June Events

wedding day she was the kindest and caring-est person we could have hoped to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. She really went above and beyond helping us plan and getting a sense for the vibe and music we wanted (and we wanted a few kind of weird things - she totally understood the assignment). On the day of, she helped my uncle set up and run some separate sound equipment for another thing we were doing. It was an immense comfort to have someone there who was so confident and professional and willing to make the day happen for us. Would hire again, would recommend 100%.

am were an essential part in making it happen. We were extremely passionate about the kind of music we had on our wedding day, and June was so amazing at hearing what we wanted and curating the day appropriately. She handled specific cultural needs, outdoor related sound issues and working around our bands and live musicians with ease. June is also more than just a typical wedding DJ — its clear how thoughtful and intentional she is about her work, and we had lots of guests tell us after our wedding how much they loved her artistry across the day. She honored all of our music vibe requests and made very intentional additions to our suggestions. She is also an amazing person to work with and was communicative, organized and flexible throughout the process. We had the most amazing time at our wedding to the backdrop of June’s work and 100% recommend her and her team for anyone looking for their day!

ver. We had people coming up to us all night asking about who our DJ was. My husband and I wanted music that was different and unique from your typical corny wedding music. It honestly felt like she was reading our minds all night. Everyone was so busy dancing that we all even forgot to have dessert! Even my friends who usually hate dancing were out there busting a move. Not to mention she is so fashionable from her clothing down to her DJ set up. Her setup is clean and modern looking. It was so different from your typical bulky big black speaker setup that you would normally see from a DJ. The best part of it all is that she surprised us at the end of the night and gave us the most epic ending to the night and really got the crowd going nuts. Everyone was talking about the finale and it really left us all on a high note going into the after party. What an UNFORGETTABLE experience. If you’re looking for a unique and personalized dance party then do NOT hesitate….do yourself and your wedding guest a favor and book DJ June. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

ob and is a true must hire!

ow that was the best choice for entertainment they have ever seen at a wedding!! From start to finish June was absolutely the most professional and on-top-of-it of all our vendors. Her and her team at June events were extremely proactive in knowing exactly what we would need audio-wise and I felt as though I was in the best of hands every time we met with June to go over details. I don't even know how to really put into words how amazing it was to work with her and her team and the Shag Horns, but hopefully that does it justice. Oh, and June has the most incredible outfits and vibes. She radiates chic!! 100 percent recommend hiring immediately for your wedding!

e. We spent a long time researching DJs as good music / having everyone dancing the whole night was a huge priority for us and DJ Twin T did NOT disappoint. Many of our guests got asked for her contact information after our wedding so they can refer people to her. Thank you, Tammy!!

equipment which meant we didn't have to worry about anything to do with audio at the venue. She perfectly catered to the cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. She read the room perfectly and our guests haven't stopped talking about how great she was. We absolutely, wholeheartedly would recommend DJ June and honestly hope we get to attend more weddings that she's a part of!

ent components of our wedding timeline to fit the vibe and our taste. We cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much June!!!

arty to keep the fun going all night, we had a great experience - couldn't recommend June and her team more!

ing of the mood we envisioned for our event. June's ability to match that vision with her music selection was nothing short of brilliant. Our wedding was a celebration, and DJ June turned it into an unforgettable party. She kept the energy high and the dance floor buzzing. Her intuition for reading the crowd ensured that everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, had a fantastic time, without plying cliche wedding music. We also added a photobooth which was a HUGE crowd pleaser and customized for NYE. Her attention to detail and commitment to capturing the essence of our celebration truly set DJ June apart. If you're looking for a DJ who not only understands your vision but enhances it, DJ June is the perfect choice!

rs' contracts and keeping track of communication between us and our vendors and venue. She made sure we were thinking about all the little details far in advance, and did a great job of making us feel calm and collected. She also came with for a walkthrough of our venue where we worked out a ton of small details. We also had several Zoom calls with Nejla leading up to the big day. But the day of the wedding was where Nejla really shined. She did an excellent job keeping all of the trains running on time, including managing the many vendors that were coming in and out of the venue and dealing with several last-minute seating changes. It felt like there was an invisible hand making the whole thing work. Even our guests remarked on how on top of things she was. Would highly recommend June Events for coordination services!

