d felt like we could really trust JAM when we handed everything off the month before the event. Everything went smoothly on the day. I had a bridal attendant with me who helped throughout photos and up until the big event. They were calm, organized and really cared to make our wedding a special day.

omeone who I KNEW would take care of everything so that I could relax and enjoy the day. Elizabeth from JAM was amazing - organized, thoughtful, and on the ball. From the "marathon meeting" a month before the wedding right up until the last of the reception and even a few things after the wedding, she was 100% responsive and attentive. She helped get everything together in those last few weeks before the wedding, including things I hadn't thought of, even after 14 months of planning! We couldn't have asked for a better person looking out for everything on our wedding day!!!

ils to meeting to day-of, everything was incredibly organized and thorough. Anna is a true professional, but also just a genuinely nice person so it was extremely easy to work with her. It felt great to not have to worry about anything on our day. Her staff was equally as wonderful. My bridal attendant did more than just keep us on time: she brought us snacks/water, carried all our bags from the hotel to the venue (4 blocks over in the summer heat) and even put sunscreen on me when I was worried about getting burnt!! Then Anna had another staff member setting up all my DIY projects I had requested. Everything was executed exactly to my vision and all the guests enjoyed seeing those details.
