To this day, I still have guests reaching out to tell me how blown away they were by the organization, responsiveness, and overall professionalism from start to finish. Every detail was handled so seamlessly, and it made such a difference not only for me, but for everyone attending.
As a very type A person, I was initially worried about staying organized and on top of everything—but Shonte completely understood that. She created the most beautiful and incredibly detailed wedding Trello board that kept every single aspect of the wedding organized for me and all of my guests. It was beyond anything I could have imagined and gave me so much peace of mind.
Any question I had, big or small, was answered so quickly by her or someone on her team. At no point did I feel lost, overwhelmed, or stressed, which is honestly priceless when planning a destination wedding.

They helped us choose the most perfect resort, Dreams Playa Mujeres, which was a huge win for a very indecisive bride! Everyone on their team is so kind, responsive, and organized. They booked rooms, coordinated airport transfers, answered countless questions from our guests, and handled every little detail so we could focus on enjoying the process. JBT made the entire process of planning a destination wedding with 70 guests feel seamless for both us and our guests. Anytime guests had questions or concerns about their travel, we simply directed them to our JBT team and didn’t have to worry.
Some of the thoughtful extras they handled for us included: A virtual save-the-date survey to gauge guest interest, a beautifully designed virtual invitation, timely payment reminders, a helpful informational packet with travel and resort details sent one month before the wedding, and a Day-of reminder for welcome cocktail event.
They also invested a lot of effort into our wedding website, loading it with tons of useful details and making it super easy for guests to book within our room block. These thoughtful touches saved us so much time and effort, and truly enhanced our guests’ experience.
Working with JBT and Claudia was an absolute joy, and I honestly can’t imagine managing a destination wedding without their incredible support. If you’re planning a wedding away from home, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing JBT!

just did not get the same positive vibes as I did with Shonte. I also felt at ease because Shonte planned and executed her own destination wedding in Mexico so she completely understands the process from start to finish. Shonte and her “dream team” were so communicative from start to finish. At one point I even had to change my wedding date and the team was more than accommodating. I know it was a huge headache for them on the back end but they handled everything with such grace and professionalism and never once complained.
Having a good travel agent and team is so critical to a smooth destination wedding, specifically when dealing with 75 guests! The dream team became more like your friends by the time my wedding rolled around. The team and I bonded through the entire process, so much so that I ended up inviting all of them to my wedding!
Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but a destination wedding on top of that adds on additional headaches. Just save yourself the trouble and hire Just Book It Travel! You won’t regret it. Their prices are so reasonable and trust me, they work your wedding as if it were their own. My wedding was so beautiful and all my guests loved it so much. changing. We had 50 guests attend our wedding in Mexico. For a lot of our guests this was their first time traveling internationally and some traveling anywhere since the start of the pandemic. Anxiety was high for a lot of our guests and they had tons and tons of questions. Her team handled it beautifully. They never skipped a beat and they communicated directly with our guests. Every time someone contacted me or my wife, we referred them to JBI and their question and/or concern was resolved immediately. I constantly heard our guests comparing this travel experience to pre ious large group travels and they were so thankful for how smooth things went. Some even said this was the best group travel ever!
One of our fondest memories of Shonte was when Delta lost my wife’s luggage with most of her clothes for the trip. We told Shonte what happened and she said go try and enjoy yourself, I got this!! Shonte was on the phone with Delta for hours and hours until they found her luggage and returned it. She didn’t rest until she knew we had the bag. I mean she was on the phone at all hours of the day and night. She constantly gave us updates, located the bag and ensured that Delta made it a top priority to get the bag to us.
We are forever grateful for JBI! Since our wedding we planned another group trip and of course we hired JBI again!

Being a pandemic bride and having a destination wedding was super stressful, but Shonte made the planning process a BREEZE. There were a few times my hubby and I wanted to cancel everything at let the chips fall where they may, I am so glad we didn't. Shonte was extremely positive throughout the entire process which was so refreshing when the world was in turmoil. Our guests could not stop talking about how easy the process was for them and how they enjoyed the fact that we worked with an agent.

She quickly communicated how every change would impact us and a solution around it. If it wasn’t for Shonte and her knowledge of travel my husband and I would have postponed our wedding. She gave us peace of mind we were safe and all the precautions that were being taken.

he advised me on tips to help my wedding run smoothly and she responded to all of my guests (80 people) promptly. Shonte is an excellent communicator and was able to notify guests on payment plans in the early stages to allow bookings to be smooth. Shonte also worked well with communicating with the venue to ensure my wedding went smoothly and just liked I planned. I highly recommend Shonte to anyone deciding to coordinate a destination wedding.