ose the perfect music for all the moments of our big day. Our dance floor was full the entire time and she even incorporated some music from our home country because we had a lot of foreign guests. She is an exceptional DJ, and if we were to get married again, we would absolutely choose to party with June.

om the initial meetings, reviewing our intake form and working with our planner/venue, June Events were the utmost professionals. We gave June the challenge of music for our traditional South Indian ceremony and she just nailed it with minimal guidance -- the music choices (Indian Carnatic and Hindustani music) were simply perfect. When it came to the evening reception, she knocked it out of the park. Her team provided the lighting as well. It helped transition the venue from day to evening, set the mood and maintain the energetic feel of the setting. The dance floor was packed the entire evening with just the best tunes. There wasn't a person in the room who didn't join in. We also hired an Indian fusion artist, Nihal Singh, who played his tabla/dhol along side June during different parts of the night. The combination of the two artists was unforgettable. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding, DJ June and the fun they had. We are all in love. Our only regret was not taking enough video clips of the entire evening to keep reliving the experience. June is the very best in the industry.

or for 3 hours straight because she was able to read the room and killed it! My guest said the DJ was amazing and they had a great time. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guest and we had a photo guest book for our memories. We even had a few of June in there It was great. She’s so sweet and fun. I would highly recommend DJ June for any event! You will not regret it!

/Upstate/NJ, June stood out as an appealing and far-from-cheesy DJ service and they nailed it. You will not regret hiring them for your special event. Thanks June and Kseniya for playing such an important role in the best day of our lives and doing it so well!

ds and I are all retired emo kids/metal heads …we are picky with our music. June had us all dancing and singing our heads off. There were some family members who I’ve known my whole life and have never seen them dance before my wedding night thanks to DJ June. She also made sure to make my in-laws happy with traditional salsa music. Everyone had a blast and she made sure to cater every single guest who attended my wedding. To top it off she is very classy, stylish, and professional. Thank you June!!

it. Not only was she able to mix us a special Boston-themed track, she had the dance floor packed the entire night. She also helped us connect with live musicians to perform during our ceremony and cocktail hour. She had a wonderful string trio who was fantastic and made the ceremony special, her connections are unmatched. So if you want to get text messages like this after your wedding, hire DJ June.

ore highly. We were lucky enough to work with amazing vendors, but June was the standout by far. Every single one of our guests asked, “where did you find this DJ - she’s amazing!” She provided music, mics and amplification for our ceremony in a clean, crisp fashion. She rocked a vinyl cocktail hour, which made us look cooler than we actually are. And she absolutely killed the dance floor by reading the room, making amazing transitions and being the perfect fun, professional presence over the course of the party. Outside of the fabulous vibe created by the music, the uplighting in our tented reception created an incredible atmosphere that complimented our overall aesthetic. The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests. The set-up was streamlined and user-friendly. Before the event - the team was great to work with. Thorough and efficient. Overall - if you are looking for any entertainment for your next event. Look no further. You cannot go wrong with this spectacular team!

antastic than we could have imagined. I wish I could go back in time just to listen to her entire set again! Multiple guests let us know it was hands-down the best music they'd ever heard at a wedding, and even the event staff went out of their way to let us know how great she was! She was also an absolute dream to work with - on top of being insanely talented and having impeccable taste in music, she was also so kind and professional and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ - Kseniya was beyond perfect, and we're so grateful to her (and to June Events for connecting us!) for doing such an incredible job!!!

her!

s and our music tastes to ensure we (and our guests) had the best time. At the last minute, we also decided to take advantage of June Events' lighting services and we have no regrets - it helped set such an awesome vibe under the tent. The absolute highlights were the Mr. Brightside and Sugar We're Going Down remixes at the end of the night. Being surrounded by our friends and family dancing to the best music is all we could have asked for on our special day. Thank you June for being so wonderful to work with!!

meetings with us to really talk through our music taste, and being able to adjust to some curveballs we got thrown a day before the wedding, June was an absolute dream. We received compliments all night from our guests telling us that this was the best DJ they have ever seen, how they wanted to be June when they grow up, or people seeing people sprint to the restroom because they were afraid that they were going to miss a song. The days following our wedding, we received more and more messages confirming this was the best DJ and wedding they had been too. The lighting package also helped transform the room from an elegant dinner to a dance floor that rivaled Studio 54. When she started to wind down the reception, people were in disbelief that it had already been three hours of dancing. We will definitely be using DJ June and June Events for our future parties.

