From our tour to booking our wedding date, to the countless emails to our tasting and final to our wedding day, the staff at Jumping Brook Country Club exceed our expectations and went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. Jordan, who is the Catering Sales Manager, but was also our point of contact at the venue was so easy to work with, super professional and kind throughout the whole wedding planning process. She went above and beyond and managed to resolve the small hiccups in the beginning of the process. However, Jordan isn't just a catering sales manager, she's your biggest cheerleader throughout your whole wedding process and in the end became a really good friend. The rest of the staff including Lady, the Maitre D' and Diamond, the Bridal Assistant truly made the day of our wedding special. Whenever my bridesmaids and I needed something, Diamond was right there to help us. Throughout the day Lady was there making sure everything ran smoothly and also, most importantly ran us out food from our cocktail hour while we were taking pictures and let me tell you, what a lifesaver as my husband and I were both starving! Truly from our tour to the end of our wedding night, Jumping Brook made our wedding stress free. The staff made sure not only we were taken care of but felt cared for and that was truly special and something we will both take with us and remember from our wedding day. Also, the food (and wine too) are amazing! Compliments to the chef because not only did we have an amazing tasting but everything food wise during our cocktail hour and reception tasted so good!

They made sure I and my loved ones were always taken care of and when she needed to - Lady laid down the law with a rowdy groomsmen to ensure the execution of the ceremony was impeccable. The package deals they offer seem reasonably priced (given how much weddings cost nowadays) and the deals they have with flower and cake vendors really streamline the planning process. the deck could use some TLC). The food was delicious and the guests loved everything. The after-party room was absolutely amazing (though the aux connect almost didn't work and sent me into a panic). The venue could fit all of my guests (we invited 300+) at a reasonable price. All of that said, there were some issues that put a lot of stress on me and led me to hiring my own day-of-coordinator due to a lack of trust in some of the staff members. I was very glad I did, especially when I found out 3 days before my wedding that the staff member I had been working with for over a year wasn't going to be at the wedding (due to events like a wedding/graduation which she could have given me notice about months earlier). Dinner wasn't served until at least 10pm. If I didn't have the after-party booked, I would have been really upset about this. The AC in the bridal suite didn't work. The tables were set up improperly. There were a lot of other issues that were dealt with by me early on and my coordinator the day of. The most important thing, however, was that my wedding was truly amazing. So while I think there are definitely some things JBCC can work on from a service perspective, it got the job done at the end of the day, and at a great price and beautiful setting. I hope this review helps them improve because they really have potential to be amazing!

Kerry was our catering sales manager and our point of contact, and she was super responsive with our questions and concerns. We originally had our wedding scheduled for October of 2020 but of course had to postpone for a year due to COVID, and though it was a tough call to make for us, the team at Jumping Brook made rescheduling very easy. The venue is gorgeous! We were luckily able to have our ceremony outside and the grounds were beautiful, with then having our reception in the Regency Ballroom with everything set up neatly and elegantly. We also found that this venue was by far the best deal for our money. Having our wedding at Jumping Brook was nothing short of amazing!

Megan, the maitre 'D helped execute the set up perfectly to exactly what my husband and I had imagined and MORE! The Halloween tabe we chose to have as a fun element came out AWESOME! She was also very helpful the day of and attending to us in the bridal suite.
Diamond, our bridal attendant, was beyond the best ever!!! She made our cocktail hour and reception INCREDIBLE! So many people had told us that they didn't really get to eat or enjoy as much of their wedding as they wanted to, but that was far from the case for us! Diamond was there every step of the way- bringing us appetizers from cocktail hour, bringing us drinks, navigating us through guests, even taking care of some apps for my parents - she was just simply AMAZING!! We absolutely LOVED her and couldn't have bonded with a better person! She is the best of the best and an integral part of our incredible evening.

