I had an incredible experience working with Juneberry Media for my wedding! Katie was quick to answer my questions, and was thoughtful throughout the process. Our engagement photo session felt very personal, and we went to two locations to get a variety of photo opportunities. Katie helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and captured the moment perfectly. On our wedding day Katie captured every moment. From the small details while we got ready, to the fun of our reception, our wedding day is perfectly encapsulated in our photos. I am very thankful for Juneberry Media and I highly recommend!

Katie and Matt (her husband and second shooter) went above and beyond to make our day perfect! From being flexible with start time, to being our hype people, to even sewing my train up at the end of the night! They were perfect! And not to mention the quick turn around of preview so we could relive our day, the next day! They really do have an eye for the perfect areas to shoot, and make you feel comfortable doing so! My now husband and I were nervous as heck to have our pictures taken. But by the end we felt like pros because of their guidance!

Taking good photos is not the only trait to look for in a photographer - they need to give good direction, put the subjects at ease, be flexible, energetic, creative, personable, organized..... and Katie with Juneberry Media is the whole package. She has my highest recommendation as a photographer for any event or occasion. She won't let you down! Leading up to my wedding Katie was responsive and professional - in a world of vendors who ghost you and are hard to reach, I valued this more than anything. Booking was effortless, and I had all the information I needed upfront and available to easily reference. I appreciated that her various packages were easy to understand with prices listed up front. I knew exactly what to expect from her and what she expected from me from the moment I booked. Katie is a wonderful human being and a true professional in her field. She is an incredibly gifted photographer and made sure we, and everyone else in our photos, enjoyed the experience. I will treasure these photos forever. I simply cannot recommend her enough!

Juneberry Media provided exactly the photography experience we needed for our special day. Katie helped us to customize the exact package we needed for our wedding. Her skill and confidence behind the camera were so reassuring and allowed us to just enjoy our experience. From traipsing through the woods for fairytale-like photos to capturing the love and fun on the dance floor, Katie nailed it all. Absolutely amazing to work with. Personable, professional, timely, great communication. We were so happy with how they shot our wedding AND that we got a large "sneak peak" of photos less than 24hours after they left the event. They helped keep our timeline flowing and ran with several Plan B's/ c's after rain/thunder/snow decided to join our Wedding Day. Seriously, look no further, this is who you want.

They were very kind and considering of our need. We were not thrilled with the way our pictures came out. We wish we would have done more research before hiring them.

Matt was absolutely amazing. We can’t get over how attentive and caring he was. He was literally everything to us on our wedding day. The amount of compliments we received from our guests as well about Matt was overwhelming. He made our day extra special along with Morgan the extra shooter he brought. They both just were so incredible!

I don’t even know where to start. Aside from Katie being a total sweet heart, she is so personable, creative, and insanely talented! All around she’s a phenomenal human and amazing at what she does. I couldn’t have picked a better photographer for our wedding day. We truly had the dream team with Matt being our officiant as well. We had our share of hiccups throughout the day but Katie pivoted splendidly and kept us on track as much as she could. Our sneak peaks are so beautiful and we cannot wait to see the rest. PLUS Dev and I are already talking about doing a “take two” session with her to redress up for a sunset since it was pretty mild for us the day of. Yet another thing she was able to adjust to, pulling out some of her lighting and giving us some golden glow as much as she could! I can’t give Katie enough love for the work she produces, how she interacts with her clients, and how inclusive she is to all peoples. If you’re on the fence, or are debating between professionals, just do yourself a favor and go with her! I promise you will not regret it!!

I cannot recommend Juneberry Media enough! Katie and Matt were kind, profesional, and so fun to work with. We had a small wedding with a fairly untraditional vibe and Katie and Matt were so accepting and put everyone at ease! My spouse and I are really not people who like to be in front of a camera, but we felt so relaxed and happy that I didn’t even notice the camera was there! We had a great time working with them, and have already received several compliments on our preview pictures (which were posted just one day after the wedding!!). In addition to being a great team to work with, we were super impressed with how many pictures they were able to get in such a short amount of time! We requested portraits and ceremony photos, but also got plenty of detail shots and candids of our guests during the cocktail hour, which was really amazing. I know Katie specializes in weddings, but I will definitely reach out to her for any future photography needs our new family might have. Katie and Matt, thank you again!

If we could give 100 stars, we would! Juneberry Media was hands down the BEST photographer to have capture our wedding day. Her and her husband gave us pictures that allowed for us relive our day with all of the laughs, tears and wonderful moments we can cherish for a lifetime. Juneberry was my second shooter for my wedding photography! While I did not personally hire her, she assisted my main photographer so well. She was professional and kind. She handled issues like a pro and stepped in when my day-of coordinator didn't do her job. I am beyond grateful for the amazing photos I have from my wedding. Thank you!

I cannot even begin to think how different our wedding would have been without Katie and Matt! We decided to have a destination wedding in Jamaica and we were so amazed that Katie and Matt were able to capture the happiest day of our lives. Ever since we booked Katie for our engagement photos she has been nothing other than amazing and has gone way above and beyond for us. From giving us ideas for different locations to shoot our engagement session, to recreating all of the photos we found online, to being so available to talk to us whenever we had any questions at all. Katie and Matt are the real deal! We never would have expected to be so comfortable and relaxed as we were the center of attention (totally not our style) and it really shows in the photos as we could not stop laughing with them as we took our photos at the most amazing places. They were able to capture everything from sunrise photos at 5 in the morning to photos of us in caves, on cliffs overlooking the ocean, us on the beach, and in the ocean with a drone! Who else is going to find photographers to get up at 5 in the morning to take photos as your swim around in the ocean to get drone photos? Every picture looks stunning and looks like it could be on the front cover of wedding and travel magazines. They made our wedding so much more fun and relaxed than we could have ever imagined. They are the best hands down and we will never recommend anyone other than Katie and Matt to everyone who asks.