ach to curating our wedding music was collaborative, sentimental, and thoughtful. She asked about us as a couple, our families, our music tastes, and what we wanted the vibe of the wedding to be. I really appreciated her guidance in song choices and the genuine care she put into our day. On our wedding day, June was the highlight of the night. She has the most calming, cool, and sophisticated presence. Not to mention that every single song she played was perfect. She truly shaped the night in the best way possible. When we were eating, she played music that I had told her was important to my family. When it was time for the formal dances, she cut the songs at just the right time. When we wanted to get the party started, she absolutely nailed every single song. The energy was high the entire time and everyone was on the dance floor until the last song. June’s work shows a real appreciation for music and how it can bring people together. I can’t recommend her enough :)

liked. The night of, he delivered. The music was our style and he was good at working in music to get people on the dancefloor. (He also was very flexible in working with the band we had as well.) His MCing style was also very chill, which was perfect.

uper easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his field. The planning process was really straightforward and he was able to play music at our wedding that not only captured our tastes but catered to our wedding guests as well. Everyone was raving about the DJ & music at our wedding. The transitions between songs was super smooth & the announcing was just enough to get people dancing but not in your face. We strongly recommend hiring DJ monopoli!

s off with with tunes that had everyone rushing the dance floor and closed it out with a song that brought everyone together, truly crafting an end-to-end unforgettable evening. The music experience felt so unique compared to other weddings we have been to, as June took our music taste/recommendations and crafted vibes that fit us perfectly, never conforming into the "typical" wedding music setlist. Her deep understanding and appreciation for music across all decades is so impressive, and truly shines through in her work as a sound stylist. My husband and I are beyond thrilled that we chose DJ June for our wedding and recommend her 100%!

, which was extremely helpful!), talked through how all my concerns around MC, mics, speakers across multiple rooms & logistics, etc, would all be handled. I didn't have to micromanage equipment rentals, etc, it was all just handled by her team. She helped walk us through critical audio moments (ceremony, dances, etc), helped us make correct calls about how to do A/V (e.g. her doing the ceremony, when to do dances based on the space layout, etc), and was a wonderful MC throughout the night. And of course she was a great DJ. She got everyone on the dance floor, kept good energy for older generations at the beginning, and switched us to more electronic music dance music as the night went on. So much more than just a DJ at the wedding she really made all the A/V, MC, and music such a breeze.

daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I wholeheartedly recommend!

our first dance through the end of the night was handled perfectly. The photo booth was also a hit!

balanced the mic usage vs music playing to perfection!

e time to listen to our needs. We were paired with DJ Gibbons who wowed us and our guests the whole night long. He was super collaborative beforehand, but we know from the start we could trust his instincts and man, does he have good instincts! He played exactly what we liked the whole night, and set off the dance floor with jam after jam. Our guests are still raving to us about the dance party. One of my fondest memories from the wedding reception is when DJ Gibbons started playing Wannabe by The Spice Girls and like every guest got so excited on the dance floor to create just the best, happiest dancing circle. Brings tears to my eyes thinking about it! We also went with the photo booth package, attended by DJ Twin-T (who was the sweetest and made the whole experience just the most fun), which we HIGHLY recommend. It was such a blast, and having all of the photos in a digital gallery is the perfect added bonus, as well as the print outs. We would hire June and her team again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding truly perfect.

totally delivered on our wedding night!! Our guests - young and old - could not stop dancing!! She kept the party going the whole way through - jam after jam! June was beyond our expectations of a DJ and we highly recommend her and her services!

ur music tastes and preferences and curated a wedding vibe that would be true to who we are. We didn’t want over-the-top MCing or any corniness. June is a gem, right after our first Zoom with her we were like boom—done, she’s the one. She really took her time to understand what we were looking for and she is so professional, talented, and creative. Her setup and lighting were so classy and cool, very modern! And the photobooth was a magnificent touch. If you are looking for a wedding DJ, look no further — June is the one! 100000/10!!!

songs we like and want to hear. We had a few musicians in our ceremony and June was totally game to communicate with them hook them up so the sound went smoothly. June had great energy and paid close attention to the dance floor to key in exactly what got our guests going. Several guests (at least 5, not exaggerating) asked for either the playlist or her contact info.

