for my wedding and had a general vision (romantic, vintage) for the wedding but I was clueless when it came to design coordination and bringing all of the decorative pieces together. Kayla provided both event design/creative direction and wedding planning--and I can honestly say I had the wedding of my dreams because of Kayla and Juneberry Events. Kayla helped bring my vision for what I wanted my wedding to be into a reality. She researched local rental companies like A La Crate and Event Essentials to find unique, one-of-a-kind items and pieces of furniture to make the venue come to life—to include a vintage high-table to display our wedding cakes. She worked tirelessly and creatively to find a way to bring string lights into our theater venue and then paired them with a stunning backdrop of candles on the stage. What I loved the most about Kayla is she felt like (and turned into!) a knowledgeable, caring friend who I could turn to with any question. There were countless nights when I would be feeling anxious about a certain vendor, issues, or wedding etiquette-related concern and I would drop her a quick email before going to bed. Kayla was empathetic and solution-oriented; she would always email back with information/options and encouragement. I felt like I could count on her to provide advice and assistance no matter what the issues was--and I’m incredibly grateful.
