I love the way Mom does up the buttons on your dress, or the way the Best Man helps with cufflinks. I love the little smile the first time your future spouse sees you all dolled up on a first look or walking down the aisle. I love when the flower girl decides the petals are better in her mouth than thrown in the air (yes, this has happened!). I love when Nana/ Oma/ Gigi/ Grandma sheds those tears of happiness! I love vows. OMG do I love hearing people's self-written vows! I love when the ring bearer sticks his fingers in the cake, just to taste the icing, before dinner. I love how there is always both an awkward and a sentimental speech. I love finding angles for the most romantic first dance shot. I love when Aunt B has an extra glass of wine and dances barefoot on the lawn raving about what a great party it is!
But beyond all that, I just really love capturing people in love at the beginning of their story.

originally due to COVID and deciding to do a makeup reception to celebrate our earlier courthouse marriage. Mira made the day feel just as special as a "real" wedding day, despite the lack of ceremony! Mira navigated our urban wedding in downtown Denver with ease and was able to arrange AMAZING shots in different parts of the city. Her photos captured the fun, relaxed vibe of the entire event in conjunction with getting more romantic shots of us. We felt so at ease working with Mira, despite being self-identified awkward picture takers, but her direction was incredibly easy to follow and resulted in incredible posed and candid shots. ages I knew she was out of my budget I sent her a simple message saying I loved her work but it was out of my price range. She gave me a call anyways and we altered some stuff from her preset packages and boom she my photgrapher. And she was easily one of the best aspects of our wedding even with the sun fading fast she pulled out some AMAZING shots. Her editing style was perfect for our location everything was so natural and not over edited or filtered. She was so easy to work with. Doing it over again I'd cut my videographer budget and give her a bigger price range to work with. Because she's worth every penny plus more. Bonus is she's cool with the gays. So if you're part of the lgbtq+ community she 150% your gal. Even if you're not she's still the best and you should book her immediately.
