Julie is AMAZING! I worked part-time for her in college and we have kept in touch ever since; so, of course I had to have her photograph my wedding, engagement photos and bridal pictures!! Her level of talent and the work she produces is unreal - she's truly a wonderful photographer. I was very picky when looking for a photographer, because I studied photography so I was looking for the best within our budget. Julie can be a bit pricey compared to other photographers, but you get what you pay for, especially in wedding photography. She was absolutely amazing and I am thrilled with how the images turned out. She is very sweet and easy to get along with and so very helpful. The photos are breathtaking, she captured so many details that I didn't even think about while not even noticing she was there. I can not say enough good things about her work, so happy with the images of our day for the rest of our lives.

Julie was amazing at my bridal portraits and our wedding! She was always so sweet and calming for everyone involved. I work full time so being able to skype interview, sign my contract online and make payments online was so easy. Our photographs are romantic and beautiful! She really captured how happy we all were! I used Julie for my photography for bridals and the wedding/reception. I met her at a bridal event before I was even engaged and kept her information as I knew I loved what I saw in her work. When I got engaged I knew I wanted to use her, and she even let me use the event special which was a free engagement session or bridal portraits which was great! The bridals were gorgeous and the wedding and reception photos were amazing. She truly captures the joy surrounding the events and makes everything so smooth. She kept great correspondence with me making sure I knew of any payments, when photos were ready and having a timeline for the day of the wedding which made scheduling easy! She really captured the theme I wanted and let me know everything would be fine and really got me to enjoy the moments during this stressful time. Julie Wilhite is quite possibly THE best wedding photographer! My Photographer was the most important aspect of my wedding planning (to the point of me interviewing 6 different photographers). Trying to balance on the line of high quality and not spending a complete fortune, I was THRILLED that my friend recommended Julie to me via response of a FaceBook status question! After meeting Julie, I KNEW I HAD to have her. Not only is she incredibly sweet and funny, she has such an artistic gift! Throughout engagements, bridals and wedding pictures, Julie was phenomenal. I had a digital copy of my images in my mailbox no more than 3 weeks later… in some cases even faster. All of my girlfriends who are already married are incredibly jealous of how AMAZING my pictures are! Thank you SO much Julie for capturing my special day… thanks to you, I now have the best memories of the happiest day of my life!!

Julie was amazing to work with the best part was that the week after returning from my honeymoon my photos were ready to be picked up! Her work is excellent I can't quit flipping through the photos again and again!
