On the wedding day, she was always on top of things, and it did wonders to help us manage the anxiety of planning our big day. Elsa was a supremely calming presence, she was never rattled at any development. We had a last second pivot indoors due to unexpected rain and she immediately started working with us to figure out a new layout, communicate the new plan to all the vendors, and make sure everything ran smoothly. She was always two steps ahead, anticipating potential issues and coming up with solutions. Beyond her excellent work as our planner, she was also such a kind, professional, and fun person, and was truly excited and invested in helping to make our wedding everything we imagined. We highly, highly recommend using Juliet and Lou as your wedding planner!

Else is the primary contact in the beginning, helping with scheduling, pricing, and planning everything to the very last detail and minute. As the wedding grew closer, I worked with Hannah who has impeccable taste and a true talent for seeing a vision inside a bride's mind and making it a reality. At our first meeting they asked all the right questions about what we both wanted. They also accompanied us to meet potential vendors, where they asked questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask myself. A few months in, they laid out a complete design plan for us: they designed the space, created a design board and picked colors, priced different rental options, and broke every service down by price. My husband and I were blown away by how detailed everything was. The day of, the space looked incredible. They did our flowers as well, and they were absolutely STUNNING. We also booked Hannah and Elsa really early, and I'm sure they spent more time with us just because of how far in advance we booked. Despite that, they quickly responded to all of our questions quickly and were always willing to meet up or research stuff for us. I know some planners cap meetings or planning hours, but we never ran into that issue with their all inclusive design package. Throughout the process they were extremely flexible and always willing to work around our crazy schedules. They made us feel like we were there only client, even though we know they were planning multiple weddings and have busy lives of their own. There is no way I would have been able to plan a wedding without them, they saved me so much time, stress, and money. We highly, highly, highly recommend!
