I had Monique's cupcakes at a friend's party and was struck at how moist and delicious the cake part was but totally LOVED the yummy icing, so I hired her to do my son's high school graduation cake. I sent her one of his graduation's photo's which she was able to successfully transfer to an excellent quality image on the cake while still finding space for the Congratulations and other wishes. My son loved the cake as did the guests many of whom had 2nd's and 3rd's! Again the icing was super yummy (my favorite part!), and the cake moist and delicious, rich and chocolatey without being super sweet. Delivery was on time and right to my home which was a godsend cause I had so much prep to do!

"Just Ask Mo" is that all too rare combination of delicious product and great customer service. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife who is a New Orleanian and is still in mourning for Prince. I asked for a mash-up of elements from Mardi Gras and Prince's symbol. The final design I left up to Monique. The cake was stunning. It was a perfect balance of kitsch and sophistication. In addition to its visual appeal , our vanilla cake was delicious. When you need a cake for your special event, a wedding, milestone birthday, or other high stress event, you cannot go wrong with "Just ask Mo." Monique is pleasant, efficient, she has a good design eye, and bakes a delicious cake. She will be my go to provider for specialty cakes going forward.

One morning the doorbell rang and a woman was standing there holding a box. She handed it to me, said "Someone sent you something sweet! Enjoy!" I said thank you and went to open the box. OMG, I was not expecting cupcakes! My mom had sent me an assortment because she knew I was doing cake tastings for our wedding. We signed a contract within a week and Monique did our wedding cupcakes and groom's cake that summer!! She also did our wedding favors and welcome bags for guests - it's true Just Ask Mo(nique)!

We had used Monique for my mom's retirement party and was so pleased that my husband and I chose to her to make our wedding cupcakes. This is a very affordable alternative to wedding cake and she took care of everything for a reasonable price. All I had to do was pick my flavors and send her the color swatches for the handmade toppers she made. It was hassle free and worth every cent!

My fiance and I decided to go with a cupcake tower and we wanted something unique but classy. Monique was really helpful and patience as I change my order multiple times. Great customer service - I know I was that crazy bridezilla looking back -- SORRY! I knocked a star off for value as it was a bit more than our budget but I was very happy when guests kept going back for more + she suggested getting extra. She even included a smaller cake so we could do a cutting ceremony -- she thinks of everything! Oh, and her frosting ROCKS - it is so light and not super sickly sweet like other ones I've tasted. I told her she should sell it by the bucket!!

Initially it took some time to set up a tasting as she books up quickly but Monique worked with us to create the cake we envisioned and one that worked within our budget. Everyone loved the cake and we are glad we went with a smaller place as we got the attention I wanted.

Monique's cakes and customer service are outstanding! I bought my daughter's bridal shower cake from Monique a couple months ago. It was a beautiful tiered cake. Unfortunately, on the drive home the cake knocked against the side of the box. It totally was my fault, but I didn't want to ruin my daughter's party, so I raced back to her for help. Monique could not have been nicer or more helpful. An hour later, I watched in awe as she repaired the cake. PLUS the cake was one of the most moist and delicious cakes I'd ever had! Everyone was very happy and I highly recommend Monique for your special events!

Everyone loved my sister's bridal shower cake. Not only did it look good it taste even better! Very moist and sweet. Monique put a lot of time into the details of the look even down to the pink she added into the inside of the cake.