As a same sex couple we were very nervous in selecting a photographer. Katie at Juneberry Media was absolutely amazing in making us feel safe and welcomed! She puts so much time into meeting with you before ever session to ensure that you get the photos you know you want and brings so many ideas if you have no clue! Katie and I have been lucky to know each other for several years now. She traveled to Detroit for our engagement photos, and made a special trip to Manistee for photos prior to our wedding when I found out I was pregnant! My experience with Juneberry Media was amazing. They came all the way up to St. Ignace, MI to work with us. Matt, Katie’s husband was our officiant and tailored our ceremony just how we wanted. Katie’s work is beyond beautiful and I still can’t believe how good my photos came out! They’re down to earth and made taking photos fun and easy. We purchased the elopement package and it was the perfect amount of time and price for us. I would recommend them 100%.

Our day was perfect and we strongly believe Katie and her husband were a large part. From the first day we talked to Katie on facetime, it was like speaking to a close friend. She let us know how she works and what to expect from her and her work. She did more than expected and made us feel like royalty. We booked her a few years in advance and she never forgot about us. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we might have had. When she said she is kind of like a wedding planner she wasn’t lying. She was able to answer more than photography questions and the advice she had to offer was helpful. The day of the wedding her and her husband made us feel comfortable and you could hardly tell they were there. My family loved Katie and her husband, and welcomed them to enjoy their meal and a dance with them. We also asked Katie to edit a few images more than expected and she didn’t even think twice before accepting. I highly recommend Katie not only for her stunning images and beautiful work, but for the experience you get from knowing her. She will truly make you day one to remember. She is willing to do anything for the image of your dreams. She was stung by a bee and climbed through massive spider webs to capture our photos and she didn’t complain once.

I've told her this before but it really was like having a big sister watching over everything and giving support when needed :). Choosing Katie as our wedding photographer was the absolute BEST decision we made! We had originally hired a different photographer who ended up loosing our engagement session & was extremely unprofessional, I was very angry we lost our $600 deposit. However, I truly believe everything happens for a reason & I am so glad it did. We never would have had the amazing experience we had nor gotten back such amazing images if we would have stuck with our first photographer. Katie is so professional, helpful, and easy to get along with! We meant over coffee, talked wedding talk, life, and joked around, there was never an awkward moment at all! Our engagement pictures turned out amazing and my (now husband) was so excited about Katie using her drone to capture several of our images, which turned out amazing by the way! Katie helped with our entire day of timeline for the wedding, helped make sure we stayed on schedule during the day, and helped make sure we had the perfect wedding day! My husband Joseph and I found Katie in a unconventional way, through social media and I was absolutely blown away by her work and professionalism. If you are looking for beautiful photos and a professional, experienced photographer, Juneberry Media is the way to go. My husband and I were absolutely in love with our engagement photos (included in the wedding package) and thought there was no possible way the wedding photos would be even better- but they were! The photos from our wedding day are stunning and we could not be happier. Katie Compo is an artist. She is also profoundly organized and detail focused- definitely the type of person you want and need on your wedding day. She is the absolute best in the business and a joy to work with.

I've been a bridesmaid in a couple of weddings Katie has shot and I'm excited to have her as our photographer for our wedding in 2020! She is outstanding from the start! At our first meeting Katie had beautiful wedding albums of previous couples so we were able get a feel for her style and see her finished product all at once. She gave us a list of other great vendors she's worked with to make our other wedding planning easier. Katie creates your day of timeline, helps with outfit ideas and places for engagement sessions. She is great at communicating and responding as quickly as possible to any questions or concerns. Katie is a rockstar when it comes to rounding up large and rowdy wedding parties and families for pictures, and makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera! I've seen transform into a day of coordinator when needed and go the extra mile to make sure your big day is perfect. Her fun personality, professionalism, and ability to catch unique detailed moments were the reasons I couldn't wait to book her! We can't wait for next year!

Where do I begin?! We had Katie photograph our wedding as well as engagement pictures. Katie is so friendly and AMAZING at what she does. Neither my husband or I am super photogenic or love pictures but we were SO happy with how she captured our day. Our pictures show our raw, real smiles which we love so much! Katie was also very helpful with helping up set up our wedding day with what order to do things and even helped us slow down at times to take it all in. We had about 50 pictures back within less than 48 hours and then all of our HUGE gallery back within about a month! Thank you Katie for making our day so great as well as capturing the BEST moments!!!

We had such a great experience with Katie. For two people who are usually uncomfortable in front of the camera, Katie put us at ease and guided us into feeling like rockstars. She captured so much raw emotion on our wedding day in just the right moody yet bright style. Katie wasn’t pushy but kept us on track and even sensed when we needed a few minutes out of the spotlight to ourselves. I love how she encouraged a complimentary engagement session to help us get to know her and her camera before the wedding day. She was willing to travel anywhere and didn’t make us feel rushed. She even helped us pick out outfits beforehand—didn’t just give recommendations but provided actual feedback. Katie also offers boudoir shoots for her brides and, again, has the most gentle, non-judgmental approach. She designs gorgeous albums that look like a magazine and nothing like a generic wedding album. Katie is very efficient, providing a highlight photo the day of the wedding, 50+ previews the day after, and the full gallery about 4 weeks later. Her experience as a web developer makes the photos so easy to access. Katie is extremely organized and a great communicator. She accommodated our first meeting from out of town via FaceTime and arranged payment through Honeybook. Katie even helped us design our wedding day timeline (in between all the other weddings she was working on!) I have no suggestions for how Katie could improve because she was incredible!