r synth, spooky) and our wants for the wedding (namely a big party with all our favorite people all night long). june was more than happy to make sure we got just that. since it was a long day (set up around 2:30p before the ceremony with an afterparty ending at 3a), she told us outright we should have 2 DJs- her and kseniya- to reset and vamp up the party vibe for the afterparty. we had never thought of this and immediately loved it-- and kseniya somehow got us even more, really keying into bryan's love for italodisco. communicating with june was easy throughout the year and a half we talked, and she gave us a worksheet to really make sure our party was the way we wanted to hear it. sadly, june got covid at the wedding just before ours, so she wasn't able to dj ours in the end-- but since we had already been working with kseniya, she very graciously agreed to do the whole dang night.. as in, 14ish hours. and as stressful as something like this was to happen on tuesday before the wedding, both june and kseniya were INCREDIBLE about it. they both made us feel totally at ease, and we went over everything again with kseniya. and the vibes all night were IMMACULATE. truly. everyone was dancing all night long, even into the wee hours. bryan was particularly impressed by tracks she played that were not on our (admittedly very long) lists that matched the vibes so well. she played all of our must play songs and avoided all of our hated songs, which i feel like sometimes DJs will ask for but then completely ignore. we felt totally heard and understood all night long, and we had a frickin blast. we had a lot of people envy the "hot goth european DJ couple" (kseniya's partner is also a DJ, which was great so he could step in a relieve her when needed). we actually went to a wedding 4 weeks after ours with a lot of the same people at our wedding and everyone kept bringing up how great kseniya was and how much fun they had. truly, june events is great to work with and you should not hesitate to book asap. i want another wedding just so we can have something for june to dj for us since we missed out on having her, too-- but if ever there was someone beast enough to step in, it was kseniya. she killed it. hire june events immediately!!

ll a joy and delight to work with. I had multiple guests coming up to me throughout the night saying things like "I have the biggest girl crush on DJ June!" or, "I need her for my wedding!". Go with June, it'll be the best decision you make too :)

oth as a sound engineer and dance party DJ! She made sure we were entirely comfortable with her presentation and conducted everything with style, class and personal flair. For a uniquely personal, flawless DJ experience, June is it!

t and we have had so many people tell us that she is the best DJ they have heard at a wedding (and completely agree!). We also rented lighting and a photo booth from June Events and both really added to the day. I can not recommend June and her company more! Seriously amazing to work with. If you’re reading this, just book her now, it’s the right choice!

after to say how great she was. June really listened to what we wanted and used our inspo playlists as reference. It couldn't have been better! 10/10 recommend.

and family came up to us throughout the night saying how great the DJ was and my husband's dad even asked us at one point if we had given her any notes on volume because it was at a perfect level the entire time. Her setup is so sharp looking and she did a masterful job following the vibes of our guests on the dance floor to keep everyone happy and dancing the night away. We added on her photo booth as well which was a huge hit and the photos came out great! I'm thrilled that we received the full gallery within a couple weeks. Highly recommend!

t our minds at ease. June and DJ Twin T (Tammy) understood us completely. Days after our event and we are still getting compliments on the music (true shout out to Tammy)! Her music flow was seamless and she hit every genre we requested. We had a blast dancing all night long with our friends and family!

June, we thought "Oh, okay. This is what we wanted our DJ to be like." From the start she was super professional, made us feel comfortable, and took us through all of the things we hadn't thought of ourselves, giving us guidance when we needed it. She asked questions none of the other DJs had, and really helped us understand what we wanted out of our wedding music. Though June herself was booked for our date, she recommended Dan to us. He was awesome, really friendly, and had that same interest in getting every detail right for us that June did. Both June and Dan were communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. On the day, Dan was amazing. From ceremony to the absolute last song, the music was perfect. People commented on how fun and varied our 'playlist' was, and tried to compliment us on it - we were telling them over and over it was all Dan! Our 'must-play' list was only 3 songs. When people tell you you can make your own wedding playlist, they don't think about how much work actually goes into keeping people dancing and excited - Dan really reacted to our crowd, fading into new songs when needed and making sure the people on the dance floor were excited about the type of music he was playing. There is absolutely no way we could have had as fun and awesome a party without him and June Events.
