Some of the thoughtful extras they handled for us included: A virtual save-the-date survey to gauge guest interest, a beautifully designed virtual invitation, timely payment reminders, a helpful informational packet with travel and resort details sent one month before the wedding, and a Day-of reminder for welcome cocktail event. They also invested a lot of effort into our wedding website, loading it with tons of useful details and making it super easy for guests to book within our room block.