as unbelievable, the bar was always accommodating and easily accessible, everything was set up beautifully and the service couldn't have been any kinder or better. We thank you for handling everything for us, keeping us fed & always with drinks in our hands ….and for your patience during the planning process.
Some highlights we hear about are:
- The Potato Bar was a huge hit that everyone loved & never saw before they came to our wedding.
- The Servers were outstanding and fully attentive to all of our needs and our guests needs.
- The Bar never had a line and there was always someone to help.
- The After Party room, food, beverages, service was sooo much fun. Everyone should get it!
If you are considering Jumping Brook, we highly recommend you bump them higher up on your list! Just make an appointment then sit down over a cup of coffee and talk about the details with them. They make having a wedding so easy because they are there to walk you through the whole process and they have it down to a science thanks to their many years of professional experience.
Trust us... their food is outstanding, their pricing is the best we found (out of 25 places) and very generous, they're kind enough to let you take a few photos on a golf cart, the service is fantastic, you can be assured that you don't have to worry about anything because your maitre d’ will be alongside you the entire evening and alongside her/him is Ron, making sure things go smoothly. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for making our special day one that everyone will remember and talk about as the bench-mark and best wedding they have ever attended!

Our ceremony and reception were both held at the Jumping Brook. The bride's room was great, the rooms looked gorgeous and I was won over immediately by cocktail hour deck. We had a daytime wedding with about 155 guests. Food was terrific, and service really outstanding. Megan, our maitre d', ran the day with smooth and unobtrusive efficiency.
I can't recommend the Jumping Brook highly enough - we had a fantastic day and really appreciated everything they did for us.

2013. What an amazing day!!! Jumping Brook sure knows how to make a couple feel special. Ron made the process of planning our reception so smooth and easy! He is extremely quick to respond and tried to accommodate everything that we requested! He is absolutely wonderful to work with!
We both fell in love with Jumping Brook when we first checked it out. We got this warm, comfortable, and welcoming feel. We knew right away that this was where we wanted to have our reception!
We had about 175 guests in total and had the entire place to ourselves. The cocktail hour itself consisted of three different rooms! The flow of the rooms make it not cramped. So there was plenty of room for everyone. One station for the cocktail hour that is a must: The Mashed Potato Bar. People are still talking about it! Same could be said with the Sushi. There was definitely plenty of food at the cocktail hour! The dinner was absolutely delicious! Every course was served timely and prepared to perfection. Could not have been better! For dessert, besides the tasty, and beautiful, wedding cake that was included , we highly recommend the Sundae Bar.
As for service, Megan & Kevin took care of my husband and I the entire night. There was never a moment that our glasses were not full! They were fantastic!
We had many guests say that it was one of the best and most fun weddings they had ever been to. And, we can't forget about the night club for the after party! At Jumping Brook the party does not stop!
Seriously, this was the best day of our lives! Thank you Jumping Brook Country Club!

rtable and was at ease. He was always responsive to my phone calls and emails which is a big relief for a bride/groom. Regarding special requests, they were accommodating to any of our needs and specifications. As the wedding got closer, Ron would follow up to remind me of what was needed and even provided a checklist so i didn't forget anything.
Day of Wedding: Best day ever! I was not nervous at all! Everything went smoothly and had no issues!! My maitre d' was Megan and she was wonderful! She stayed by my side the whole time; i felt like royalty! The day of the wedding, she was also very accommodating and had all the solutions to anything that came up last minute. Also, we had a personal waiter for us, Kevin, who was also awesome! He was by our side constantly making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was delicious! I received so many compliments that the food was awesome and the venue was beautiful. They loved the openness of the room and the fact that we were the only wedding at the venue (this was a plus for us when booking our wedding here). Not only did we have the reception room, but also had access to 2 other rooms for those who wanted to step away from the music and relax by the fireplace. We also had our ceremony at JCC which we decided to have outdoors. The setup was perfect!
I highly recommend Jumping Brook Country Club to anyone looking to have their wedding or any other event there. If you are looking for excellent food, a great atmosphere, flexible; friendly service and trusting staff, this is your place!

