everything and anything you want, and they're excellent at responding quickly to any and all inquiries. Only downside is the ridiculously long list of rules and "no"s. Almost all the prohibited items are included in the contract you sign at the beginning, but I was thrown a few curveballs last minute they decided I couldn't do this/that (like I apparently had to place this huge ugly utility rug under our arch because they decided day of it could potentially scratch the floor?). Overall, wonderful experience. Just a LOT of rules.

ty of space for all of our events! We were even able to sneak away and eat dinner together in the lovely bridal suite. The building manager was a pleasure to work with, but as someone mentioned in another review, the pricing can get a bit tricky if you need additional time for setup. Luckily, the building was not reserved the day before so we were able to get in and set up during their open hours. We would definitely recommend this venue!

y of room for guest tables, bar set-up, and an area for the dance floor. The JLLR staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Of note, various rooms or parts of the building can be rented in a 6-hour period of time, with each additional hour costing extra money. This arrangement made it quite difficult to have enough time for set-up, tear down, and the event itself without adding numerous additional hours to our rental. This made the rental rather expensive, but I would do it again, given the beauty and elegance of the event venue.

deas, and made the planning process easy! They do have a lot of rules that you should check out before you book with them to make sure you're okay with everything (like toss items, etc), but I never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone!
Oh-and they will let you use their venue for bridals (for free) if you book with them. I whole heartedly recommend this as well--my bridals were amazing!
