Juniper Events & Wedding Planning

I paid for her services as a partial planner for this year and I really needed her for the day of not so much planning since I live in another state. Well the day of strolls around and I don’t have bouquets and we didn’t get our toast to thank everyone for coming and honor my deceased relatives, I also didn’t get the flowers from the arch that I paid for. She asked that I give her all of the vendors information so that she could connect with them for the wedding day but somehow she didn’t know about the toast? Did she talk to the bar vendor? She also said that I didn’t get my bouquets because I didn’t pay for them, hmm as the planner why didn’t she follow through and say hey the wedding is in three weeks (we spoke at length about the bouquets with me sending pictures) had she done this I could have said oh I thought I paid for them within the decorations because those were the same flowers in the invoice. And where are my flowers as we discussed that she specifically asked me what I wanted to do with them (a 40 page paper I filled out with all of this information). I just think after paying 2600 to find my own vendors make the dates do everything essentially I really needed her on the day of and instead of taking accountability she blamed me or feigned ignorance when it’s her job to follow through with those kinds of things. I had to move my reception back also because she couldn’t make it on the time I needed. She is only available after 530 because I knew this when I asked the reception vendor if I could go by and check out the place once more before the wedding I didn’t ask her I expected she couldn’t be there no big deal I just wanted my husband to see it again- well when I get there the vendor tells me he just talked to her and she was upset and said oh well I wish I would have known that and then just showed up and was rude. I paid too much for her lack of assistance.