tably stressful, our experience with JBCC was just the opposite. From the moment we looked at the space we knew we wanted to get married there. From the beautiful greenery, to the intimate space inside, and the absolutely gracious staff, JBCC offers everything a couple could ask for. My husband and I knew we needed a space that could accommodate a larger number (we had 380 people), and this space did that and more. Ron and his team did everything along the way to put us at ease while guiding us along the process with things that we needed to do or that they could assist us with doing. Also, because we were having an Indian wedding, we required a lot of space and time to allow for various cultural events and traditions, all of which Ron made extremely easy to do. From the parking lot entrance on a horse, to the ceremony held on the terrace, our wedding was one to remember. Many of our guests have contacted us to tell us how fabulous of an experience it was, and that we really looked as though we were enjoying ourselves. While our day was extremely busy greeting our guests and taking many pictures, (which came out amazing on the beautiful landscaping), we found ourselves being able to enjoy our wedding day without being bothered with anything that may have gone wrong. Ron and his team made sure they took care of everything without it ever effecting our wedding day. A big thank you to their team, and I would highly recommend JBCC to anyone getting married in the future. (special thanks to Megan and Todd who took great care of us as well on the big day)

I asked to not have paper doilies on the appetizer trays, so they put them on ceramic ladels that they handed out to the guests. It was very fancy. We also had a pianist that was going to play during the cocktail hour, but the piano was locked and they couldn't find the key. Although we were a little upset, Ron quickly sent a check in the mail covering what we had to pay the pianist!
The only negative is that the country club is starting to look a little worn and dated. That was my initial hesitation about booking our wedding there. When it's dark, you can't really see everything, so that helped. However, the price was right, and the view from the ballrooms is very pretty.
All in all, we are very pleased with how Jumping Brook treated us and the outcome of our amazing wedding.

on of the day and she did so many little things to make the day that much better. The day of the wedding everything went wonderful, the servers were great and the food was faboulous. We added the ice cream bar and that was a hit with our guest! It is a beautiful place with tons of great photo spots. Overall I do not think I could be happier anywhere else... even our flower girl at one point said that she loved this place and she was getting married there so everyone invloved had a great time. Thank you so much for everything!

There was a power outage that night (not their fault, the entire city was out) and the team worked to set up candles in the reception room and offered us an ice cream bar free since there was obviously no air conditioning - luckily we regained power in the middle of the evening.
The reason I did not give them 5 stars in all categories is that we had a few strange episodes intermixed with all other things pleasant. During our initial visit to the club we were quoted a price per person for each age group within each package. When we returned several months later to book the venue we were told they didn't know why they had offered us those prices (they were slightly discounted off the normal prices) and they were only honoring them because they were on paper, which annoyed me. I was also a bit disappointed with the bride's/groom's suites. We were shown to the bride's suite when we arrived and I saw a room across the hall that apparently used to be the groom's suite but had been turned into an office with a bunch of papers and desks. The guys ended up in a room that looked like it was formerly used for small events which was rather strange. Besides those things we did have a pleasant experience and I am happy I chose Jumping Brook.

wedding!). No coordination with the band. (The Vienese table wasn't even announced!) Service, in general was poor. (Half the guests had finished the main course before the other half was served). Special requests were ignored. Ceremony seating was inadequate, even though they had a guest count.
The Worst - Management's response to the complaints was an apology, which had no value regarding a once in a lifetime event.

entire country club for our wedding for the entire day so we were able to set up our changing rooms ahead of time (I had 4 total outfits!). The food was fabulous, that was our main attraction to this place. The presentation, taste, and variety were great, and the chef was very nice and helpful during the planning process. The golf course was great for taking pictures and the facilities overall were well-kept. They gave us plenty of bartenders so no one had trouble getting drinks.
Cons: Some things were not done on time. For example, the bride's room was very hot, and there was nothing they could do about it. Also, they did not send up appetizers to the bride or groom's room like they said they would, nor did they didn't give us the bride and groom a doggie bag (as was promised earlier). This place was too small for my wedding. They said they can accommodate up to 400 and around 350, but this place would really be better for 300 or less. Some guests did not have a view of the dance floor at all. The chandeliers are a little outdated, but overall the place looked nice.
I would recommend this place, mainly for the food and the well-kept facilities.
