diately. They were by far the most responsive and engaged from the beginning. One of the things I value most when working with wedding vendors is timely communication, and Vanissa delivered on that completely. We texted back and forth to confirm details, and when I needed to adjust the timing, she was flexible and accommodating. What really impressed us was Vanissa’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She even took the time to review our wedding website and designed the photo booth screen to match our theme perfectly. She also sent over a detailed PDF outlining all the design options for the booth, including print layout, fonts, and background choices, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Sebastian ran the booth and was incredibly attentive with our guests. He made sure everyone was ready before each shot and operated the booth seamlessly. One small but thoughtful gesture we really appreciated was how he would move the photo booth back to accommodate larger groups whenever needed. It was such a simple thing, but it showed that he was paying attention and wanted everyone to be included and comfortable. I’ve been to many weddings and events with photo booths, and this was hands down the best experience. Our guests had a blast. We upgraded to the 4x6 print option and it was so worth it. The photos looked great, and each guest received a physical copy, just like we did. The day after the wedding, Vanissa emailed us a ZIP file with all the photos from the night. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend Junebug Events to anyone planning a special event.

We rented JuneBug’s Photo Booth for a mixer event at Santa Clara University with over 130 people in attendance, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They arrived ...

on time, were professional, and even set up early, which made the entire process stress-free for us. Throughout the event, they were always standing by and ready whenever guests wanted to take pictures. They were very warm and welcoming, encouraged guests (and even our mascot!) to jump in, suggested fun props and creative poses, and helped keep everything moving smoothly so the pictures turned out great. They stayed until the very end of our event, just as requested, and the cleanup process was quick and easy. One thing we really appreciated was that each participant in a photo received their own printed copy, which is something I’ve rarely seen. It meant so much to us because everyone, including me and my friends got to walk away with a physical memory from the night. Another standout feature was the QR code for digital copies. Instead of entering phone numbers or emails (which often get messed up or take extra time), guests could simply scan the QR code and instantly access their photos. It was super quick, fast, and easy, and honestly such a smart touch. We are so grateful and happy we chose JuneBug’s Photo Booth and would absolutely recommend them for any event. They truly helped make our night memorable

iry we submitted, Vanissa instantly made us feel reassured. She quickly answered all our questions about pricing, the contract, and what decisions needed to made for the photo booth to happen. Even though our wedding was a year in advance, thanks to her prompt communication, we finalized all the details in about a week just by email. This was possible because she replied with detailed and thoughtful responses and provided us a straightforward list of options to choose from. When the caterer changed our reception schedule within two weeks of the reception, Vanissa kindly adjusted the start and end time of the photo booth by 1.5 hours to accommodate this shift. That meant so much to us, especially because Gilroy can be up to 45 minutes away. At the reception, Sebastian arrived early to set up. He was friendly and approachable- so much so that guests who are shy went to go take photos. Sebastian also made sure to inform our guests when to hold their poses and what would allow for the best quality image. Literally the next day, Vanissa sent us an email with all the photos we took that night. We were so impressed by how quickly we received all the photos and our whole experience working with Vanissa and Sebastian.
